I ordered a screen Friday morning, owner said to pick up before 5. Store is closed on the weekend. I arrived at 4:45 and the store was closed.I am finishing up the renovations on my rental in Riverside on Saturday and now I have to return again next weekend just to put the screen on.If you advertise and personally tell me you are open until 5 then be open until 5. I am a very busy person and I have my days well planned out. This store just cost me another half day away from home and about $15.00 in fuel.If the owner had an emergency, well perhaps I will change my review. Until then One star is all he gets.UPDATE: I have been back - Needed a screen right away and they are close to me. I took my screen, the owner was quite nice, had screen ready the following day and the cost was much less than expected.Moral of the story is I guess some times with small mom and pop ownership you have to be a bit flexible. I am updating to 5 stars.

Its hard to explain how easy and affordable this process was for me. Tim did an amazing job..showed up early to our appointments, was an absolute pleasure to interact with, and knew is craft down to every detail. Definitely saving me money in places I didnt need to spend it and the quality of the work I am absolutely thrilled with.

I had busted screens (thanks cats!). They repaired it. Rapidly. The end.Perhaps youd like a bit more elaboration. Id been putting off repairing my scratched-up screens because I was just too damned lazy. However, insects actually being able to fly into my place unfettered finally became a big enough problem to get my ass over to this place. I pass by this place every day when I go to work, so of course they were the first ones I thought of. Theres also parking in the rear in addition to street parking out front. They have a huge variety of screens for all your screening needs, and the owner Tim and others at the shop are pleasant, helpful guys. I got a 16 x 20 and a 20 x 30 screen repaired with pet-proof screens for about $40 total. If you can take it in thats the best--apparently they charge $65 for a house call. I am very pleased with my new screens; I think they did a great job.

Excellent work and turn around. We had 5 screens replaced. Pick-up and drop off were right on time, and the screens look great!

What a great business. I called and talked to the owner. I gave him measurements over the phone and he said to come in tomorrow at 2pm. Arrived at 2pm the next day and everything was ready... it was just that easy. Love it. More businesses need to operate like this. Will be recommending to all friends and family.

We purchased a custom screen door and the gentleman who worked with us was very nice and very helpful. The screen door was ready quickly and I thought their prices were reasonable. Sounds like theyve been in business quite a while and they really seemed to know what theyre doing. Great experience. Their hours are not posted but its a Monday-Friday kinda thing.

Always good service when you dont have time to do it yourself :) I love tha TV they are still here - weve gone to them for many years!

Quick screen done next day but parking is only two spaces loading zone

Very nice people, reasonable price

This company has done all our screening for many years and now I have a problem with our retractable door and can’t get it open and I am told 6 weeks for service. Sounds like it’s time for a name change.
