Pretty normal harbor freight. Great place to get tools for very cheap, just dont expect to be able to leave them to your grandchildren. It wasnt too crowded and they had a good selection.

I dont get all my tools from harbor freight, but there are a lot of tools that I get from harbor freight. Oftentimes they are good enough to get the job done or just as good as name brand. This location specifically had friendly employees who were willing to go the extra mile. When I had to make a return it was quick and simple. Im taking off a star because I noticed they were out of several things which can happen pretty easily. They said those items would be in on the next truck, but when I returned 2 Days later after the truck had been there the items were still missing from the shelves. What are you going to do?

Disappointed they dont do the 20%off coupons any longer. Huge price increase to the nitrile gloves. Dont shop here as much as I used to as Amazon has become my go to now.

For a weekend-mechanic or someone interested to get into automobile mechanic, Harbor Freight is the place to be. After years buying tools, pneumatic and other necessities, if you care for them, they last forever.Five stars.

Good place for tools, some are not worth the money but just bring it back for a refund. From mechanic tools to gardening items, welding and odd projects done at home Ive had good luck.

Harbor Freight is always great. They dont sell hardware (screws, nails, wood) but they have a great selection of tools. Ive had good luck with them, paid next to nothing and have had them last years, but worst case you can buy a tool from them at the same price it would cost to rent that tool for 2 or 3 days, and come out ahead even if it breaks. One of my favorite stores

Typical Harbor Freight. Staff is friendly but youre on your own for finding things. It has a great location and very good parking (except when its crowded). Lately the tool quality has gone up with their Doyle line. Overall I would recommend this harbor freight to anyone.

I bought a pole saw online in July 2020 for almost $200. It had a 90 day warranty and is no longer working as of March 2021. For $200, I would hope a tool would last longer. I called the store and was told that since I didnt buy an extended warranty, I was out of luck. In July 2020 I wasnt going into stores, which apparently was necessary to buy an extended warranty. I wont be giving Harbor Freight my business again.

Been a while since ive shopped here.They have definitly stepped up the quality of their tools!Bought an electric impat driver to remove lug nuts and very impressed with the power of it.They still have lower end tools to get you by, but a really good selection of better quality tools.

Decent selection and has decent pricing. The store is set up well not too cluttered and their merchandise flows nicely.

A great place to get inexpesive tools, but the tools are cheaply made. They have great sales.

Great place for cheap tools. Make sure to have all your coupons ready. I like to screen shot my coupons on my phone ahead of time. Theres almost always a free item with any purchase.

A well-run store, and well stocked. I have bought a ton of stuff there in years past, and have usually been satisfied with my purchases. Overall, the quality of many of their products keeps getting better. Customer service is excellent if you are ever dissatisfied with a purchase.

I needed AA and AAA batteries and its hard to beat the price for 24-packs here. I always find something useful I didnt even come in for.

I wanted to buy their 10 Diamondback tile saw. I grabbed the piece of paper for the saw I wanted and took it up to the register. The clerk at the register called to the back and asked if a 10 tile saw was in stock. The reply was, Yes. She completed the checkout while they brought it up front. I was confused because the price wasnt quite right. It wasnt until the transaction was complete that I realized they brought out a Chicago Electric 10 tile saw. I told them they brought out the wrong saw. The clerk checked and told me this was the only 10 tile saw they had in stock. She told me I could drive to Westminster to exchange the Chicago Electric saw for the Diamondback. I told them I wanted to return the Chicago Electric and they told me there would be a restocking fee for the return. I was upset and chose to drive 30 minutes each way to get the saw I wanted. The whole confusion comes from the poor communication from the register to the warehouse in back. Why have a sheet of paper with the saw description if you are just going to bring out the saw you want to sell? After this experience, I dont like shopping at Harbor Freight. If you do make a big purchase there, make sure you see the product before completing the purchase or youll be forced to pay a restocking fee for any return.

Good prices on cheap tools. Inventory is just okay compared to other locations. You generally get what you pay for, and this place is nice for those tools that require only infrequent or light-duty use.

Most of the time they have 1 register open and a line of people not fun waiting 30 minutes in line also they hate taking return they always have an excuse or just treat you disrespectful especially the managers

This is the Dollar tree of tool stores!I was so incredibly happy when I saw that one of these is being put in. For any of us who just happened to need a tool at a random time to just do some random little job this is the absolute best place to go. And if you go down the rabbit hole, and sign up with Satan to receive their newsletters, they will never stop being they actually have pretty good coupons and see you will probably cursed yourself for doing it but still you can get like 25 to 40% off of like one item at a time. It doesnt work for compressors in the big things that they sell,but when I just need a wrench to turn on the spigot in the bathroom to keep the hot water flowing walking over to harbor freight is such an easy option, and Im going to get out of there for less than five bucks I know. The people who work there also pretty cool, like kind of like a combination of guys who still live with their parents and people who really know too much about tools but just never made the jump to home Depot. the

Absolutely terrible service for me and my company. I came in to purchase the earthquake polisher after calling to confirm that they had it in store. They said yes. I came in grabbed the box they showed me and purchased it for 125 some odd dollars. Got home it was a display box. Then the staff would not give me the correct box because they didnt recognize me from my recent purchase. Now telling me I need to call harbor frieght main hub just to get refunded for the empty box I purchased. Man this experience makes me livid

The people working are obviously over whelmed and unhappy. Asked for help and the response was so miserable I just said nevermind and walked away. Hopefully that poor guy is having a better day today!

This is a great store if you know what to buy. Hand tools and anything else non-mechanical are set at great prices and seem to last well; I wouldnt buy any power tools here though, unless you plan to only use them once.

The people that work at this store are just awesome. They care about you as a person and as a customer. Came in for a price adjustment which they handled quickly and efficiently. Make sure you sign up for their frequent customer program, they will keep track of everything you buy under your phone number. Went in looking for small gauge wire strippers. Neither of the workers understood what I was talking about - even with larger gauge wire strippers in hand. I asked several times repeating myself I needed smaller wire gauge strippers. They did not understand what I meant by “gauge” Even after explaining myself several times, they were unable to help.This is a very basic tool for electricians. The electrical trade is large. This is extremely disappointing a TOOL STORE isn’t staffed with people aware of common tools or construction terms. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Harbor Freight has a good location with plenty of parking and is fairly easy to see from the street. Their inventory is varied and stocked pretty well and one of their employees was helpful. The younger kids seemed somewhat antisocial and apathetic about being there.

On July 9th 2020 at about 4:50 I over heard your cashier Russell getting yelled, cussed at, and belittled at by a man who acted more like a child because he had to wait 45 minutes for a truck to be unloaded. The customer isnt always right. You should be able to kick out anyone who treats your employees horribly. He deserves a raise and that customer deserves to be banned.

Love this place. Cheap, but affordable tools, especially if you are doing your own work.We bought some animal traps this last summer which worked great for catching the racoons eating our grapes. They were the perfect size and allowed us to release them safely somewhere else. I had called around to other places for similar traps, but they were over $90, where as at Harbor Freight, they were $30. The staff is nice too.

As many have said before, the tools here are not of top quality, but are great for occasional use. I have a bunch of tools from here, and I have the tool when I need it. Some of the tools here are a joke, so inspect closely and after first use, as usually signs will show up that you need to return the item. In general, this store saves me big $.

Cheap a$# tools and great customer service. They have just about everything you could need. The quality of a lot of the stuff is a little better than expected. Its a nice harbor freight as far as harbor freights go. Used to be a Walgreens so its a nice building. Plenty of parking and easy access

Its a harbor freight! It is the perfect place to go if you are doing some work and need a tool and dont want to spend too much.

Ive grown up hearing recommendations not to buy power tools and such from discount stores, worries that the tools will fail or not perform well. I can say that every tool Ive tried from Harbor Freight has worked (and is still working) extremely well, and with the pricing being so much more affordable its a no-brainer! Both Harbor Freights in my area are bright and clean, good layout and displays, nice assortment of tools (including many I didnt realize existed or that I needed for my vast range of projects)! Highly recommended! :-)

Takes a s*** on Lowes Home Depot all Hardware in department stores all the same product way cheaper same if not better warranty and again cheaper and then the staff is knowledgeable and can help in many different areas and again its cheaper never have I had an issue with returning anything right away Ive been told every time to go grab a new one!! And Ive had my $25 impact outperform a $150 one and mine still hasnt skipped a beat!!!
