Staff kept harassing me to leave dressing areaWhile I was trying to help my daughter select a dress.Would not let me in her dressing room either????Dresses REALLY cute and affordable.

I went to this location to return an item the woman working was extremely rude from the start there was an issue with the return because it was purchased online. The woman instead of explaining why there was an issue told me it “wasn’t her problem” not sure how this store is still in business if this is how they treat their customers. I will never be purchasing anything from them again after the experience I had today.

Awful service. I waited in line for over half an hour just to be told their systems are down. They posted no sign. Good luck staying in business with b s clothing material and poor service.

Clothes are cute, but experienced a sales associate by the fitting room that was rude and seemed annoyed having to open the fitting room doors and take the clothes from customers.

Great prices on dresses. We went in here by chance to see if they had a dress for my daughters Sweet 16. They did. The staff was really nice in holding a dress for us as we walked around the mall and she decided if she wanted it. She did. Thanks for be helpful with trying on a million dressed.She looked beautiful.

The store itself carries cute clothes. The staff though is the reason why I won’t be coming back! Very rude and unpleasant group of girls!

Its a nice place if you are going to get an occasional dress. Their stocks are amazing and prices are affordable. They should invest in a new stock because I went there twice, and they had the same exact stock last time. The employees are nice, but a little too strict about fitting rooms. Just be chill when youre there.

Cute dresses for cheap, but terrible staff. I had 3 interactions with different staff members here and only one was pleasant. Also be careful because they have a no return policy on special occasion dresses and only hold dresses for an hour which is a garbage policy.

Got the prettiest christmas dress! Great for nice but, not over priced cloths.

Staff did not speak nor ask if any assistance was needed. They conversed amongst each other and only acknowledged customers when they asked for fitting rooms.

The closing manager (a young lady) was extremely unprofessional last night Thursday,June 15th,2017. Maybe a professional training should be held if youre not there to professionally do your job. You are the reflection of the store, and last night you made it look terrible. If you cant handle the manager title...You should have declined the position. The whole world is going through something, you must learn to deal with situations differently. #Yorktown.
