My mother in law bought a nice, used dryer from them. It worked once and quit. Now, they wont answer the phone or call us back. Plus, when you actually go to the store, they wont open the door. Nice.

About 1.5 months ago, I contacted the owner about an apartment size refrigerator, that I needed one as my current refrigerator was acting up. I inquired about him coming out to look at it and/or possibly repairing it. Got no response from him. I visited him again and inquired about the same thing, and I saw two small refrigerators on site to which he said he had none. Again, no response. A week ago today, I called and left a message with one of his employees who said he would pass on the message I called. As of today, no response or phone call from the owner. I decided to stop in today and personally inquire as to why no one returned my call. Employees response I dont know, I gave him the message. I asked him if the owner would be willing to come out and pick up the old fridge to haul back to his place of business to either repair or dump. His response we dont do that. OK -- what the hell do you all do? I am sure if someone else asked or inquired, he would jump on the request. I had to resort to buy a brand new refrigerator because I could not get any cooperation from the owner or his employee. As God is my witness, I will never give him my business again. In the mean time, I will have to find some other way to have this old refrigerator hauled away.

The owner, Kevin, has come to my home on more than one occasion, to either install or repair my washer and dryer! He did an excellent job and saved me a lot of money. Always very nice with great service!

****WARNING*****Bought a Samsung washer a lil over a month ago it never worked correctly and when tryin to return it no one returned mine or my wife’s phone calls after leaving multiple messages she had to go up there and catch someone up there to talk to someone so we could return and get our money back finally dropped it off today and unfortunately I didn’t get my full refund bc the delivery fee is none refundable soooo I wasted 40 dollars for them to deliver it and waste my time and i didn’t get any money for having to load up and return it to them smh and that’s after about a month and a half of goin bak and forth to the laundry mat to do clothes while waiting for them to do the right thing and call me back instead when my wife caught them up there they tried to talk us into keeping it like wow u really think we don’t kno how a washer is supposed to work it took over 2 hours for one load and never did anything correctly. I have a family of 5 so it was not cheap goin to laundry mat. Overall I will never recommend this this place to anyone it was a huge waste of time and money Very disappointed with our experience

Prompt, Courteous & Knowledgeable. I have been plagued by an inoperable GE Profile cooktop for years, working with only 3 of 4 burners for years. I finally called ALLSTAR APPLIANCE SALES & SERVICE in Loganville, and I received an appointment for the next day. Mr. Hedrick was on time, unlike some service providers I have had previous experience with. A replacement part didnt do the trick, but with persistence and determination, he was able to find and repair the root cause of the problem to deliver me with four working burners. Thank you Allstar Appliance, you will be my go to service repair for appliances in the future. Not only were they local, but they are a Family-owned business which I always strive to patronize.

Ive been here three or four times, when the open sign is on, and there is never anyone here .they always have a well be back sign and when I come back later in the day theyre closed or still not there.... My family has been trying to purchase a fridge for awhile now and apparently they dont want to make any sales. Maybe they need another employee. We wont be coming back again. Very dissapointed.

Compré el set de lavadora y secadora, hize la instalación yo mismo porque puedo hacerlo.Luego la lavadora se arruinó 1 vez y llegó el chamaco a cambiarla y me rayó el piso, y no me quisieron ni siquiera cambiarme los 2 ladrillos rayados, que lastima.
