Besides the consistently rude employees they are also out of the window washing supplies ie squeegee and paper towels. There is frequently litter strewn about or the soda fountain area is a disaster but the employees dont have time to pick any of it up because they are generally too busy talking on their cell phone (including while you are at the cashier) or standing outside around the corner smoking. After you pay if you are expecting a Thank you for your buisness dont hold your breath.
