My dryer wasnt working. I called this company after researching local businesses and they had good reviews. They did not disappoint. I will say it took a few visits to get my Samsung dryer working properly as it just kept cutting off after 1 or 2 cycles, but Steven and the owner made sure the job was completed-returning immediately and warrantied all of their work. My dryer has since been working great for over a month. Thanks guys for your service...I hope to never need repairs again but if I do, Ill be calling you again! 😊

I called on a Sunday but they were closed, on Monday my phone call was returned and an appointment was made. I had several questions that the receptionist answered well and to the best of her knowledge. The service Tech arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and he too answered all my questions. The diagnostic was done within 15 mins of arrival and the price was given to me based on blue book value which he showed me and the price he gave was less than that. Within an hour my service was completed. Oh lets not forget, he also showed me my problem and part the needed replacing and explained why it needed to be replaced. I used them to find out about my washer, they gave me a same day appointment whereas some company advertised same day but weren’t able to deliver. I found them through google search, Stan was professional COVID 19 safe and detailed the cost, timeframe to fix my washer. I am thinking about going with them to repair my washer since Maytag has been useless even with warranty.

My repair guy, Stan, was fantastic! He was very thorough. I especially appreciate that he didnt just tell me the problem but showed me what was wrong. All within the time I was told he would arrive. (12 - 2 pm) The repair was reasonable and he was punctual, professional and efficient. Will definitely call them again if needed.

This company repaired first my dryer and then my washer on two different days. The scheduling service was polite and efficient and she got me an appointment on the same day each time. I had the same tech, Stan, each time and he provided excellent service. He was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and helped clean out the inside of the 19-year-old machines in each case. After I shared our ice-maker issues, he explained his process of diagnosing the problem and how he would come up with a price. After we agreed to proceed, he diagnosed the problem which resulted in the need of a new ice-maker. He had to leave to pick up an ice-maker and said he would return late afternoon. Atlanta Appliance Services LLC repaired my freezer about three months ago, suddenly it stop working. I call them and explained what had happened and a technician came out in less than 24 hours after I called and got my freezer back up and running at no additional cost. Excellent Job AAS.
