We took a larger group there recently and my family all got a different custard blend. They were ALL totally delicious and I could never have chosen just one favorite. IceHouse was clean and ordering was easy. I’ll go there again as soon as I can! Yummy!

Custard is very smooth and creamy. Lots of creative flavors to choose from! Employees are friendly. They have a sign on their door listing them as a safe place, where customers can choose to wear a mask or not and they are still welcome. I really appreciate that!!! Thank you.

Great place to get an excellent treat to beat the heat! Great flavors and good prices! Ordered the Mint To Be and it was great and just what I was hoping it would be. The employees there were great and provided great service! Definitely will be back to try other items on the menu!

Lots of options which makes for a fun experience.The custard itself was … not good. It tastes like they used sour milk.I won’t be going back until they can make some better tasting custard.

Every time we go here there either out of stuff or they dont put the stuff in our ice cream thats supposed to be in it honestly its frustrating. Im sure alot of other people have good experiences not my family.

Honestly some of the worst custard I’ve ever had. The whole experience was just yucky. Went straight to the gas station, tossed out this Icehouse Frozen Custard and got some gas station ice cream and it was way better! Would love a refund Icehouse!!!😊

Its was good, the staff in charge was great. They actually let us know they dont have one of the flavors and they suggested another one.The environment is family friendly and good for a quick bite.The only bad thing is the music was loud thing will be difficult if your in a date or you need to answer a phone call. The location was easy to find and there is plenty of parking.The service was fast. I get my ice cream in less than 10 min.

I know custard and this was the absolute worst custard experience in decades of enjoyment. Their product tasted like freezer burn with a dose of spoiled milk. We ate at the location and no one was behind the counter the entire time to address our concerns. I opened and closed the door a few times and still no one came from the back or otherwise. Poor experience all together.

Custard was mediocre at best. It was way overpriced for what it was. The people working there seemed inconvenienced that we showed up. We waited for about 15 minutes after we ordered before asking them where our order was. It turns out that it was ready, it was just sitting on a counter melting because they didn’t bother to tell us it was there. They were grumpy because we didn’t give them a tip, but they clearly didn’t deserve one. There’s plenty of other places to get better food, for a better price, and better service.

Love the vibe of the employees and the desserts are amazing, favorite employee hands down is Makenzie, so nice, friendly, and upbeat!

Love this place! I am obsessed with the orange dreamsicle soda, it’s AMAZING! However I wish they were open earlier in the day.

Super yummy! The custard is super creamy and very rich. You could share a small size with another person. Thats how rich it is haha. But its so good. Will definitely come again.

Went with the family to try this after eating at Firehouse. The custard wasnt good. Tasted sour. I dont know if thats a normal custard thing, so I asked the workers. They said yeah, this had been kinda weird like that for the last few weeks. Its not normally like that. Sorry about that.So I guess if you like weird, sour custard this is the place for you.

Concrete was totally disappointing. You Couldn’t see or taste any of the flavors because it was so overly blended - basically just like eating a cup of melted chocolate ice cream, the texture was not good at all.

Enjoyed the ice cream but there was a lot of things that made the experience unenjoyable. The staff who was there were talking incredibly loudly about some uncomfortable topics, and they had their feet up on the ice cream machines. The containers were ineffective and got custard everywhere. The atmosphere was also underwhelming and very messy. Just disappointing after coming from firehouse.

We didnt have a great experience. We got the German Chocolate Custard and thought the texture and taste was exactly like a Wendys Frosty. It had a decent amount of coconut shavings and brownie bites in it, but the brownie bites were dry and the bottom half of our cup was just the ice cream, no mix-ins. For what we got, we felt it was very over-priced and the taste was mediocre.

Took one bite and threw it away. Gross

Loved the flavors, fast and friendly service and the owner came out to talk to the customers to make sure everything was good. Sefinitely would recommend!

Great custard! I recommend trying the pumpkin swirl specialty this month it’s delicious!

Disappointment. I had the mint to be and it was no better than a shake from Arctic Circle. My wife had the fhzzookie and it barely had any cookie in it. If you want good ice cream go to Charlies or Aggie Ice Cream.

Very overpriced for how little ice cream you get, and the quality isnt an excuse because its no better than fast food ice cream like Artic Circle. So save your money and go somewhere else for more bang for your buck.

The staff are courteous prompt and swift. Madi has amazing smeyes! It really made my day to see a brilliant smile in the kilowatt range! Thats with a mask even! The Texas Star is fantastic its like Starbucks once was and sadly is no longer. Gregs Fav and the Mamma Llama were a delite of the highest order! I cant say which is yummiest. Thank you all for your service and delicious treat today! Ill definitely come in again.

They are advertising for a buy one get one free. I mentioned the coupon, and the kid at the register told us what that included. Price is $4 for a small originally. Ordered 2. Price was still over $8?! Boo.

Just into grab a concrete. I love custard and was looking forward to this so much. I got a runny mess that costed me 8.00. I went in to talk to them about it and they said that the temp gauge is broken so it isnt right. He gave me coupons for a single topper. If your custard isnt custard I suggest you dont serve it. It wasnt even the consistency of a milkshake it was like drinking milk. Very disappointed.
