I’m devastated. John and Jay were the only 2 dudes I trust to install my car audio. Back in 2007, I went to John with a brand new 335i BMW to fix the banged up install 3-4!other shops attempted. I had already spent close to $10k in equipment and other BS I totally didn’t need. The guys ripped everything out and installed an amazing system for me. Truly talented installers. Hopefully they make it back in the game soon I need a new system on a new ride!

Went in there with an idea of what I wanted, but no thought on the specific device. The man that helped me went through every device to weigh the pros and cons. The crew here cares more about making people happy than making the quick sale. Highly recommend.

All Star sound is out of business. The rent kept going up and up and up they could not afford it, now the owner of the property son is running window tinting business I asked what happened to John and I was told they closed due to the pandemic, I was lied to.

They are always the best. I have brought four cars here, all with different needs, and they have done an excellent job on each and every one. They understand audio and how to get the best results with your budget. Some places have a philosophy of just throw money at it because that is the easy answer. Come here with a budget, work out a plan with Jay and John, and you will get the best results that are tailored to your needs and ears. I have done high end builds and low end head unit/speaker swaps here. All have been a great value for what I got.

These guys are great! I got three cars tinted there because I was so happy with their work! I got the best heat rejecting tint, and they gave me great prices for a great product! Its amazing how much cooler my cars stay in the sun! I also got stereo, alarm, and back-up camera work done. Im so glad I found a great shop for all this work!!

These guys are the real deal. Ive now brought 3 cars to them, and every time theyve done an excellent job. If you come in and have a set budget in mind, they will work with you to get the best bang for your buck. Whats really cool is that they also price match amazons prices, so you know youre getting the lowest prices on everything you buy. In fact, on a couple of things, I noticed that they charged me LESS than what Amazon charged.When you visit, you can check out all of the trophies these guys have won over the years from car shows and events. They dont really talk about it, but its there if you look. Also these guys will tell you all about car audio if you ask so that you can make an informed buying decision. They do this with all of their customers, so if you come in and see them talking to another customer, be patient until its your turn. Its worth it.5 stars for sure!

Do not go here unless you like to argue and be bullied into buying what the owner wants you to buy. Horrible experience. I knew what I wanted to do, what it would cost, and my budget. Owner spent 40 minutes arguing with me and trying to talk me into doing something totally different and spending at least double my budget. He would not listen to what I wanted. Its all about what he wants. Eventually I had to just walk out because I went to a stereo shop to make a purchase, not argue for an hour and be bullied. Believe the negative reviews. I figured they were exaggerating. They were definitely not.

Excellent customer service. Im usually hesitant and uneasy about these places for their tendency to trick you into more services you dont need but the owner Jay was awesome and honest! Jay knows his cars and audio very well, hell be up front and tell you only what you need AND dont need unlike other places that will sell you anything they can to increase your bill. The work was quick and done very professionally, my Car is now bumping music the way I want it to! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

All Star installed some online purchased radios in my wifes and my daughters Priuses. I went there for some window tinting after they told me about their excellent experience and reasonable installation charges.They took time explaining the difference in the various grades of tint. I had them install a tint that not only cut down on UV, but also IR, so the light coming through my drivers window is not nearly as hot.Since then, I have had a touch-screen Pioneer car stereo installed, and also a backup camera to go along with it.I have found their installation process to be surprisingly rapid, their prices to be competitive (they actually go online to determine the best price with the customer).They have never attempted to sell me the top of the line in any of my purchases.I would highly recommend All Star Sound to anyone who wants stereo or window tinting installation.

Be aware of the owner, hes money hungry he lies and lies and lies. He has the tendency of contradicting himself, as he stumbles in his words.The type that likes to hear himself talk and makes no sense. Trust me stay away from this guy hes bad news. I rarely go out of my way to give a bad a review but this guy was screaming for it. He sets you up for failure by doing a lousy job. Giving you no other choice but to return to fix or finalize the job. This is where he feels you have no choice but to fork out more and more money. What a classy crook.

Jorge had horrible customer cervice & no respect. I asked for a simple wire to be reconnected & he handed me the tools expecting me to do the job like if it was to complicated to do. So I did it myslef thanks to his tools

Walked in for a quote and drove away with new speakers. After a minute or two I had no doubt that these guys knew their stuff and were giving me a good if not the best deal possible.

Location is in a strip mall near the freeway and is easy to miss. It is a mess inside with stuff everywhere. But, the radio install looked clean. Unfortunately, my expensive radio stopped working outside of the warranty for unknown reasons...

Theyve got pretty good prices on their equipment. The labor is slightly over priced though. And I wouldnt mind paying the extra if the guy who was selling me the equipment didnt come off as an A hole.

The manger name Jay order a blue tooth for my car before Thank Given, The device arrive 1 week before Xmas, they installed but could not get it to work, 4 hours gone bye, . So they told me come back another day when they could get techincal support online . So i return, and they spend the hold day get it installed, After they installed it, it had no blue Booth, I explain to Jay before he order the part i need Blue Tooth, and to top it off they screw up the car computer to the point they had to take to The dealer to get it fix. when the tech. return my tank was on full when i drop it of was down pass the 3/4 marker, on gas gage. After uninstalled the so call Blue tooth device, and return my car ..We went online and found a Blue Tooth device, ask tech could he installed the tech yes so i order the part for my car, It arrive to day on Jan 8 2014, I call to get the part installed, and Jay Told He could not do work Because it was not one of his dealer... So know i stuck with a part i cant installed, I waster 2 days ... not include the gas to go there ......
