Fern is amazing!!!I have been here every afternoon for the past 2 weeks. I have seen Fern here everyday. Fern youre doing an impeccable job! I believe that they should be corporate! They are a hard worker and deserve a raise! Im just curious, if Fern is the new general manager?

Im not a big fan of Starbucks but this location seems popular. Even though it was busy our order was made quickly.

I just want to say that Vic is BY FAR! my favorite employee at this Starbucks location. She never fails to lift my mood and make it a wonderful experience. Her customer service is immaculate and I catch myself going back to this location strictly because of her! Vic if you see this you are the best love!

Hey, the drink was good but uhh.. with this much ice I shouldve just asked for a small. But maybe this is just a Starbucks thing, Paying too much for too little haha!

Today I was argued with on the order that I got last week and have gotten at multiple locations since the summer. The man argued then a lady came on a said we will figure it out and if its bad oh well. Then when I got to window I told the man I wasnt trying to argue but this drink I have gotten there last week and many other locations. He says I dont argue especially women even though he did. After he gives me my drink the man says have a great day I guess. This was beyond unprofessional and completely uncalled for.

Interesting how there is a mask mandate and apparently it does not apply to any other customer or employee or manager except for me. I have no issue wearing a mask and I love to do it, however when EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE has it hung around their ear, below their chin, or simply not even bothering to wear one at ALL, then of course I am not going to wear one! They had the balz to ask me if I was vaccinated and when I asked them they got mad and got the manager and they forced me to wear a mask. So I wore it just like they did, hanging from my chin. They asked me to wear it properly and I said no only if you do. THEY GOT MAD WHEN I SAID THAT. Hopefully they wont be mad when I report them and this location gets shut down for not following covid 19 rules, picking and choosing who gets to follow the rules or not, and then asking me personal health information in front of other customers.

My bf walked in there to get me a coffee and didnt wear a mask because every single employee and every single customer was not wearing a mask. They argued with him, asked him about his personal health history and if he was vaccinated in front of every other customer not wearing a mask, and when he asked if the employee was vaccinated (because they had the gumption to ask) they got rude with him and had THE MANAGER COME OUT AND TELL HIM TO WEAR A MASK BUT NOT THE 6 OTHERS IN THERE WITH NONE. Then they intentionally took 10 extra minutes with the irder. Thats ok, have fun losing my business and my familys business and I will be reporting this location to corporate! Funny how they all want a raise then pull stuff like this.♡

I made a mistake in my daughter’s order, apologized profusely for it but the girl behind the window shut the window before I even finished my sentence while rolling her eyes then I could clearly see her complaining about it to everyone behind the counter. So rude for no reason. Left it at two stars because the first girl didn’t come back to the window and the second girl was really sweet and apologized for the first one.

The best place to have a coffee around this area. Most of the they ran out of almond croissant which is a favorite. Other than that we never had an issue.

The team was extremely overwhelmed with the drive through customers and could not attend the in-store ones. Took forever to order and then to get it. Look for a different store!!!

Theyve mastered the drive thru during covid. 10 cars in line, wait time was maybe 6 minutes 🙌🙌

Typical coffee shop fodder. Tattoos and nose rings as far as the eye can see. They really have become nothing more than characterures. They should try smiling sometime.

This is literally the nicest Starbucks!! This place is usually so busy with cars wrapped around the building, but the staff is always so friendly. I’m definitely impressed with the professionalism despite rude customers in the drive thru!

I mean I can’t say I am one to complain about Starbucks pricing but if the term “you get what you pay for” should apply here, then I should get a full cup of coffee when I pay $5 for a grande. I ordered a shaken espresso with light ice and I guess because I said light Ice, they just decided to leave almost half my cup empty? Pretty sure the other 20 Starbucks locations I have ever visited weren’t doing something extra special by filling the cup up. Even the barista who handed it to me looked at it for a second with confusion but still proceeded to hand it to me and send me on my way. Usually do not complain but morning coffee is something I sort of depend on lol. Be better guys.

This place needs to be restaffed. Lately every time I go there they are incredibly slow and processing orders and get them wrong. After a sleepless night, discovered they had given me caffeine instead of my decaf. Not their first mistake.

Every single time i come they mess up my order i try to give them the benefit of the doubt but literally they never get it right and they always say there out of basically everything i ask for they need to do better because i don’t ask for a complicated drink they just never get it right once i went an the last for my order all wrong an i let her know an she didn’t want to fix it at all i was baffled

T R A S H. They are super slow and don’t honor they’re hours. They don’t close until 8pm but there already closed and gone by 7:30. Same thing in the morning, there’s been times I would go through the drive through and employees wouldn’t take my order they would just ignore me like they’re closed. By far the worst Starbucks in the area. It was better before the expansion.

I have never been so stunned at what I witnessed this evening. An employee with a ponytail, I believe her name was Dee or Dawn, began screaming at another employee. I am not sure what happened, but it was incredibly unprofessional. Also, the cafe was full at the time and I saw patrons without masks on that were never approached by employees. I frequent this location and cant imagine going back. This made me incredibly uncomfortable. Starbuck DO BETTER!

Newly renovated. Not too far off of 355. They have done a good job on orders and friendly! A little hard getting in and out to Roosevelt rd, but not horrible.

Drive thru at night is the best. No lines. Shane got my order right, so helpful and kind.

My son worked for Starbucks for a while he had Sundays and Mondays off due to football he barely got hours his co workers treated him bad they hired another guy from no where and gave him more hours and then to top it off he missed work on a Monday because its his schedule day off and they fired him because he was suppose to go on line to get his schedule really he never new anything about a on line schedule

Horrible service! My family and I are so done with this place. How hard is it to greet your customers and say Hi or Thank you. This is the 2nd time we have been here and just thought the 1st visit was a bad day. But no, just came back from going to their drive thru and the employee was so rude! After she gave us our drinks, she slammed the window shut. No thank or anything. Just slammed the window. I motioned her to get her attention because I wanted my receipt. She seemed irritated that I asked for one. We are never coming back!

They were redesigning the place. It was clean and quiet. I usually dont like to meet at Starbucks because of the noise, but this one was nice and quiet enough to have a meeting

Great little Starbucks thats unique. Staff is always killing it with the speed and orders, coming in clutch. Love swinging by for a sweet treat or picking up my coffee that I ran out door without because I was in a rush.

I came in to order a cup of coffee (Pike) but the cashier (Cheryl) walked away. She didnt Greet me..Hi.. Hello or Ill be right with you! Later I went back for a refill and (Cheryl) did the same thing. She walked away started to doing a cleaning tasks and was talking on the headset. This is not Customer Service or being friendly. A simple Hello or a SMILE would make a huge difference.

This ia the best Starbucks in the area, I travel to get my coffee here. The days when all Starbucks coffee taste the same is over. I have been drinking Starbucks over 25 years, so I know how it should taste.

If I could give them 0 rating I would.I’m semi truck driver just stoped for quick coffee and sandwich, they refused to serve me because I was on foot outside in drive thru. I can’t drive my semi truck with trailer in your drive thru. I wish that your deliveries will be canceled I will definitely refuse any load that’s associated with Starbucks.

I’m pretty sure most people giving this place such low ratings only think of themselves. They need to put themselves in the shoes of those who work there. Give these workers a break. The place is small and they try going above and beyond for ALL of their customers and as speedy as they can. I can see that every time I visit there. I love this place. They had a really long line in the drive thru. So they have me a FREE coffee for the wait. YEAH!

Love their beverages. The people are nice. The reason why I only gave this place three starts was because the last four times I received my sandwich it was just thrown in my bag and my bacon and egg was all over the bag. I know it sounds silly but I told the manager about it and the service continues.Nothing worse than going to eat Your sandwich and having to put it back together.Reminds me of McDonalds

Shane is THE BEST barista here! Im so happy to see him in the mornings, he makes my mornings so much better. Im glad its a full cafe and not just a drive thru window.

I ordered a chai tea latte, and Im pretty sure they just put hot water into steamed milk. I get this 2 or 3 times a week, and its never been this bad. The Starbucks inside Marianos never gets it right, so I started coming back to this one, but now I might have to find a different coffee spot altogether. I feel ripped off, big waste of almost $6. Super bummed.

This starbucks is very disappointing. They changed it recently from a drive thru only to a sit in and drive thru. The service is generic and impersonal the staff is slow and has no urgency. Any time I’ve tried to get my order in the drive thru or even ordered it ahead of time it takes at least 10 minutes which is unacceptable. I wish they would not have changed.

Shout out to the tiniest Starbucks in all the land. Its just this little building at the back of the parking lot. But they have TWO drive thru lanes running through it, on eon each side. Very efficient.

Awesome little drive thru so you dont have to mess around with lines. It gets busy sometimes but most of the time they bust out the orders pretty fast. Really nice service team in the little hut.

Worst drive thru service ever gave me a cup of coffee that was too full spilled all over me and my car hot coffee then as to not fill it as much and she gave me the same amount in the cup and with an attitude. The manager Carrie gave me the biggest attitude also when I called and complained dont go here dont go here dont go here...and grow up.
