We are new to Georgia and my daughter got into an accident. We didn’t know any good car repair shops. A Google search took us to Phenomenal and based on the reviews, we took a chance. SOOOOO glad we did! They did fantastic work in a timely manner. And they stand by their work. Funny enough, someone hit my daughter’s car a month later, and they were just as good the second time around. Highly recommend!

These guys are great! Vic was up front, honest and fair priced! Great communication and hard worker. He installed an engine in my 03 Dodge Ram that was from an 06 Durango which I had purchased and somehow made it work! So grateful and my truck runs great. Will definitely be doing future business Vic and have already recommend him to some of my friends.

I had to have my alternator replaced and they worked with me on getting my car to the shop and got it done in a timely manner. They were very nice and professional. I would use then again. A couple weeks after they did the repairs I got a letter thanking me for my business. I thought this was such a nice touch because most places do not do this.

Jean Nuffort Victome is very deceptive, and cannot be trusted. He sold us a vehicle, knowingly, with major repairs. I should have recorded him, like a friend of mine did. He lacks interaction skills, whereas when youre asking him pertinent questions, he will give you the brush off. From day one he was deceptive when we saw that he had a 2009 sticker on the windshield, of the car, we were interested in. Upon signing the contract, the vehicle model was a different year, 2005. Id noticed later, that he intentionally put in the wrong odometer reading. Our vehicle was at 174, 000, but he put that it was 173,000. The car was never safe! Its funny how the car doesnt pass the emissions test, and everything that he said he changed, were never changed. How do you give someone a second oil change on a Honda/Acura? It takes synthetic oil which lasts more than 3,000 miles. He only added oil, knowing that the engine had major leaks. Due to these leaks, it caused our engine to lose pressure, in return, stalling the vehicle. Mr. Honest man, gave me a 2 month warranty, which he never honored. On the day of we were towing the vehicle to him, from engine trouble, he was so nasty and rude, to cancel our warranty. He canceled our warranty, because he already knew what was wrong with the car, before he sold it to us. He wanted to play this game thinking that he would get money from me, from him repairing it. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL NOT FIX IT FOR FREE. He then lied about giving us an alignment. How can he had given us an alignment, when the vehicle had suspension damage the entire time, and we couldnt get an alignment? Due to his lies, our vehicle is no longer functioning. One thing that Ive learned in life is that the quality of your work, represents, the quality of your character. I would rather have my dignity, integrity, and respect, while doing business. If only he could have been honest from day one. You will have more people coming to you, if youre honest and tell them that the vehicle you chose, is in need of major repairs. I cannot sell it to you right now. Its called professional business ethics, to keep your customers coming back. Anybody can say that they have a degree! But for you to gloat about having a car engineer degree, yet youre selling bad cars to your customers. WOW! Its deplorable that you have to LIE, in order to provide for your family. Your business is your brand, and your livelihood. This review is to help others so that they wont be deceived by you. God blessed me with a new car thats dependable.

Excellent customer service and fair!I am new to the area and had some issues starting my car. I had the car towed here and when it arrived the car started up fine. They checked it out and didnt charge me for the time they spent.

Where do I start? I have put off getting my car fixed because of past experiences with mechanics. But I called Phenomenal because of reviews and couldnt be happier. Not only did he fix it, he explained how so that in the future I would know what to do if it did it again. He is very knowledgeable, wants to help and not just take your money, very personable, honest, and a Christian. You cant ask for more than that in a person, and definitely a business! I, nor anyone else in my family will ever go anywhere else for car needs again! A+++

Good service very honest people!!!!!!.I took my car to a reputable car dealer, I own a 2005 BMW 328 i,they charge me $150.00 just to look at my car just to tell me that the ECM { engine control module} needs to be replace it will cost me $2598.78 parts and labor. My girl friend told me about phenomenal and this guy named Vick. to make the story short we towed the car to his shop; he did a FREE diagnostic and 2 days later my BMW was running like a brand new car the problem was just a short in the wiring harness, that just cost me $289.00. This is a place that I would recommend to everyone. By the way they sell used cars also.THANK YOU VICK !!!!

Vic was very friendly. He is ASE certified which is a very positive thing. He said that he would only do repairs which need to be done. He worked at saving me money. He also gave me a ride home.

My AC went out in my car (in the middle of July !), and I found Phenomenal Auto Center through a Google search. My husband took the car over there, Vic diagnosed the problem, set up a quick appointment, and everything was handled within a couple of days! It was ready when he promised, and I have very cold air again!! Mr. Victome could not have been more helpful, professional, and courteous. So thankful we found him!

I found him through google maps and read his reviews, a 5 star, so I had to try him out. If I could I would give a blend of gold/platinum rating more than a 5 star. First of all, he was empathetic to my Financial situation, I got my parts, he explained educatively the parts required for replacement to ensure I do not come back again for another repair for free, something the so called guy I paid to run a diagnostic check never did. His labour cost, affordably stunning, the time frame to complete the job just 3hrs for timing chain/frontal cover replacement. Over 5 diffetent auto centres gave me a bill of 12hrs or more and ridiculous pricing and insisted on getting the parts themselves, for the job. Now here is a guy you surely want repairing your ride. He is brilliant, trustworthy, educative, open, highly professional, great customer service, highly equiped with the right tools, organized,keeps to time, committed, gives you a years warranty....and most importantly, affordable. What more could you ask for? He is simply the go-to-guy for auto repairs.
