I made an appointment at the service center online to get a few repairs/ inspections done on my vehicle, I needed a tune up, 100K mile inspection and wanted an overall inspection to see if any repairs were needed. I made an appointment at the service center and brought my car in at 8:30 am to get it serviced. I asked if I could get an ETA of when my car might be ready/ when I would get the results and told him I could probably pick it up the following day. The man at the service center said they were slammed and wasnt sure when I would get my car back and he didnt know if they were even able to look at it that day. It might be 2 days till they get to it. WHAT??I asked if they had courtesy cars available as I have 3 children I need to take to school/ daycare etc. and he just replied with a No and went back to looking at his computer. Why would you allow anyone to make an appointment for a day if you are unable to service the vehicle for a couple of days? I didnt know what else to say, obviously I cant be without a car for half a week with 3 small children, so I asked him what my options were. He said I could go next door to the quick lane if I wanted an oil change. ??? Im never coming back. I only gave this review 3 stars because the men at the quick lane were nice and very helpful. I was in and out within an hour there but I was in need of other services. It was obvious they didnt care and didnt want my business
I went in to have a duplicate key fob made. From the time I sat down to the time they called me after finishing, took 38min. I was pleased. They were fast and friendly. I didnt feel like a number. It cost me $285 but I think that can be expected regardless where you go.
My appointment was for 7:00am to get new tires. I was promptly met in the parking lot and work started immediately. My rewards point knock an additional $390 off of the total cost. That was a great savings! Work was completed quickly and much to my satisfaction.

Everything went great. I only had oil changed. Then I had a coupon to have vehicle hand washed and vacuumed. Everything looks wonderful. Didnt have to wait to long for oil change. Took longer on hand wash. But, it does take a while to hand wash. Very good job 👌👍👌👍. Thanks a bunch

I had a very good experience purchasing my Ford F150 from Loganville Ford, as soon as you walk through the door the staff greets you with a smile and everyone says hello. They are not like your typical dealerships where they bombard you as you drive up with several sales persons before you get out of your car, which is refreshing. My sales person was Curtis, Curtis was very polite and helped me from start to finish, he wasnt pushy at all. It was like working with family. If you want easy going service and being able to get in and get out with a great purchase, shop at a small town dealership like Loganville Ford. From start to finish it was awesome. Thank you loganville ford. I went other dealers looking to get help getting into a new vehicle and Noone would work with me. My husband bought a f150 here 3 years ago and the experience was awesome. We went in looking to trade his in and they had a 2021 ford ranger stx I fell in love with. Nathan did everything possible to get me into this truck and gave me a great trade in for my 04 explorer. All the sales and finance people were greatThe lady at the front desk gave our 3 girls puzzles to keep them busy while we test drove and looked at this truck. Just wanted to give my complements to Loganville Ford on the extremely unprofessional and unethical service I experienced today at your Service Center. Im not sure how you are able to stay in business with the treatment and lack of services I received. I made an appointment several days ago to have multiple recalls fixed on my vehicle that I received from Ford Motor Company at 8:30 AM. Your staff advised me it would be a quick fix and my vehicle would be available around lunch time. I also asked you to complete an oil change that was complimentary from when I purchased my vehicle from your Dealership. I had to call you at 2 PM to find out what was going on. You passed me around to a couple people before you told me you had not even touched my vehicle. I was baffled after dropping my vehicle off at your Service Center at 8:30 AM for my scheduled appointment. You stated you were busy and it would be ready around 3 PM. The vehicle was ready at 3 PM but not with everything completed as your paper work stated that it was complete. People entrust you will be honest and complete the work you stated you did. Im not even sure you completed the recalls or you just said you did them like the oil change and tire rotation . Your apologies and offers of another free oil change were almost as insulting as the paper work and dishonest services you stated you provided to my vehicle that werent done. Your slogan of Your A Part of the Loganville Family is a joke. I regret tremendously buying and having vehicle service by your dishonest Dealership. I hope this helps any future customers realize who they are dealing with prior to coming to your Dealership (me enjoying some wine).

The first time I had my oil changed and tires rotated, I went online and made an appointment. When we arrived they checked us in and completed the service. This time I made the appointment online showed up, and was told they have never done appointments, and it was all Fords fault that it allowed me to make an appointment. A. Why didnt you tell me the first time. B. I know there is way for you to access your online appointments, so there was no excuse for not calling me before I made a 30 minute drive, so its not all Fords fault. So now someone else will get my business including any warranty work.

After waiting 2 days for an oil change and diagnosis of emissions system problem, I got an estimate for over $900.00 to change the oil and replace the charcoal canister and vent valve. The estimate included $291.20 for the canister and $187.86 for the vent valve and $270 for labor, plus the $202. I had to pay for the oil change and the diagnostic test. When I got the car back after refusing the estimate they left greasy fingerprints all over the front of the car.As it turns out, they mis-diagnosed the problem and tried to grossly over charge me for the parts. I took the car elsewhere, and I was charged $123 for the canister and did NOT even need the vent valve! I did need the vent valve solenoid, for which I paid $42.00. I was told the vent valve, had I needed it, would have cost $69.00. The labor cost was a fraction of what Loganville Ford wanted to charge me. Thats the last time they will see my face at this dealership.
Andy the sales guy went above and beyond in the process of buying my F150. We got the deal done at 8:15 they close at 8:00 Andy stayed until almost 9:00 helping me get all my tools and equipment out of my old truck. The finance guy was very nice and very helpful as well. All around a great group of people to do business with. A+++ great job guys!
I just needed an oil change and tires rotated. Go in was greeted at the counter by a nice man, Josh G. He said it would take about an hour but I wasn’t even there 45 mins. Very nice and clean waiting room. Very pleased!

Although I live only a few miles from another Ford dealer, I choose to make the 30 mile trip to Loganville Ford to get my vehicles serviced. Their Quick Lane Center is clean, modern and has large windows that provide a view into the service area so I know that my vehicle is being well taken care of. The staff is professional yet friendly and seem to genuinely care about my satisfaction and seem to appreciate my business. What more could I ask for?
Over all I was pleased with the experience. The salesman, Max, was helpful without being pushy. The finance guy was easy to deal so I don’t have any complaints. There really wasn’t a five star “wow” factor, but it was a pretty cut and dry deal and it was handled well by the staff.The one thing, I purchased the truck and it had one hi beam out. I was told it would be fixed when it came in for detailing and some other work. It was not. I’m sure it was an oversight, and it’s a relatively minor one...but since you asked...I was told it would be handled and it wasn’t. That’s the only issue I had with the whole experience.Jeff Allen.

Im giving them a 3 star because the customer service was ok before I purchased my jeep. After I purchased it I had a few questions. Left a voice mail they never called not even as a courtesy call just to see how was I doing with my purchase. I have 2 weeks with my vehicle already had to change the radiator and the water pump and some sensors. Make sure to check every single thing if your planning to buy from this place, especially a used car, they just care about making a sell. Defently wont recommend to my family and friends there are other dealerships that do care about quality in the cars they sell.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a car dealership. The salesman lied about having the car we were looking at serviced and he caught an attitude when I called him out for it and asked us to leave. I do not recommend this car dealership.
Quicklane is definitely part of Loganville Ford as I confirmed today. Have a simple flat tire and go in for replacement. I am told that wheel is bent but since car is not given a spare by mfr, they suggest and I agree to at least try a tire. Car is pulled around later, so I pay assuming car is OK and tire worked.I get in car, however, after paying and tire pressure light is still on. I go around and tire is not flat but assuming it must be becoming flat. I put air in myself and light does goes off. Service person looks at it also but did not pull car back in or do anything I saw to it except look at it.I did ask for a refund for service since it appeared they were going to let me exit possibly with a flat still which means the job was not done. A guy proclaiming himself the owner called me the D word and ordered me to leave when I advised him I was going to let Ford know about their service.I left on this tire to possibly get home and see whether the tire was flat. It made it home with the pressure unchanged from when I left Loganville Ford. Possible explanations I ponder are that the tire was not fully inflated, the tire pressure light was not turned off, or a quick fix of some kind was done while I was not looking.Still, the ultimate story is that Loganville Ford gave me questionable service.
Five stars isnt enough to describe the experience we had at Loganville Ford! This was the fourth Ford dealership my wife and I had visited over the past few months while looking for an Expedition. Even though this was the fourth dealership we had visited, it was the first dealership that made us feel appreciated and treated us like family.When we would visit other dealerships, I felt like I knew more about the vehicle and its features than the person showing me the car. For me personally, this totally erodes any confidence I might have had in the process and causes me to question the validity of everything that person says from then on out. Not exactly how I like to feel when spending this much money. I was amazed by how different this experience was. From the time we arrived, Richard Price put us with the vehicle we were looking to purchase and walked us through EVERY detail and feature on the vehicle. After we purchased the vehicle, he then took time to customize the vehicle based on what we liked and wanted as well as connected my wifes phone.I normally dread the car buying process, especially when it involves a trade-in. The folks at Loganville Ford have totally changed how I now view the car buying experience. They were very competitive with my trade-in and gave me the best deal out of everyone else I had visited.We drove an hour and a half to get to Loganville Ford and I would gladly drive an additional hour and a half to do business with them again.Thank you Lance, Todd and Richard for making this such an easy and enjoyable experience!
I bought my car brand new in May 2018. My battery died June 14th, 2021. I called to see if it was covered under my warranty and the man told me it would be. I informed him that I had to buy a battery from the part store because I literally couldn’t start my car after work. He said to bring it in and they’d put my old one back in, run the test to make sure that was the issue and then I could return the battery I had to buy. Got there this morning only to be informed that he did not tell me that a battery warranty only lasts for 36,000 miles (I am at 39,000). If you don’t know what you are talking about with the warranty, give the phone to someone else that can actually look it up and give accurate information so I do not waste my morning driving 30 minutes there for you to just give me my keys back and say there’s nothing they can do. Also, it’s a load of sh!t that a battery would only last for this long. I don’t drive my car much each day. I live 2 miles from my work so I drive maybe 50 miles a week with errands added into that.

Skip was helpful, flexible, patient, and willing to work with us.They have a great selection of cars, friendly staff, and a comfortable environment. I didnt feel pressured or uncomfortable.You should definitely ask for Skip when you go, though. He was fantastic!

Before you buy a used vehicle, take it to have a diagnostic run. ORileys or Auto zone will do it for free. Could save you alot of money. 2 weeks after i bought my truck. Had to spend almost a $1000 to fix it.

Used to bring my 2019 Focus up here all the time for maintenance and there was always this big dude with blonde hair that did it. Very friendly feller never did me wrong like some other scumbag shops. Went up there the last two times and didn’t see him so I asked around and turns out he was fired! Not coming up here ever again.

A long history of unpleasant events.Previously I brought my vehicle in because the backup camera would sometimes go black. I had to pay $99 for diagnostics, which I paid, but then found out that the expert didnt even touch the vehicle. He said I already know what it is.. camera replacement, $605 and that was it. Sorry but it could be a number of things. Yes, bad camera that needs replacement, OR wiring issue. I looked it up and dozens of people reported the wiring harness coming loose. He refused to actually touch the vehicle and I still had to pay the $99.Today, I call because I need a quote. I am as close to 100% sure I know exactly what is wrong. The knob off the blend door actuator has come off and fallen into the heating/AC blower. There are three bolts that need to be taken off, 2 of them are hard to reach and I lack the tool. I asked how much to just pull the blower out and then put back in (after I remove the knob) and he said $220. Its less than an hour of labor and requires the skills and knowledge of a monkey. Thanks but you just convinced me to invest in some nice tools.THIS is why people dont like dealing with dealerships. I believe in paying for service but not in getting ripped off every chance you get.

After a lot of emails and phone calls I finally setup an appointment scheduled today to come look at a car. When I called my assigned salesman to let me know I was on the way I was ignored and HUNG UP ON. certainly not the way to treat a customer. So I saved the hour drive and decided not to go. Maybe it was just my salesman but definitely did not make me want to go purchase a car from them.

Sales staff was great. We got lucky and the 1st person we talked to was Richard. He was helpful without being pushy and one of the easiest vehicle buying experiences I have had. It took us about 2 hours to get everything we needed from USAA to complete the purchase, but the dealership was patient and helpful and it was 100% a technology issue between us and USAA. No pressure sales and no back and forth between sales and management. Very clean, and easy.

Since I just moved to Loganville, I thought Id try this dealership instead of taking it to Conyers Ford where I bought the car. It was for a check engine light so I figured the service may take one to 2 weeks worst case scenario... I was told after having my car a month I needed a new long block engine. I was like I only have 58,000 miles on this car how is that possible.... Anyway, they did give me a truck after one month of having my car. Unlike the Conyers dealership when you get there the service rep text you and says if you have any service questions you can speak on this text which is a wonderful service to have. Well Loganville doesnt have this so I had to look up my service rep after not hearing anything after 2 weeks.The part being out of supply isnt the dealerships’ fault, that is a FORD issue and will say an engine failure after 58K miles was rather disappointing. I didnt get any clarification that the refurb engine that was put into my car is covered by my extended warranty. Im assuming it is but Ill call corporate to find out.The part this dealership can improve is this. Communication by implementing the texting system would be a great start. Also, when your car is pulled in or out a seat cover and a floor mat should be put into your car.When my car was sitting in the dealership parking outside for 2 months the engine that was taken out was placed in the trunk of my car without any lining or anything on my seats to protect it. So, when I got my car back it smelled like oil. Then they used a bungee cord to keep the trunk down after taking the engine out tied to my custom grill.The service manager called me after I picked my car up after 3 months and asked me if I had a great service experience. I asked him did he know anything about my situation I had? That I just picked up my car after 3 months? He said no.Not even a week later the same service manager called me again to ask me about the service? I asked him you dont remember me we just spoke a few days ago but since you called me again, I did want to tell you about some of the issues I had about my car with the engine parts and the bungee cord issues and after all that he said and we hope to get your business in the future.I wont be going back there... Thanks but no thanks!

Ford 450. Thought I blew a turbo. Shop was able to take it in that afternoon. Turned out to be the charging hose and the techs also noticed that the drive belts were cracking. 85k miles on them so probably time to replace. Work was done for a fair price but took about a day longer than I expected. Carey Paul (Jr I’m guessing) assisted me and was very customer service oriented. Good job!
Once the sell is final... That is when dealer employees start treating you like a value customer. From start to end, the only time I got a smile and a friendly tone was when I was about to drive away with my new car. If you need anything and call the dealership ... 70% of the time you have leave a voicemail and never get a call back.

I was very skeptical to be honest (well...its a dealership after all lol) and having to deal with car salesmen. However, the skepticism quickly resolved and I soon realized the staff at Loganville Ford actually looked out for my better interest with my truck purchase. They were patient, very friendly, welcoming, and not pushy at all. I have a much better and positive viewpoint with this industry, specifically Loganville Ford. I would highly recommend Loganville Ford to anyone looking for any vehicle, you most certainly will not be disappointed.
We returned to Loganville Ford because of our first experience with this store. It’s the no pressure take your time attitude we like when purchasing a vehicle or anything else. It doesn’t hurt they had a truck that fit our needs. We recommend Loganville Ford when you’re searching for a vehicle!
I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. They are incompetent at best and malicious at worst. Their sales department is dishonest and their service department is undertrained and are not well versed on modern Ford vehicles. Dont believe the good reviews on here. They are very pushy about customers writing good reviews and these are often made before the customer has had a chance to realize they got hosed. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Please.

UPDATE ON PREVIOUS REVIEW 09/25/2020. I was wrong about Loganville Ford, apologies to all including the sales staff. Loganville Ford is great, my contract was explained to me and I actually received an excellent deal on my 2014 Ford Escape purchase. The car is lovely and I have started working again (YAY!). I would recommend them 100%.
Their customer service is always great! That’s why I drive an hour to use them and will continue. I love that the manager calls the day after to make sure everything went well.
