I love Cold Stone! They have the best customer service! Josh, the owner is amazing! He always helps me with last minute birthday emergencies and his staff came to the plate today to get a cake ready in less than 30 minutes for me to get to my husbands staff. Something that could have been really stressful ended up being a very appreciated experience. Thank you Cold Stone! You guys rock! We have been giving them our business for over 15 years and we just love them ❤️❤️

Took my daughter here this evening for a spontaneous treat. They were surprisingly busy but the line moved really fast. The girls working were very nice and helpful. There’s so many flavor combos, we will definitely be returning to experiment more

I used to work at Cold Stone (though not at this location), and I can tell you that this is the best ice cream there is. The experience that you enjoy when eating Cold Stone ice cream is similar to buying a new puppy that loves you dearly (unless, of course, you hate puppies, then it is not that). Conclusion: it brings you joy.The employees are always cheery and get the job done the way I request it. This occasionally means throwing the ice cream in the air (feel free to ask them to demonstrate), and they are always willing to give that their best go.A quality product and a pleasant customer-employee interaction is all I require in order to grant a 5-star Google review. This establishment surpasses those requirements, and I wholeheartedly wish I could give it a bonus star. Well done, Cold Stone Creamery.

Three young ladies working, only the new girl was filling in store orders. Others filling online orders or consolidating flavors. 15 customers behind us. We ordered 3 simple love it orders. Took 10 minutes to prepare the second one. Know what happened to the first one that sat 10 minutes? Terrible experience.

The seasonal cookie butter ice cream was tasty, however the waffle cone was not. I took one bite and it tasted like soap. That was a little disappointing.

I was nervous that I would have to wait awhile when I saw a really long line, but the service was super fast! The ice cream is great and the staff is friendly and helpful!

Would be 5 stars but I’m not gonna lie. I’m a bit disappointed from my last service there. I ordered 3 quarts of create your owns for gifts and one was nice and full and I can tell it was packed in like it should be. The other two, very smooshy around the sides and significantly lighter than the first so it was obvious they were not filled.Update: owner contacted me and righted the mistake and I greatly appreciate the customer service. I love the ice cream and am very happy to get all that was paid for in the end!

Overall I give them 5 stars...the only reason its downgraded is because recently Ive submitted multiple orders through their app for in-store pickups. Arriving to retrieve the order at the store, theres no designated place to be helped...I have to wait and get the attention of one of the employees myself; no-one has ever asked if they can help me or offer assistance without me 1st instigating the communication.

We decided to surprise our kids with an ice cream date the other day. We pulled up to Cold Stone and my 4 year old was beside herself.Both kids were anxious to get inside to look at the ice cream display. Upon ordering a like it size for my little girl, the employee told me he also had a kid size cup, which was perfect! I hate throwing good ice cream away. They offered us samples of different ice creams before ordering. They were very kind to our every request.The entire place was very clean and inviting, along with a clean restroom.I would definitely suggest Cold Stone in Logan to anyone wanting delicious ice cream or smoothies. Their Oreo Cream Filling ice cream with brownies and caramel sauce is to die for!

I love the ice cream and shakes. The product review is a 4.5 star. The 3 star I rated them is because I purchased a shake online for curbside pickup. I was in the parking lot when I placed the order. I drove up to the curbside pickup area at the proper time my order should have been ready. I called the store to let them know that I was there to pick up my order and the message just wanted me to leave a message after the beep. I dont know if the phone was broken or set to an incorrect setting. I sat there waiting hoping someone would notice that I was parked out there waiting and nobody did. I was there for 30 minutes. I had to put on my mask and go wait in line. Finally, I told an employee that I had a curbside pickup order and they brought it right out. If you offer curbside pickup, you should make sure the phone works for people who are avoiding other people for health purposes.

The line was long (which shows how popular it is) but they moved through us pretty quickly! All employees were wearing masks and gloves so we felt very safe. Love Coldstone!

I have been in twice in the past week. Each time not one, not two, but three employees did not acknowledge customers in the lobby. Last week, my smoothie was fantastic. Today the employee stood in front of us scooping ice cream into the large containers with out acknowledging four customers. Then I ordered a smoothie to have it be made wrong. With an ingredient I am allergic to. I confront the employee who made it after one sip. She insisted she hadn’t made it wrong. In turn I walked out to an allergic reaction with throwing a love it size smoothie away! I used to love cold stone! And the fun environment. The singing. The talking. The SMILING!! Super disappointed with my experience today. Customer service is key. Eye contact. Acknowledgment. That can literally save a business. Good luck. This is my first ever negative review. Ever.

I always love cold stone. This location was great and even helped us out with splitting our gotta have its up for my kids to share with us! We love Cold Stone! Their ice cream is some of my favorite. Today though, the service wasnt great. We waited in line for quite awhile. There were only 2 people working but I feel like there should have been one more at least one more, especially in a Saturday night. The ice cream was worth the wait though.

We have always loved going to Cold Stone. Winter, summer, anytime. The ice cream is always delicious and it’s affordable! You get a large amount for not a huge price. We love to come here after different performances growing up and now we just love to come all the time. Most recently I came with my sister and we had a great time chatting and catching up. Staff is friendly and they are quick to get your your ice cream! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I tried Cold Stone for the first time and it was lovely! Not only do they make it easy to choose with their great flavor combinations but the employees were so kind to THROW the ICE CREAM in the AIR as a special treat for my 6 year old (and I). Enjoying the ice cream outside was a plus because we had more privacy to enjoy a one-on-one conversation between mother and daughter.

Such a great place to go for date night! We werent the only ones with that idea because it was pretty busy when we went, but the line moved quickly and the restaurant stayed clean. We love that you can choose your own mix-ins, but they also have a bunch of delicious signature combinations if thats more your thing.

My husband and I went for a mid-week date. The employees were kind and helpful and introduced us to the fun new flavors. We loved the salted vanilla and salted caramel. The cinnamon bun was crazy accurate taste and almost played tricks on my tongue. Cold stone is still our favorite ice cream place and we’ll for sure be back.

I am so disappointed on how we were treated tonight. I have never written a negative review on any establishment, but after seeing the disappointment on my wifes face, i cant help it. My wife and I frequent cold stone on a monthly basis for date night. We walked into cold stone before 10pm and were the 7th and 8th persons in line. After waiting a few minutes and reviewing the menu, a young man came and told us we are closed and we are not serving anyone after these people, he stuck his arm up and out between us and the 6 other people in line. We were clearly there before 10pm and we felt like one of three things happened. 1.) hes lazy and didnt want to serve anyone else that night. 2.) he wanted to help the attractive girls in front of us and not be bothered with us older generation. 3.) He was practicing his discrimination. I have worked retail and been in customer service my entire career and know how to treat people and certainly know how to run a business. His tone was inappropriate and his body language was inexcusable. I feel bad for the way he treated my wife, im not nearly as concerned about me, but dont mess with my wife or kids. The sad part is, we passed 3 different ice cream establishments to go to cold stone, I will not make that mistake again. Cold Stone use to have a fun atmosphere, the last couple of times have been disappointing. Maybe its just COVID - who knows.

We went on a Monday evening around 9pm, and so did everyone else. It was so packed that the line was going out the door. Theres not enough room to sit anywhere inside, so we sat outside. There are some tables and chairs outside, but they were all taken. The ice cream itself was pretty good, but seemed like it was on the edge of melting when we got it. There were a lot of choices, but I didnt see a list of all the mix-ins anywhere, which would have been helpful. I ended up getting caramel ice cream with Kit Kats mixed in and it was pretty good. All in all, it was pretty good, but they need a larger location.

We love cold stone! We love having the options to choose what we want. It is especially nice for our kids and fun for them to customize there own. Only downfall about this location is it’s quite small. It’s always way too full and when sitting down literally surrounded by those standing in line. So great ice cream and service but not the best location.

Great service. Lines were long even when it was cold outside. Indication of quality I think. The staff handles the crowd well with the number of people that were there.
