Can’t buy decongestant because the license scanner is broken

We lived here for 18 years and Jill the Pharmacist is the worst I have ever come across. She is honestly a very rude person who does not care at all about the customers. She cant be bothered at all.

Pharmacy staff extremely rude. No customer service skills, they dont care about their patients.

Well stocked nice employees but we don’t need automated check out at this location!!!! Good place to shop very convenient

Definitely hasn’t been renovated in a long time. Definitely your basic CVS & Pharmacy chain. This is a smaller location but they do have a great selection. Very busy little plaza so be careful when entering & exiting. Parking is tight so watch out for door dings etc. Liquor store next door.

I couldnt be more pleased with the personnel working at the Longmeadow St. store ... especially the Pharmacy where they always greet me by name.I never go to any other drugstore. When I ask where I can find something in the store, the personnel never tell me where the item is, they always take me there to make sure I find it. They are totally amazing! And when I take a new Rx to them, they say it will be ready in 10 minutes and it never takes more than 3-5 minutes.

The personnel are all very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy personnel are all very caring and helpful.The pharmacists are knowledgeable and kind. They know me by name and I feel comfortable doing business there.

Pharmacy staff are top notch. Always willing to answer questions and help you find discounts for you higher priced prescriptions
