I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. CRYSTALE IS TERRIBLE. AND WHILE WERE AT IT MAYBE STOP GIVING NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO OTHER BUSINESSES JUST TO PROMOTE YOUR OWN AWFUL BUSINESS.

I really enjoyed my 2 recent visits at Temporary Satisfaction! Merchandise was A quality, store was very well organized and everything was easy to find and locate. No clutter at all. Customer service was wonderful from Crystale, she was very informative on the products and spent time with me picking things out that fit me needs. When I’m back in Long Beach area I will be back to Temporary Satisfaction

Great sex shop ran by Crystal, who is dope and very knowledgeable.The atmosphere was nice and I looked around the store twice to make sure I didnt miss anything I needed. She is very friendly, speaking to everyone who came into her store and we had our convo the whole time I was there. I bought a cut-out one piece lingerie, room fragrance, and some toe rings. Oh she also gives out lube samples too. Black owned as well, so I definitely will be back ! Thank you Crystal!!!!

The shop may seem small but just start looking and youll be amazed at all that is offered. The prices are reasonable and the owner is ready to assist with advice, etc. Shes super friendly and keeps a well-stocked, neat and orderly place for one to have fun and take their time choosing product(s). My husband and I enjoy going there and never leave empty handed. She carries a lot of plus lingerie too, which can be sparse at most other shops.

Best selection, pricing and knowledge. Salespeople, especially Crystal, very helpful and non-intrusive. By far, the BEST of any similar shop in every way!! Customer for life!

My friend n I went in there. The lady was really nice and that was our first time came in there. Its a lil small but they have great toys. Great customer service n we found everything we needed. We will be back soon.

I havent been there for about 4 yrs. I had great experiences and went 2-3 a month. Discreet, clean, well organized, knowledgeable staff (if they didnt have an answer, they looked it up),. Very friendly staff and low prices. Now that I am back in SoCal I will be a frequent customer.

The store needs a little organization and the staff needs to get up and offer a little help. But they were open when I needed some PHAT TOYS...good thing.
