Best Car Buying Experience Ever!I had looked for more than 2 months for a specific year, model, and trim package. I had endured several typical bad experiences with other dealerships in the Greensboro NC market. Then I discovered Executive Auto Sales. They had the vehicle I had been searching for. My husband and i bought a 2012 checvy equinox from this lot. A lady by the name of shaoonon helped us and she was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I love my suv its the first one we have owned and I really couldnt be happier I even took it on a road trip from Georgia to KY yesturday and it did amazing. I really dont do alot of reviews unless Im unhappy with a service I have gotten but let me tell you if I could give this lot 10 out of 10 stars they really deserve it. My husband is all ready talking about going back to them when he wants to buy a new truck and my husband always finds faults in anything we buy but not this time. I had the absolute best purchasing experience at Executive Auto. I was an out of state buyer with a trade, and Jack (the owner) made the process seamless. I was able to secure a fair trade amount on my vehicle by sending in pictures, and the price offered on the car I wanted to purchase was also fair. I also secured financing through Executive preferred lenders, and again, this process was quick and easy. Just an absolute great experience. Then, on the day my husband and I arrived to pick up the car, everything that was previously discussed over the phone (value of the trade, cost of the vehicle, etc....) was followed through by this dealer--no surprises...no hidden agenda. They deal honesty which was sooooo appreciated. In fact, the moment we walked in the door, Shannon (an absolutely fabulous business manager) had all the paperwork prepared, and we were in and out of there quickly with a new car. Everyone that works at Executive Auto was friendly and professional and just very, very nice. I will definitely purchase from them again and refer. Just an absolute great experience. Beware. When you purchase a vehicle have a local mechanic look it over. This place will say they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle but that’s false. I drive the vehicle 1 day after receiving it and there is a howl out of this world coming from the back. I look at the tires. They are from 2005. I replace them with new. Still howling. I immediately contact jack. He says do a rear diff service with additive so I have a differential shop do it, does not work. I have the shop dig deeper. the rear differential was blown out. Gears were scored from so much metal shavings. You’d think part of the inspection was to look at fluids. Guess not. You contact Jack the owner to keep him posted like he says to and he avoids your emails. I finally get ahold of him and he denies anything is wrong. Ok jack well I have pictures of the metal shaving and the rear end. He is a typical used car shop. What you get is what you get. Don’t expect any customer service after. It’s been a few days and he hasn’t contacted so I spent 3500 of repairs after I purchased. Expect the same.

Buyer Beware! I could not find this business on the Better Business Bureaus website to file a complaint.I felt they were truthful about the car and we got it at a fair price. However... Our purchase information was not sent to the state in a timely manner and when we went to the tag office to get our permanent tag, the state said they had not received the paperwork from the dealer and we were granted a 30 day extension. After another couple of weeks, we went to the tag office again and they still had not received paperwork from the dealer. We are now depending on Executive Auto to find the paperwork and send it to the state before we have a new car that cannot be driven.We also were told the users manual and spare key were be located and sent to us... This never happened.I would recommend purchasing from a more reputable dealer.

Basically, I paid what I feel was a fair price and the process was easy and quick. However, Jack stated that he had both the owners manual and spare keys but they were at his other location. He said they would be sent to me along with the titling paperwork within the week. Within a reasonable time, I received the title paperwork, but no owners manual was provided, nor were spare keys sent. I contacted him once, and received no reply. I contacted him again, and was told that the spare key and owners manual had been sent, but maybe they had gotten lost in the mail or mis-addressed. He offered to send me a replacement key fob at least, but nothing else. As of today, my last contact from Jack was two weeks ago, and I have neither owners manuals, spare keys, or spare key fobs. Also, I had to have a defect repaired that cost me around $1200...it is apparently a well known issue with Nissans that I failed to notice, but which should have been caught during their supposed 128 point inspection. I wouldnt mention that, except he has made no effort to make good his promise to provide me with an owners manuals or spare keys, leading me to question everything else he stated.Bottom line: be wary, and make sure you leave with everything, or come back once hes got it all there for you. Or find another dealer that is trustworthy.

I would not buy a car from this small business. Their business practices are sketchy. I wanted to have ford look over a car before I bought it. I had an appointment scheduled and they did not take the car for the appointment (the appointment was scheduled for this past Tuesday). I scheduled the appointment last Wednesday and the owner was in agreement. He told me he would have the car at the appointment time. Well, the reason the car was not at the appointment was because it was sold. The owner told me he would not sell the car since I was in the process of getting the car checked out. I called the owner to see why the car was not taken to the dealership and he told me he would call me back as he was with another customer (this was three days ago, now). I looked online on their website last night and found out it was already sold. I called his assistant today and she confirmed it was sold. The owner has yet to call me back. I was truly misled by the owner and urge others to stay away!

I saw a truck online so I called Jack to discuss the vehicle. Our first conversation went very well and I was excited about hopefully getting the vehicle. We had several conversations and worked out some tentative numbers that I thought we were both happy with. Then he started not returning my phone calls, emails, or texts. I then called from a different number and he picked up the phone! Really? Just tell me you sold the truck or something but I still have no idea why he would not answer any of my attempts to contact him. I went to another dealer and got a deal done in less than two hours! Beware of this place and who you are dealing with!!!!
