Sign reads 3.19 pump states 3.45 per gallon. Worker inside speaks no English. Is no help and tells me not my fault.not my fault. Dont get gas here rip off.

Whoever is the Indian lady that is working right now, she needs to be fired. Constant attitude towards customers because shes so busy on her personal phone. You have to physically hand her every item because she cant be bothered to reach not even a couple of inches so you might as well scan it your self. She threw out my receipt even though I asked for it and refused to print another. Really annoyed coming here.

Shell Circle K store number 6731: Ive had the worst experience at this store. I was on a motorcycle running on a low fuel. I had to prepay inside the store. The cashier seemed very frustrated since she couldnt figure out a way to add money to my pump. Manager named Wes was there and told me to go to another pump, so I go back out and park at another pump. Same issue there. I went inside the store and asked if they added money to that other pump. Cashier tells me yes so I asked very nicely if they can come out and check their pump. Mr Wes the manager replies with his attitude It must be your bike Now Im really pissed off but keeping my calm. I asked again if someone can come out and look at the pump but in return he says We dont do that here, Im going to return your money As far as the state law goes they need to have designated pump where they can help disabled people or help those who dont know how to pump. Remind you that I have been pumping gas for my car/motorcycle for more than 10 years now so I know how to fill up gas, I just wanted them to check their pump. When I asked the guy I need your corporate number and your name even though it was visible he didnt provide me with his name and told me its outside the store. In conclusion this is the worst customer service I have ever had and would not recommend this place to anyone because this situation could have ben held in a whole different way. So now Im on a motorcycle with empty gas looking for a gas station since a store with 3 people including the manager couldnt come out and check their pump and just for those who think this place was busy NO IT WAS NOT.

I came there a few nights ago and I was honestly stressed out. I had just gotten into a domestic abuse situation with my husband and I just wanted somewhere safe to go but my car was low on fuel.Nudennie (real name?) or Dre as his nametag said, the attendant was very nice toward me. He instantly saw I was bothered and although he had other customers he made sure things were okay until he finished ringing up those customers.Then he went and brought me a cup of hot chocolate and listened to my situation, advised that I should call the police and said hed watch the lot and that I could wait either in the car or store until they arrived.I decided to meet the police at my house but I felt so much better after leaving the store (did i mention he bought me an M&M Ice Cream Cookie (like with his own money) before sending me on my way. I honestly have never cried in front of a stranger but he made the entire experience feel okay.I recommend this location if you ever need to get gas. The Attendants there are very respectable, friendly, and great at multitasking. I will definitely come to this store in the future.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT go here when the older lady with bleach blonde hair is working. She doesn’t care about her job and should be fired. This makes Shell and Circle K look horrible. This is why I go to Thornton’s.

Car wash doesnt work and assistant manager (Nancy- white lady) is very rude.She didnt even acknowledge it when I brought it to her notice. She said dont come here next time, if youre not satisfiedIt was all soap on the car even after going through the wash twice.
