Absolutely HATE my Intellibed. I’ve tried so hard to like it, but just can’t. Worst bed I’ve slept on in my 50 years of living. It’s TERRIBLE!!

Hands down, the best customer service I’ve had in years. Anywhere. Both Frances and Travis were so friendly and helpful. I bought a mattress, and unfortunately realized it wasn’t the one for me. They honored their 60 day swap without any questions asked, and ordered me a new bed. I will no doubt recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress. Great selection of beds. Went looking for a new mattress for our motorhome, glad I went into My Mattress. Super friendly and very knowledgable staff with no pressure in buying a mattress from them. We ordered our mattress with an expectation of delivery before our big trip, when it wasnt going to be delivered because of the factory, (not because of them) these guys went above and beyond to make sure we got our mattress on time before we left.

A great, no pressure sales style. We were able to get a great mattress at a price that is better than anything online. Owner, Travis was extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. You could tell he enjoys his job and really knows the industry.

Overall, I have to say that My Mattress is the best mattress store Ive been to. That said, every other mattress store seems to be like a used car lot. I was actually able to walk into My Mattress and request a super firm mattress without the owner trying to convince me that I needed a state of the art memory foam super deluxe pillow top mattress. The mattress I purchased was just right, and reasonably priced!One caution, though: do not be tempted by their sheet sets. The package says 1500 thread count and Egyptian cotton. They are very thin and not even cotton! Its some sort of polyester microfiber, but there isnt even a label saying what they are made from.

Travis and Ryan at My Mattress are very knowledgeable. They showed us all the options and benefits of each mattress. We were able to lay on and try out the diffrent beds. We loved the professionalism and customer service as well as the price was right. We absolutely love our gel bed.

Bought 3 beds from him now and haven’t regretted anyone of them! Good service, great prices and those inteligel beds are AMAZING!!

I bought a bed from a company that is going out of business so they really didnt want to help me with my problemed bed. I called my mattress and they seemed happy to help me with the bed because they carried the same brand. 3 weeks later, I have a replacement bed and cant be more happy. I will never buy another bed anywhere else. Best service I have ever had.

These guys are great, we had a warranty issue on a bed that we bought 2-3 years ago. They took care of everything with the manufacturer and got us a credit that we used for a new mattress.

We love our new bed and are very happy with our purchase.

I spoke to Travis who was rude, condescending and impolite. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone and will not do business with these kinds of people. I would suggest going elsewhere for your mattress.

Bought a mattress and the salesman was very helpful and we are sleeping much better. It was cheaper than RC willey or ashleys and better selection.

We bought an Intellibed. It hurt our backs and we used their 60-day comfort guarantee to exchange it for a Pure LatexBliss. One positive was the comfort guarantee was painless. 60 days for Intellibeds and 30 for everything else.They are experts at selling Intellibeds. I admit they feel good in the store so we were sold and didnt consider anything else. But the bed killed our backs.Another problem was what one salesman told us would contradict what another told us on another day. We got most the information cleared up by the end but this happened more than once.The last problem was the price of the Pure LatexBliss bed. Although we are so grateful they let us exchange the Intellibed we werent in a position to negotiate. We found the same model bed at another retailer for $900 less than we had to pay for it at MyMattress (even with a 10% discount carried over from the Intellibed purchase).My advice to is try out the Intellibed but dont rule out the latex or memory foam mattresses they carry. Our Pure LatexBliss bed has been amazing. The Intellibed was a nightmare. If you decide to buy the Latex bed, dont buy it from MyMattress. Youll get a much better deal elsewhere. The next closest place to sell this brand might be in SLC. The drive would be worth the upwards of $1000 youll save.
