I took a broken torque wrench I bought from here a while back. Switching it with a new one was quick and easy. Did not need the receipt. Highly recommended to get tools here.

Harbor Freight Tools offers a 5% discount on everything when you sign up for their consumer credit account.I decided to wait because that everything can include their more high value items like: jackhammers; generators; inverters; and shop tools.

Asked me what I was looking for and told where upon entering. Other places employees dont ask and you wander wasting time.

I have been to 3 Harbor Freight store and so far this is the best store with helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always answers the phone too when you call for product information and willingness to check for product information and availability even when they are busy. Other stores will not even pickup their phone like the Culver City store. I hope the Management recognizes the employees here and also their attitude towards customer service doesn’t change. Kudos to the Harbor Freight Lomita/Harbor store employees.

Harbor Freight does supply high quality tools but now days most places dont. They do however have a great inventory of products that are very fairly priced and will get A job done. But if you are buying a tool that you want to use again and again for many years you should look elsewhere. This particular store is much smaller than most so they dont always have products you may see in their sales ad past the first day of the sale. Very friendly and helpful staff. They do supply a great variety of well made long lasting tool boxes and tool carts. Still my go to store for weekend project needs.

Went in for a US Flag with my 30% disc.. Came out happy in 5 mins.

I didnt go to Harbor freight today and in fact I never go to that store because everything in that store is made in Red China, and breaks real easy.

They always have great prices and most of anything needed. But it took at least 2 associates telling us to look for a specific product in the wrong isles before the 3rd interaction with one of the associates actually helped us locate the item.

Harbor freight has all the tools youll ever need.

Great place to come to and find many tool in your price range but you just have to be careful of what you are buying.

Some stuff is usable and affordable but if you want real tools that will last forever I wouldnt get them here

Ive been shopping here for years now and have always been very pleased with the customer service, until yesterday evening. I arrived there at 15 minutes to closing to get 2 tools. While I was looking at the 1st item, the salesman came up and asked if I needed any help, so I proceeded to ask him a question about a function on the tool, to which he couldnt answer but instead he takes me to the other end of the store to show me a tool that I didnt ask to see, and wouldnt even work for what I said to him. At this time I said thank you and I waited for him to walk away so I could head back to where I was originally. I was choosing between 2 sanders when he came up to me and said sir were closing, you need to go check out now. This kind of surprised me that by 7:02PM they expected people to get out right away, but I was respectful any way and said I need to run and grab a drill really quick. Not even 30 seconds after I got to where the drill was he comes back over, try to help me by once again showing something that I wasnt asking for and then said that I needed to hurry up.... bad idea. I looked at him and said that he wasted my time by showing me wrong things, so be quiet and let me decide, so he said something so stupid and ignorant that I went off on him and told him to get the F away from me and if he has a problem with me, to do something about it and if not to get away from me now, or hed have a problem and to get someone else if he wants to. So next comes this big dude who tried to intimidate me telling me that I have to go now. At this point its only 7:03-7:04 and Ill show a picture of my receipt which shows the time of my purchase was 7:06PM, to prove it... So I tell the big guy that I got here way before you closed and your employee wasted my time, and the fact that a business can keep people from coming in after closing, but any well run business would let customers get and purchase what they want without harassment. Then he had the gaul to tell me to hurry up, so I told him that because of telling me that, I would take my sweet time and to please write down his supervisors name and number and also his name and his star employees name Lol, and that I didnt think that his supervisor or district manager would appreciate them trying to get rid of paying customers, especially when most businesses are struggling with the virus problem going on and also to learn something about the incident or that they would be stuck in a minimum wage position for ever somewhere, unless harbor freight is so badly managed, that they would keep a couple of yo- yos like this working for them. Sorry I dont know how to attach a photo but Ill keep trying.

Absolutely love this place. Prices for mixed sized of sand paper were $2.99 and $3.99 per pack where as Home Depot and Lowes were over $6. Harbor Freights selection was also better for sandpaper.

I havent been to HF in Lomita in quite a while. The store has been remodeled. Employees are very helpful and they are stocked with all kinds of goods.

While one has to be careful and selective when buying things at Harbor Freight, there are some items that are well suited for intended purposes. For example, moving blankets, work gloves and tarps are a good buy. Floor jacks are so, so. Their LED flashlights are a bust. Take advantage of their coupons and be selective and you will be satisfied.

The use of the Harbor Freight coupons is very frustrating. I dont know if it is just this store or all of them, but they NEVER scan correctly. I just used the 15% off Everything coupon, purchasing 4 items, but they only took 15% off the first item they rung up.

Its a like an adult toy store for hardware enthusiasts. Prices are low and they have everything. If you need tools of any kind they probably have it. They have lifetime replacement on some tools now. Check it out. Its the kind of place you go to for one thing and walk out with with your arms full. So many cool things. I got a tool set and some paint guns for work. My uncle got a compressor. I couldnt believe how inexpensive they were. This store has something for everyone.

Harbor Freight is very cheap for many of your needs in tools the product the sell is for the most part reliable but always get the warranty because of it breaks they will replace it. This is really great store. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They recently remodeled it, and things are much easier to find, and they seem to have a lot more stuff. I come here all the time.

Good place to go if you need an off-the-wall tool that you wont use very often and dont want to pay a ton of money for it. Not bad for some cheap imported stuff even their hand tools have lifetime warranty. Be warned though the smell of plastic will give you a headache inside the store quickly.

This is one of the smaller Harbor Freight locations, but it is well stocked nonetheless. While parking is free, the lot is shared with about twelve to fifteen other businesses, so there have been times(notably on the weekends)when I have had to park on nearby Oak street. Weekday shopping is recommended.

Decent Harbor Freight location(its a chain). Although its smaller than most HF locations, and in a strip mall(which others usually arent), its conveniently located near an automotive wrecking yard and in a generally industrial area. This is appropriate considering Harbor Freight deals almost exclusively in discount tools and hardware.

The place to be for a DIYer

Good location which even a medium-size RV can get into - recommend doing that from the side street tho. Altho day parking can be tight, evening and weekend parking usually has room.

Good products but this location has a small back stock they dont always have the items I need, such as larger toolboxes and tools.

Harbor freight has some decent tools and if you get lucky you get some that last years. This store has been around forever and was recently remodeled and has a better layout.

Some Harbor Freights are larger. Three friendly employees on hand the Thursday late afternoon I came by. Nobody in line when I arrived, but 3 cash registers in use by time I checked out about 15 minutes later. Neat and orderly displays.

First time here and loved it. I’m not a hands on person that much, but this store is an adult toy store for my husband. Tons of tools and other items most guys use around the house, for work and any DIY project. They have really cute solar, rope lights and I love the fact they power on and off on their own.

Used to be the go to place for cheap tools. Being effected by the trade war with China and the lack of Chinese products.

Good selection of low cost tools. Quality of electrical tools are low but affordable. Coupons can be found online for free items including a 20% off coupon off of one item.
