Rosebud Collision helped me with hail damage on my daughters car. We had originally contacted another local collision company where our car sat for over 2 weeks and they did not as much as call us with an update. I called Rosebud Collision and they made an appointment to repair our car. From that day forward, they kept us updated and were very professional! The work was amazing our car is like new. We had our car back in a few days and were very happy with the work. I highly recommend them!

I had a really great experience with Rosebud Collision. The staff here is super friendly and understanding. Our Camaro was hit by a drunk driver and RC repaired it for us. They communicated with us very well throughout the entire process and restored it, good as new! They always had answers when we called and they communicated with us expeditiously when updates are available for our car. When our Altima was totaled in an accident, Rosebud Collision allowed is to let the car remain on their lot while we worked through difficulties with the insurance company. Throughout the entire process, they were understanding and extended us tons of grace while we scrambled to figure out what we were going to do to move forward. I am so glad we chose this collision center and now I wont be taking my cars to any other collision center should anything, God forbid, happen to them in the future. Thank you Rosebud Collision!!!

I had a very good experience here. They made sure to keep me up to date on the progress, even when I wasnt expecting an update yet. They did a great job of carefully reviewing all the work needed, the parts required and the price involved. When I went to pick up the car it was like I was pulling off the lot after buying it...it was so shiny and clean. Way cleaner than how I gave it to them, inside and out. This shop is not that close to me, but I will definitely recommend them, and if needed would use them again in a heartbeat.

Was in an accident and took my car here. They took it in and looked it over and let me know what their initial assessment was and I informed insurance that was where the was going. Took about 3 weeks, I got at least one call a week with an update, but the car came back looking like new. And the interior was cleaner than the day we bought the car, the found items hidden somewhere in the car from the previous owners.

So for ficing a car? Yes! There are pros and cons. Ive had 3 cars fixed with them.ProsThey fix it.They fix anything to do with the accident.They do a good job.ConsIf your looking for a good job then good, you get a good job, not wow or amazing but they do good at fixing it .They do not do electronic payment and care less too. Been that way for 10 years or more!They use the words detail of your car loosely!!!!! Meaning= we wipe things down not all. My glass had streakes. Cup holders are dirty. I wasnt expecting a cleaning but told my insurance company detail! Not really a detain but just a wipe down nothing specific.They clean the fender and passenger door to match the paint, but the rest of the car to match the paint?Not a wow! Like I mentioned.If I wanted to say Hey we are better! Then I would think we would act like it.I went to pick my car up and some guy said we need down payment and the check from insurance company. I told him, they should have it. He said, no they sent it to you! So I had to call the insurance company again to have them call Rosebud, to tell them that they have the check. Ugh!Like I said they can fix a car but they have many details not being addressed. I will be going elsewhere!!!!!

Was real disappointed with their customer service compared to other collision shops ive been to like elite collision. They did ok work but they never gave a call to let me know what needed to be done. My front bumper is worse than it was before it arrived there. My bumper wont even clip in anymore and if its because of something that happened, they still never took the time to explain the reason why...and now Im noticing that Rosebud Collision left my front bumper WOrse than it was than when before my car got to them...my front bumper isnt even clipping in the slots anymore...and instead of them calling and telling me that, they forced it back on and caused more damage...stay away from this shop!....forgot to mention that they lied and said they replaced my tire sensor when I asked about it...but the joke is on them because I never had tire sensors on my car at all...I bought my car used without them...so I caught them in a lie...again stay away...go to elite collision!

Service and cleanliness of theater wont be returning

I was very skeptical about who I should take my car to after getting into a car accident. But I followed my faith and went with rosebud because it was close to my home and reading some of the reviews made me choose them. (First time in a car accident so just imagine how I’m feeling and praying that everything came out fine with whoever I took the car to..) so least to say I WAS BEYOND SATISFIED!! My VW Passat came out amazing!! Every detail, the color, finder, bumper, headlight all of it came out amazing!! I will post pics when I can! But THANK YOU ROSEBUD COLLISION!!

I have 0 complaints about them. They gave me an estimated finish date, they delivered right on time. They gave me updates on the progress and issues with the insurance company. And they detailed the hell out of my car before returning it. Inside and outside looked brand new. If I need body work again, Ill go back to them.
