Front desk lady is extremely rude. The mechanic is nice enough and price was fair but I would never go again and have to deal with that lady

Very honest. Somehow my alarm got put on valet mode and my speaker went out at the same time. Thinking I needed a new alarm with the spike in vehicle thefts in lakewood recently I went in. They took it out of valet mode and diagnosed my bad siren. About $70 for material and labor. Great deal.

Got smog for 60 bucks out door

Super service/services. It was more affordable for me to have an entire new alarm installed(way better system than original factory installed from Hyundai) with 2 new FOBS, Than just get a new FOB(1) from Hyundai because that one failed...

This place is the best I have taken all of my vehicles there. The prices are good and the quality of craftsmanship is dealership quality. The installers are professional they know what they are doing and they have won competitions to prove it they have the trofies and magazine articles there in the lobby. I highly recommend it and I have gone to numerous shops over the years this ones the best!

Was next door for an oil change and was told they could fix my actuator. I already had the part and they pop the door panel and I got the wrong part. Was told to came back with the right part and pay the other half then which I thought was nice of them. Week later, part was replaced. Happy with the work and service.

As family owned from my understanding could of been more greetful when potential customers walks into your business. Called and was told it was 1st come 1st basis, so made treck 30 mins early from opening time. Pulled up from the driveway and already saw a car being worked on. No biggy but already felt discouraged but im already there and 1st physical customer there. So started to ask questions and asked whats turn around time, By end of business day was already there and might as well get it done and get picked up. Was called an hour b4 closing time, got there and inspected and must say a very clean job. Everything is the same as i left the car to get my Radar Detector hard wired other than the Rj11 is dangling down from rear view mirror which is the reason for the hardwire. Overall for this place dont expect too much from pulling up and pulling out from the driveway from an hours work on your stereo or etc there will be cars left from previous day(s). As i left the place i only saw 1 tech that explained how the work was done, which was a bonus for any customer. Overall experience the asian lady working the front, should be more friendly and know how to welcome customer(s) and as for technicians, should be more than expected not just 1. If business is tight totally understand but if greed is in the mix, not the way to go. Having more techs will get more sales by the end of the day. All in all i recommend this place if you want a professional clean job but if your in a time frame to get it done, this place is not for you.

So so shop. A bit over priced for tint. Bought my 67 c10 in. They wanted $300 bucks to do 3 windows......? Doesnt make much sense when I can go to made in the shade in cypress off Lincoln and get tint for 25 bucks a window. $100 bucks a window is crazy. Good luck with those prices. Shop around first.

Horrible Experience!!Bad customer service regarding service and pricing.

I took my 2005 Grand Caravan in to replace the broken OEM stereo with a Pioneer model. The price was good and I was very satisfied with the quality of service. They were friendly and very fast.

We went to this shop randomly for questions that was never answered by other auto shops and the man willingly helped us for free! He was a young korean man who answered all questions unanswered. Thank you for the help!

Had to upgrade the stock stereo in a honda civic NGV without rear speakers. With new speakers, head, amp, and sub, Im really enjoying music along my new long commute.They were great both before and after the purchase, helping me choose a system, then helping with advanced settings after the install.

I came in to diagnose a popping noise when I turn off my self-installed new stereo. I have a 1998 Lexus ES300 in which I was trying to use the factory Pioneer amp with the new JVC KW-HDR81BT unit.First time I got to Sound Tech, I talked to the lady at the front desk and asked her about possible solutions to my problem. She was nice but didnt have an answer or suggestion for me. She recommended I let the tech look at the car once hes done with his current installation and told me to come back in 2 hours.I left without negative feelings but felt a little irked that I had to come back. Couldnt I ask the tech for a 30 second opinion?So I came back and talked to the tech straight. He wasnt done with the car he already had in the shop but he was in the sales area. He was very friendly and without even looking at my car, he knew the problem. He suggested that I go buy a resistor from Radio Shack and put it on the amp on/off wire and see if that helps. If I wanted him to do it, he could do it for me and charge me regular installation fee. Fair enough.I ended going around to get some more opinions on my problem. Overall, I am happy with the service I got at Sound Tech. I know I didnt buy anything from them but they were nice, friendly and helpful. At some other car stereo shops that I went to, the guy wouldnt even give me an opinion without charging me something for diagnostic.Ill definitely keep Sound Tech in mind when I need more car audio stuff.
