The best In the business. You can go to the big box stores or you can go here where they actually know pretty much everything about guitars. Kids at the big box stores have no clue. Best shop Ive ever been too.

I gave Steve two of my guitars to set up and he did an awesome job. He finished the job in 2 days and is extremely knowledgeable. I will continue to go to him in the future and highly recommend him to anyone who needs some work done on their gear.

Steve is a charismatic man and he can talk at length about music and everything related. A few years ago I gave him a drum set and a Les Paul guitar with a neck crack to take on consignment. I revisited him after no communication for many months. He told me he fixed the guitar and gave it to his son. The drums sat. They toms needed a holder, but they were good drums. I never received a dime from Steve and I never heard back from him. Ive known Steve for nearly 20-years. I like him and appreciate his knowledge. Thats why its hard for me to say caveat emptor, buyer and seller beware when it comes to dealing with Park Ave Music.

Came into the shop and had a very fun and pleasant conversation with Steve. I bought in my Gibson lp that i my tone knob wasnt working. He checked it out real quick and told me it was out of phased and that i would need to just resolderedthe hot and ground because they were in the wrong place. I did it and the problem was gone. No charge was very informative. Great service!

Guy was a total unprofessional jerk n they should have me as a tech. Made me very uncomfortable and I will never go there.
