My experience at the Ladies Room Boutique was nothing short of amazing. Not only do they have an exceptional selection of clothes, purses, and jewelry, but the owner is the absolute best, a true earth angel. She has great energy and really cares about others. I had a coach purse and a Michael Kors purse there for sale and when the contract ran out I called and we had decided for me to keep it there for a couple more months and then I called again and we decided to keep it there for a couple more months and she was going to sell it on eBay and we talked about going down like $20 I wasn’t going to go any lower than that because I paid a lot of money for these purses and I decided to pick them up today because I was in the neighborhood and they still hadn’t sold as far as I knew and when I got there she told me they sold on eBay one for like $39 and one for $51 that’s not the price that I said I would go to, it was much lower that she sold them for without even consulting me. I’m not happy at all with my experience! I’ve sold things there before and it was a good experience I don’t know what happened here but I’m not happy I feel like I got ripped off I would’ve given them away first to somebody I knew.Patti

Really great little boutique, in nice shape (not a slop of piles like a second hand store) very organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose to just poke around and desire not to be hounded by a sales person that seemed to be fine too. I have purchased some VERY nice and a couple of high end items here and am quite please with this little shop and the price point. Nice job ladies : ) ! I have sold here too!

I called for information regarding the consignment process and was treated very rudely by Catrina. She was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. In addition to being rude, she was abasive and did not provide any helpful information.In response to your comments:Catrina, your initial explanation of the Ladies Room Consignment Boutique policy was convoluted, rambling and at best unclear. Thats why I called again for policy clarification. If you had perforned your job as a representative of the store, I wouldnt have required additional information. I have read other Ladies Room reviews and see that your rudeness to customers is not uncommon.

I love coming in here and just browsing sometimes I find things and sometimes not. The owner is awesome and very friendly.
