Be warned. These guys came out to measure the fire door I needed to be replaced. They took a 50% deposit. 6 weeks later they came out to install the new door. What do you know, the new door didnt fit!Rather than finishing the job, they then sent me a note saying they have decided to no longer proceed with this project and that they would refund my deposit.Thanks for the help!In response, good customer service means you finish the job you contracted to complete, and not simply walk away from a customer.
