I usually have a good shopping experience at this Whole Foods Market. The employees provide excellent customer service even while seemingly very busy at times. There are a lot of different brands and items (depending on the item/pricing varies for similar items) though I feel like if a place sells cooking/cleaning ingredients (if you will) that place needs to sell supports for the ingredients like a broom, a mop, pots, pans, etc. I want to own a Whole Foods type store in a/its most ecofriendly form. The ingredients (Kale Salad, Tofu, and String Beans) of the combination meal I order are so fresh, and tasty! They accept Samsung Pay, and sometimes offer discounts for Amazon Prime members. As of my most recent visit, there is a cleaning station at an entrance that provides masks, and hand sanitizer.

First time at this particular location, and I was very impressed. Super, super produce department, great selection and wonderful butcher and fish department as well. Staff was very helpful why I was looking for a few items I couldnt find, at I was pleased when they reminded me about using my Prime app to unlock any discounts.

Aside from the cashier girl charging us for 11 cheesecakes when we only got 1 (later going back for correction) its a great location, great staff!!

Always stocked up, always friendly folks and knowledge staff. Appreciate the shaded parking. It has an awesome wine and alcohol section. But the cake section is my favorite.

This is the nicest Whole Foods I have ever been to and were so happy that were so close. They have EVERYTHING and I always know Ill be walking out satisfied.

Super clean. Super well organized. Quite expensive on not Whole Foods own labels. I suggest to look for their 365 label. Quality just as good and way better priced.

Produce was fresh (thats important) short check out lines and very friendly staff. Although I will add that we were looking for a specific product in nutritions. We couldnt find it so we asked the worker nearby. She said it wasnt available. Then, right after taking to her, we found it staring us right in the face! It was there in multiples. We wondered why SHE didnt actually look at the shelf for us instead of assuming something was gone without looking. Kind of weird.

Love my whole foods this store is amazing. The prepared salmon in the deli case is amazing. Their pizza is off the charts. Amazing customer service great cheese and wine selection too

Great selection of local produce that is healthy, reasonably priced, and safe to eat. Recommend the fruit and vegetables in particular. Seasonable produce, and lot of premade ready to eat foods to go as well. The cheese selection is very good too.

I agree with some other costumers. Sandwich sections are not like other Whole Foods. They skipped our orders and served the other customers faster than us. We ordered two sandwiches but when one of them is done, the staff said, “it’s done”.It’s not done…..

They have everything you need and multiple selections of it! I love coming here! I see something I want every five minutes. Great quality items, too!! I got the sushi shrimp roll with spicy mayo on top and it is one of the best rolls I have ever had!!

The bakery was stocked which was great, however a lot of the vegan stuff they were out of unfortunately...

Sandwiches were good. Drinks and meals for 3 were 50 usd

I came to return a book to Amazon. All the personal is friendly and helpful. It was my first time there, I love it.

I really love this store. It is well designed for easy shopping - even on a busy Saturday morning, I can get around the aisles just fine, find my groceries, and get into line behind just one other person who is trying to pay and leave. Its a pleasant experience and I really appreciate how fair their prices have gotten since Amazon took over. So happy to finally have a more positive weekly grocery shopping experience.

Update 07/24/18:Haven’t been here for half a year. Really hoped under Amazon things will be better, but no way... They removed nice dining area from the inside of the store and put delivery storages instead... Now outside dining area only what is not comfortable to use in hot weather. Outside dining area was changed too: nice armchairs with pillows were outside - no more. Just chairs and tables now. Well, thanks for at least this, of course, but it was much more cozy before and now it really feels like “just business, nothing personal”.Came today morning to grab some breakfast scrambles eggs and other hot meal. The guy was taking out all the stuff from hot bar right in front of me. I asked him a few times to make a 1 min pause and to let me grab some food, but he didnt want to stop... I left hungry and disappointed, as I had no time to visit any other cafe. Thank you Whole Foods!UPDATE.09/12/17.Decided to give them a chance... Nothing changed. 10am - no scrambled eggs, no scrambled whites, no boiled eggs and no a lot of other items in salad bar.Fire exit was blocked with carts. See pics.UPDATE.08/03/2017.8am. No scrambled eggs. I had to ask and to wait for 10mins for it. No some of cheese toppings, no boiled eggs, no some fresh veggies, no cut fruits, wanted to take cherry tomatoes and found it dirty and rotten.Nobody cares about anything...Looks like they want to go out of business.They never put the trash cans in a right order. Never. So people get confused and always miss the right trash can or you have to spend time and play puzzle.UPDATE.07/27/17.Still no good news. 10.15am - no breakfast eggs at all: nor scrambled, nor boiled, nor yellow, nor white. No breakfast sandwiches, no breakfast pizza. For about 3 days some of the bowls with salad toppings were empty. Peas in salad bar had brown colour what tells me it was not fresh. Bought ice cream and it was rotten.Also it feels like a lot of good reviews here were left buy Whole Foods bots...

First shopping trip at the new apartment and when I heard there was a whole foods, had to go. Gonna make a fresh slow cooker beef stew tonight and found some garlic brisket and mac and cheese with tri tip for lunch that blew my mind. Highly recommend.

I love everything about this Whole Foods. It’s clean, always has items in stock, and there are a ton of vegan options. An added bonus: their hot bar and deli is amazing. A must try is the TTLA (smoky tempeh, tomato, lettuce and avocado) sandwich and the Beyond Meat burger. You can enjoy your hot food at the tables outside with some refreshing tea. Keep up the awesomeness WF!

The best Whole Foods during covid 19. The employees are fast & friendly so youre not waiting too long & risking your health. They have great sales and the prime membership discounts are amazing & super helpful during these tough times. The parking is futuristic & very much appreciated.

Found these goodies and thought let me sample them all. Chicken wings were good, meatloaf was better than I expected. Ribs, Mac and cheese and prime rib I can live with out. Overall Whole Foods in LB surprised me with these options. I will be back.

Good shopping experience. They keep an eye out for covid safety. In my opinion the fresh produce is as good as the produce from the farmers market on Sunday and a bit cheaper. Some products seem much more expensive though. We are selective about what we buy here, but the things we do buy are of a high quality.

I wouldnt normally shop here, but I was in the parking lot so I stopped for a pack of beer. Ive always heard the saying whole foods = whole paycheck so I was pleasantly surprised over the beer prices. I got a 6 pack of Golden Road for a couple bucks less than I would have at my regular grocery store, and Ive never seen this particular flavor in regular grocery stores before, so it was a cool discovery. Why the 2 stars? Customer service. Ive been a customer service manager of some variety or another for almost 5 years, and I was not given any good service here whatsoever. The employees were bustling around, acting like they owned the store and almost bumped into me more than once when I had the right of way. When I got to the check out counter, I stood there patiently for 2 minutes before the cashier finally stopped talking to their co-worker and acknowledged me. They still talked to their co-worker during the whole transaction and never gave me the time of day or attention that a paying customer deserves. My girlfriend works for Amazon Prime as a shopper there and she says the staff are pretty rude to her on most occasions as well. If you want your customers to pay top dollar for their groceries, then give them a satisfying experience.

A month ago i had a special experience at the whole food market. Most of the whole foods I went to were kind. In fact, its harder to find unfriendly places. But the butcher shop here is really disgusting. The person I met last time was so unkind, so I tried talking to the manager, but surprisingly, He was the supervisor. A few weeks passed and I went again today. Nothing has changed. Its really unkind and unpleasant. The bakeries, deli and pizza sections here are really friendly. Im really curious why only butchers are. I would like to ask an Amazon representative or Wholefood representative. Is it the first time youve heard of a complain like me?

I come here often. Since Amazon took over, one seems to be fighting for space with the employees gathering items for pick up or delivery. Thats fine, but the demeanor is one that prioritizes their space rather than the customers.

I ran into Whole Foods today to grab some Kreme Fraiche and I wound up with a pizza as well. They have large pepperoni pizzas for only $15.00. How do you not come out with a pizza?I come here a lot. I have always found the employees to be very knowledgeable and exited to help. I am not always a health food nut, but this place has a fantastic selection. It was the only place I could find Kreme fraiche at a decent price.I also have a Prime membership and that changes everything at this store. I get lots of extra deals and special prices. I can even pay with my Amazon account.I am definitely a fan.

Great produce section, great meat department, my fiancé will only buy our steaks from here and they are some of the best steaks he’s ever cooked!! And holy moly I didn’t know that Whole Foods had their own pizza department where you can get either a slice or a whole entire pizza BUT ITS SOME OF THE BEAT PIZZA IVE EVER TRIED!! And I love their cream brûlée in their amazing refrigerated dessert section

Each time I try to get a coffee or tea there, the lady says. Ohh sorry I am cleaning my Machine even its not closing time. No coffee. Today 1 minute past 8pm, she closes at 8pm not even wanted to make a hot tea :( This is not Amazon 5 Star Customer Service3rd try, this time I just found this sign still 40 minutes to close her department.

So I rode my bike to the beach and stopped at Whole Foods. Helping myself to a yorba matte hot tea paid for it and went outside to drink it. Being greedily I went back in to get a refill and left. Then lo and behold a security person approached me and asked for a receipt for the refill. I showed him the original receipt and he said I have to go back into the store and pay for the refill. I asked where is the sign that states no refills... There were none ... I then left the refilled drink on the counter and said how petty for Whole Foods to bust me An how petty for me not to pay for the refill. Looking back if I by chance go back I will drink the refill at the fountain where the coffees are dispensed and prepare to be incarcerated...

Its a little daunting because the store is bigger and wider than before. The prices are still above the competition but there are other grocery stores that are less than in surrounding areas if youre willing to travel.

Great place to shop every once in a while because it is a bit on the expensive side, but the quality is undeniable. Plus they are handling social distancing as appropriately as can be expected. Get the best deals with a prime membership and an Amazon credit card.
