Came here after school...to purchase slim jims icees nachos n some candy... Word of advice check, check, check the exp date on everything. I pulled out 3 slim jims exp in june of 2017 n the some exp in oct 2017 the freshest were exp jan 2018, i didnt think the date was to bad but tbh they all tasted different n were disgusting. Purchased nachos..bag was empty...i didnt mind taking the last of it...but still wasnt enough. Chips were due to exp 10/17, didnt think it was probkem being 8/17 bad move.. Chips were stale. Even doh workers were friendly n helpful heads up on checking the food.

Went in at 7:00 a.m. 3 flavours of coffee decaf regular and Columbia all 3 pots of coffee were cold I wanted hazelnut he told me hear hazelnut Creamer to put in my regular coffee I wanted hazelnut coffee not hazelnut flavoured coffee store was dirty cashier was rude on the phone the whole time I was there asking questions. 711 employees are becoming too comfortable with their jobs since the pandemic Ive even been to a few where they were price gouging. I would be careful walking into 711 that are not in your area.

I just went to this 7/11. I walked in with my 25 year old son to get a Vape Puff. My son suffers from Seizures, he had one yesterday and bit his tongue pretty bad so he can’t really talk. We were asking the cashier what different flavors he had. After my son picks the one he wanted the cashier was just standing there with the wand, my son asked him something and he told him “I need to scan the ID you idiot “, you can’t understand what my son is saying and seems out of it from the meds. I ask him what are you doing, what do you need ? Then he tells me “You look old but I still need to scan the ID. I was what? Then toldHim I didn’t know what you needed because you were just standing there with the wand in your hand? He got me so mad because he called my son an Idiot because of how he looked and how he sounded. I will never go back to that 7/11.

BRING BACK ARIZONA TEA! The 7/11 tea is disgusting, and tastes like the smell of the 7/11 food.

Was doing Uber Eats last night to pick up a delivery at around 10 pm. When I got there, there was a hand written sign that it was CLOSED BUT LIGHTS STILL ON & LOCKED! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO YOUR 24 HOURS STORE HOURS??? AND IF YOURE CLOSED, THE TURN OF YOUR F-CKEN UBER APP! YOU WASTED MY TIME & THE UBER EATS CUSTOMERS!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!YOU TAKE YOUR JOBS FOR GRANTED! ONE DAY YOU WILL FIND YOU WONT HAVE ONE! SOMEONE ELSE WHO DESERVES IT WILL HAVE YOUR JOB!

Not really a bad 711 but this is the only Seven Eleven I know thats actually closes for like 10 minutes just to mop the floors

The store was clean and the staff was friendly.

Store is unkept, unstocked, expired items, machines will be out of beverages, etc... Cashiers will be rude, on phones, doors locked for breaks for long periods, not helpful&insulting to customers.worst one Ive ever been to&only go if I have to. Each time its something. Head bosses are these who you want to run your store? People who make customers want to go elsewhere?

Everytime I go to this 711 during graveyard its always closed. I go at 1:30am and closed I go at 2:00 it be close I go at 3:30 and it be closed. This guy be in there but dont be wanting to work. I waited one time for 30min thinking maybe he just using the restroom,but he never came out. And when ever he do be open,he always on his phone. Horrible customer service. I work graveyard and this is closer to my bear area. But I guess I will go to ampm from now on.

If I could give no starts I would, but unfortunately I have to at least give 1 start. But the guy who works the register in the late evening is one heck of a rude man! He practically ignores you and in so many words shuts you up, and pretty much tells you to leave! We are his customers! We’re doing him a favor, I guess from now on we just won’t go there, and not to mention they have expired drinks from the fountain machine. Very dirty place, I wouldn’t doubt the high rated stars on some of these review are him incognito. I’m sure he knows he’s an a-hole but so many people like 7-Elevens so he doesn’t care.Give your money to another 7-Eleven, this place is trash!

This is a terrible 711 last time I was there the clerk was condescending and thinks he is better than me and then most recently I thought Id take a chance and see if it had improved ...but this time they were out of the two beverages that I always like to drink when I get refills at 7-Eleven... so its not even well-run whether or not you like the customer service ...theyre always kind of overbearing... there might be a middle eastern thing going on here... maybe a middle-eastern Supremacy cuz thats the only kind of employees Ive ever seen working here

The food in the heaters is always old and nasty. The attitude of the employees is absolutely horrible. They serve the coldest coffee and the warmest beer in town. I will not be going back here ever again. The last time I tried to buy pizza from the box, the heavy set older guy behind the counter blew his nose, didnt wash his hands, and then, in his half hearted attempt at sanitation, grabbed a glove that looks to be very old, blew into to open the finger openings, and was reaching in for the pizza like that. I declined the purchase, and was glad I didnt throw up from what I had just witnessed. Gross is an understatement. The staff all tries to shortchanged the customers too. I have witnessed that by each of them many times. They should all be fired, and the place really needs to be gutted, fumigated, and rebuilt. Its the dirtiest 7-11 I have ever been in.

Trust me when I say this place has the results customer service ever. My tea was clearly very hot and instead of letting me take an extra cup so I wouldn’t burn myself, he refused and charged me full price for another cup. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. The guy is always on his AirPods.

Disrespectful Indian associate and they robbed me of 100 dollars when I made a 12$ purchase. Fraudulent, stay away from their atm as well tried to withdraw 140 and my card said I tried to deposit 260. This place needs to be investigated and shut down.

My mother went to this establishment on march 26th 2019 around 9PM and the man who was working the cash register at that time was very rude to her. she tried getting his attention to ask a question multiple times and he continued to ignore her and look at his phone with his earbuds in. when she could finally have a conversation with him he was blatantly rude to her. he talked way too fast and when she kindly asked him to repeat he responded in an uncaring way. i myself used to work at as a cashier and understand working night shifts are stressful but being rude and disrespectful to the customers is not a good way to go about your business.

In general it is fine, but it does not open 24 hours a day, since they close every night from 00:00 to 02:00 to take inventory and accommodate merchandise. For those who buy alcoholic beverages it is good to know.04 / 02/2021 Once again they do the same. Its not fair to customers googling this 7/11 that it appears open 24 hours and its a lie. The night worker always closes two hours 12:00 until 02:00.To the owner.-. Please take action. People leave upset and do not want to return. Its generally good service, but the night worker really does a lousy job.
