Dr. Daines and his staff are so kind and accommodating. Ive taken my Dad here to get his ears cleaned on two occasions, and we were treated magnificently both times.This is the place to go!

The service and patient care was great. Went in because of possible damage to both my ears during another medical procedure. The Audiologist carefully explained the findings and tests. Performed a cleaning which was very comfortable. With the Covid19 deal, 1 patient at a time is scheduled. Hearing aids are dropped off and picked up outside in boxes labeled for the purpose.

I recommend Cache Valley Hearing and Audiology for any one who has hearing problems or needs help with their hearing aids. These professionals are so efficient and yet so helpful and personable. They take time for each patient and always take care of my problem. Thank you to this great Dr.

I purchased a set of hearing aids about two years ago in California and was told it would take time to get used to them, they spent most of the time in their case. Last Friday I stopped by Cache Valley Hearing and Audiology and found out that my hearing aids were never adjusted to my hearing. Dr. Paul Daines took the time to do things right and now they are in my ears where they belong I cant thank him enough, and I promise he will have my business from now onDr.Paul Daines to the rescue again. The review I left a year ago still stands true, the hearing aids that Dr. Daines fix for me needed repair after I flipped one out of my ears with a maskI took them to a couple of places, just to be told they needed to be replaced. I should have gone to Cache Valley Hearing and Audiology first. Dr. Daines got my hearing aids up and running again. I wont go anywhere else.

Dr. Daines has the best knowledgeable and high-end equipment to adjust your hearing aid needs. I have had hearing loss since the 6th grade I am now in my sixties and he has been able to provide me with the best equipment on the market.

I spent 21/2 hours with Dr. Daines as he cleaned my hearing aids, adjusted their settings, tested my hearing, and answered my questions simply and kindly. He demonstrated professional concern and personal empathy for my hearing loss. Since I already had a excellent hearing aid, he made no effort to sell me on a new pair or upgrade. After 21/2 hours of service, he refused any kind of payment saying he just wants people to hear better.
