Discovered a crack in a bedroom window pane of our aluminum frame sliding windows. Had never used Fast Glass before, but sent an email with information. The son of the owner did my new screens on the fly and on demand in less than 15 minutes, and literally gave me a deal that seriously could not be beat. Fast Glass is fantastic. The owner and his assistant made a window screen while I waited. He very carefully measured it as he made it so that it was sized perfectly. I have used this place numerous times and they do an excellent job and are reasonably priced. They also sell glass.

These guys are great. Tried to have a screen made at Bay Hardware.They quoted me $48.00 and 3-4 days to make after they already had it for a day to quote. These guys did it in 5 minutes.

When I got to fast glass the guys were nice, personable, and quick to start replacing the glass in my window sash. My window was repaired in less than fifteen minutes and the price for my repair was more than reasonable. The price was easily $10 - $15 cheaper than any other glass shop I looked into. Im sure these guys will be able to fix any window issue you may have.

Fast Glass really helped me out on a Friday afternoon. My dog had broken the front large window of my house. I contacted Fast Glass and they were able to make it within an 1 1/2 hrs of me calling. They were so quick. It took less then 10 minutes to replace the glass. I highly recommend their services. They were also inexpensive for last minute and for such a large window. I have some other window needs and discussed that with them. I am definitely using them for those replacements.

Wow! The name is right! Needed a piece of mirror glass, called, Lauren gave great directions, in minutes he had not only cut the glass, but installed it in the frame! Thats Fast Glass! I called to get an estimate on what it would cost to replace the glass in a full glass storm door for my elderly Aunt living in Long Beach. I live in Texas and wanted to do the leg work for her and find a reputable shop. The guy got smart with me, told me he wouldnt have any idea because hes never seen a storm door, that he isnt sure why Id be calling and that they dont have storms in Long Beach. I lived in Long Beach for 10 years, I too, had storm windows and storm doors because the double plated glass is very cost-effective. After the attitude I got from this guy, his lack of knowledge on glass, windows, or doors, I would never ever give business to them. Much less let him have interaction with my Aunt.

I accidentally broke the 72 mirror on my wifes closet door and there was not going to be peace in our home until it was fixed. I first called the company that installed it back in 2011 and they were expensive and could not fix for a few days. This morning I called around 8:30am to get an estimate over the phone for my sliding window. Not sure if it was too early for the guy but he was very rude. When I did what he said sending him a text of my window i called him right after I sent it and he came off as rude with his tone. To think he would be understanding. No just because you do this for 25 years doesnt mean you leave out common courtesy. Also it is very rude to call people names. I will make sure people understand how to run a business.

Some idiot broke my driver side mirror, so naturally I was furious. However, it led me to Fast Glass. The guys at fast glass were professional, courteous and just awesome. Fixed my mirror in 15 mins and had a couple of great conversations about vinyl and its trend. Recommend them extremely highly.

Father and son shop. I needed a window sash repaired and they had me done and dusted in under 10 minutes and at an incredibly reasonable cost! But because they are a small shop and do a lot of work at a customers home or business be sure to call first to make sure when they will be in the shop to help you out. Great service, great prices, and Long Beach owed business we should all support! My window and screen were fixed within 45min after placing initial call.

I had previously used Fast Glass to fix a door, they were relatively responsive and did the job well. When I called recently for another couple pieces of glass they really messed up, not on the glass, but the service. When I first called and told them what I wanted, they asked me to text the dimensions to them. I did. A week went by, I called them back because I had not heard anything. The response was oh, we didnt have enough information to make the glass, you didnt tell us the placement of the holes. Well, WHY DIDNT THEY CALL ME BACK TO ASK? This happened three times, and they simply never called to get the info they said they needed. After 4 weeks of waiting I canceled the order. Upon canceling, the guy I was working with went on a tyraid of how hes always fast and never messes up orders. Say what he may, he never followed through with my order, never called me back, never did anything right. Maybe this is a fluke situation with this company, but the bottom line is that you never treat customers like this.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. I have never had such a terrible business experience in all my life - and all over an email address. Simply -After confirming an order with Lauren (all via text --highly unprofessional), I asked for an email address to reiterate what wed agreed upon for MY companys purposes. So if I were absent for any reason, my colleague could step in and have all the details. First I was texted that providing an email address was too much work for a $15 profit. I called him because I thought maybe I somehow misunderstood his meaning. I said hello, gave him my name and sat there (jaw to the floor) as he proceed to yell at me about how he doesnt care about my $35 order - he doesnt need my business (or the other 30+ locations my company has), he makes $1000/week (after 30 years in business, mind you) so he doesnt care. needless to say, I cancelled my order and found another company just down the street that offered an email address without my having to ask and delivered the glass faster than I was quoted by Mr. Fast himself. Never in my life have I been spoken to in such a way - irregardless of needing the business or not, what respectable business owner says these things to potential customers - much less a commercial customer!? Do what you want but no one could pay me to ever contact or recommend this company to anyone, ever. Customer service (or lack thereof) speaks volumes & boy did I get an ear full!

I called to see if they repair sliding screen doors and window pane glass and the man on the phone just hung up the phone, didnt respond or anything after saying hello fast glass and heard what I needed. Obviously this company doesn not care about YOU or service I would NEVER trust them to do work on any property I own.
