Excellent quality of all types of cosmetics. I always use their Juicy Moisturizer and have great results with it. Its a little expensive but its worth it. Theres an old saying theres no economy in cheapness and that has always proven true. If you buy cheap you get what you pay for.

I actually had a great experience with this location. They were able to get me in at the last minute for the 45 minute makeover on a Saturday. I called and spoke with Lauren and explained that I had an event that evening. They were extremely busy at the time, so someone called me back to set up an appointment. Sam was very sweet and did an excellent job giving me the perfect look for my event.

Nothing in stock. Messy and dirty. The samplers are gross. The employees give certain opinions of what they think you would need/want but they absolutely don’t know. Convinced me to buy foundation 2 shades too dark. Tried to help by applying makeup on my face with an already used makeup brush 🤮. The employee was nice so 2 stars but just dumb.

The Sephora inside JCP is so convenient for mebut they never ever have what I am looking for in stock. The consultants are always very friendly and as helpful as they can be but they still have to tell me that they do not have the item I am looking for in stock- then say I should go to another store or online. They add it should be coming next week- then when I go back it’s still not there- this has happened time and time and time again. I’m starting to feel bad for the people that work there trying to do their job or get commission! Maybe they are planning on closing this location who knows .

I always feel welcome when I visit Sephora inside JC Penny in Lombard. I went there to look for fragrance and a customer service lady by the name of Griselda was very courteous and professional and possessed full knowledge of the items in that store. I finally found out the fragrance that I needed and I thanked her for her assistance in helping me find the product. Now I frequent that store to purchase cosmetics.

Longest lines ever with minimal speed and help. Went to this location few weeks ago and asked for 2 samples of glam glow mask was told only one sample was allowed. I can’t tell if I like something with just ONE sample. So few days later I went to the Montgomery location where the girl gave me 4 without asking. I wound up liking the product and purchased the full size at the Montgomery location because if the great customer service. Just because this location borders Oak Brook there’s no need to give the snippy attitude here. B

Always welcomed and greeted when I come to this location. Shivani is always knowledgeable of the entire store that leaves me always wanting to come back for more!

Not African-American Friendly!! Couldnt get anyone to help me. I ask to sample a product. They said they dont but I clearly watch them give a sample. They Stated that its the policy of sephora. I Will no longer shop at Sephora again...

I came in looking to get color matched for Huda Beauty foundation, when a woman who worked there walked up to me and asked if I needed help I told her yes and what I was looking for. She proceeded to tell me why this foundation couldn’t work for my skin type. I have mild acne and some scars but not too bad. So I suggested Becca foundation brand instead, she said the same thing. “This won’t work for your skin type and it looks like you have sensitive skin” I asked about one more brand and she said the same thing!! She did NOT want to help me at all. I will never come back and this store was so messy and all broken and empty samples on everything. Never come here! Drive 10 mins away to Oakbrook mall at their other location.

The workers at this location are extremely unprofessional and rude. I’m not certain of who helped me today, it was a middle aged African American woman. She seemed as though she hated working there and blames the customers because she has to. This location is by my office, this is the third time I’ve visited and it gets worse every time. I’m going to go to the Oak Brook location or Ulta moving forward.

Shivani always helps me find what I need & (don’t need) HA! Although, it can be a little busy sometimes, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable!

Jcpenny is my go to place for shopping.

This Sephora store was not very clean, there was make up stains all over the counters and the bags they give you to put your stuff in was pretty dirty as well.

This place is nothing like a freestanding Sephora. Its really unhygienic: smashed testers and used applicators everywhere. Plus they didnt have the shampoo I wanted. Really disappointed, and not up to Sephoras brand standards at all.

This is the worst Sephora ever. Im usually a very patient and understanding person. But this past Monday the service was soooooooooo horrible. The girl at the counter was helping Check someone out. There was another employee there just fixing things by the register. I asked her to if she could check me out she SD oh the girl at the counter can. And she continued to fix things. I waited than asked again and she just gave me a dirty look and didnt help. I waited a bit longer and no help it was even busy there was no line what so ever. Worst attitude worst service. Never coming back. Express had crazy lines I waited there 30 minstrel and the girl at the counter was wayyyy more nicer than the girls at sephora. Worst experience ever.

I have never waited in line so long before. Horrible customer service. They didnt acknowledge or apologize to the customers that were waiting for 30 minutes. I will never shop at this Sephora again, even if it is conveniently located in JCP
