With my wife at the store asked if she could try on stockings they said no I asked well if they dont fit her can we return them or exchange them they said yes returned to return/exchange them they said no I said so you lied to us then no response... They dont accept returns stay away

I have been to other La senza. This was my first time at this location. The customer service wasnt good at all. I walked in and at other stores they would welcome me. I was ignored the panty drawers was a mess. The store looked like it havent been swept in the fitting room for weeks. I kept pressing the bell for assistance no one came until i walked out the fitting room and asked if everything was okay. I said im fine and walked out without buying anything. The vibe there was terrible I will continue to go to my usual store.
