Love the quality furniture and style of everything in the store. Love our couches and received delivery faster than we thought!

Just left the store. Walked the ENTIRE floor upstairs and downstairs. NO ONE! I mean NO ONE acknowledged our existence. No hello. No eye contact. No smile. Just a look our way and back to whatever. AND the store was absolutely empty. Disappointed WE are still being treated “differently”.Walter E Smith will be getting our family room business.

My daughter by accident broke a small table nearly cut herself with the clay and turn out to be unreasonable expensive! Poor design! In my opinion I will not recommend it.

The most comfortable, durable and beautiful sofas I have ever owned! Chocolate and wine come right off! (Lol...you know how I live, now!) The pricing was reasonable, considering, with the sale, it wasnt a lot more than what Ive seen at other furniture stores that offer less quality.

You pay a little more for Ethan Allens products and you get a great deal of service and follow up. Our designer (Stacey) at the Lombard store has been wonderful to work with and she has followed up and followed through on all our request and needs. Highly recommend Ethan Allen for its quality service.

Very nice furniture. Some of the premium you pay is because of the customization you can do and make things match perfectly. If you know what you want great. If you are looking for ideas then it can be overwhelming.

We have worked with Stacey in Oakbrook on several projects .. she is AMAZING and everyone who comes to our home says it looks like a model home!We did in all honesty try Restoration Hardware for a a bedroom set .. What a disaster that was! Furniture that was delivered and returned..redelivered and returned again.. the quality was terrible.. chips.. cracks and veneers falling off.. material flaws.. we can see why RH has outlets full of furniture! We sure learned our lesson! Headed back to Ethan Allen to view a new set that had come in.. and it was ordered.. delivered and flawless upon delivery and I’m sooooo thankful for the RH blunder.. what wehave now is far more beautiful!!My husband and I believe the Ethan Allen quality is unsurpassed..you do get what you pay for!

These reviews are skewed. I received an email asking if I was satisfied with my purchase. If I selected yes, I was prompted to write a public review. If I selected no, I was prompted to write a private review to the company. This is dishonest.Overall I liked what I ordered. I had a very bad experience with a VP who works at the store. She definitely did not give 5 star treatment or even 2 star treat. Because of her, I likely won’t shop at Ethan Allen again.

Going to an ethan allen store, we knew we would be spending a bit more on a higher quality product and service. The sales people were not pushy and gave us lots of time to mull a decision over. They helped us with accent accessories and provided good design help. Great experience that will stick in my head next time I need furniture.
