Love this location. ALWAYS very welcoming. Always acknowledged as you enter and promptly serviced. Jacky is always my go-to; she’s never failed me. Communicates amazingly in terms of what’s she’s taking care of on her end for you and also if she doesn’t know an answer to your question; she will go the extra mile to find the answer for you. ALWAYS satisfied leaving here. 5 stars well deserved !

I went in the sprint store today wanting to upgrade to the new iPhone 11. John greeted me, was super personable and nice, and gave me some info right off the bat. Darnell, the store manager, took over for my upgrade. He is such a nice guy, and made this process fast and painless. He explained to me, in detail, how to use my new phone and helped me transfer all of my stuff from iCloud. I will definitely be going to this sprint store in the future!! Thanks guys! Love my new phone!
I use to hating coming into this store due to previous managements and poor attitude . But a lot has change since. Store Manager Jake is incredible to work with. Jake and his staff really turn this store around. They are incredibly honest and helpful. One the best Sprint Store in the area.
Great store, great associates. They didnt have enough tablets and the manager ran to another store 10 minutes away so we wouldnt have to wait 2 days for it to arrive. The sales associate who worked with us spent like an hour helping us pick which tablet we wanted.
Look when I first left Veirapezon I went looking for an alternative went to Sprint since they had best deal at the time. I regret going to Sprint because calling customer service is about as much fun as skinny dipping in piranha infested waters. Do your homework before you go anywhere! Its your money, keep more of it in your pocket! New phone just 24.00 a month! Plus data, insurance, accessories, please people use your head.
Destiny was wonderful! My account was a little haywire, but she got everything sorted out and then corrected a mistake that I caused. All with a smile and a great attitude. She deserves a raise:) My kids have their new phones in time for Christmas - almost a miracle.
This was my first time going to this location as well as my first experience being a Sprint customer, so i was sent to the store by A customer service representative to show documents to completely my order, i go to the store they sent me to and spoke to Jacob (he must’ve been a lead or supervisor) because everyone asked him for help when they didn’t know what i was trying to do. So jacob right off the bat was being decent, he didn’t introduce himself and was wondering why i was at the store. I told him why i was sent there and he told me to call that number back.After calling the CSR number for Sprint, they told me to hand the phone to Jacob, they talk and the CSR rep says to jacob i should have the appropriate documents in store, Jacob asks me if i do and i said yes, the look on his face was sort of mad because he didn’t want to deal with this issue. I then give him the appropriate documents and he was just very bland and looked very bothered by me at this point.After apologizing for making him go through this and being very polite, he wouldn’t respond to any of it. He asked me to go outside and wait (covid-19 safety) which i understand so i did, and he said he will go out to let me know when he’s finished.When he was finished, he came outside with the papers out, didn’t say anything to when i said thank you and i really appreciate it, just told me to call the number in 30 mins to finish the order and he walked back in the store.That was my first experience at a Sprint store, safe to say i will never go to this location again. I don’t write reviews much but just the experience of this one was so bad that i don’t want anybody else to go through this. It’s a sales store, so they will treat you amazing if they get a sale off of you, but in my eyes you don’t deserve my money if you don’t offer to help me with my problems in the nice manner.
We found a deal on Sprint website and were sent to obtain the phones at this location. The salesperson helped us quickly and he made sure we understood how the deal worked. There were other people waiting, but it was only because they hadnt backed their contacts, pics, stuff to their iCloud or Gmail account. I wouldnt mind going there whenever I need another phone.
I went to the sprint store to get my iPad connected and look at some other stuff as well. Mario was very helpful. Able to walk me through my phone upgrade/iPad purchase/etc. the customer service is great at this location and would recommend this store to anyone looking to have a good experience at a sprint store location. I would like to compliment Mark and arbaz at the Lombard store on Roosevelt in Lombard because they were instrumental in solving a couple problems for me and they may have even persuaded me to buy a new phone not bad for a few minutes I appreciate them I hope you do too
Rude and unprofessional Sales Consultant I have ever dealt with in my life after 35 years of being in my own type of sales business. He never introduced herself or try to be helpful and guide me through the process of getting what I needed. Spoke to me like I was bothering her instead of treating me like a customer. Her name is Abigail Esparza I ask for the manager but she told me the manager left for the day. Of course!

If i could give them no stars I would. Their customer service skills are horrible. Worst people Ive ever dealt with. Stay away from the sales men who dont even know how to do their job, and prefer to just pin their own mistakes on the customer. Unless you want to be surprisingly and automatically charged $700 monthly payments.
Prepare to wait a very long time. Not enough employees. No acknowledgment when you walk into the store either which was strange.

Roosevelt Rd., Maria had the best customer service was outstanding I came in just to pay a bill walked out with five new lines was very nice and knowledgeable about product. Gave me wrong details about insurance. I was told to go to best buy to get a replacement charger for the s8+. Wrong sprint has to replace it

This store needs better management and better sales group. One of the worst customer service I have ever seen In my life. Manager doesnt care about anything. The sales associates look lost and have no idea what they are doing. How can sprint keep these people working like this? They dont belong there they need everyone to be replaced with new management. What the hell is going on with this store. No responsibility and no respect for anyone. I repeat worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Always in a rush, they make mistakes and are very rude when you call in. i am a 13 year sprint customer and this store drives me insane. i just switched my plan and they forgot to add my childrens phones to the plan and messed up my home service plan. it was a big fat mess. note; I am a very very patient lady. If they get under my skin - something is wrong. THE reps are rude and not very trained and i always worry about the information they give me.
