Always a great experience at Baskin Robbins. They gave me extra hot fudge on my hot fudge sundae when I asked. We were a party of 6. Everything was delicious and we were all very happy with our ice cream. We chose to eat outside, since it was so nice out. The inside tables and chairs were perfectly clean though. They had a sign on the door that they do disinfect surfaces so thats good.

The second time we have tried to get a good malt here. The one I got tonight had no malt flavor in it, and was way too thin and watery. I guess this place has helped my diet. Second time I have had maybe three drinks from my icecream “treat”

Every Single time that me and my granddaughter come here the service is absolutely bad!! The ice cream is delicious, the service is so terrible the only reason why we come back is cuz the ice cream is good.

I went in on Saturday, there was no hand sanitizer available anywhere. I went to the bathroom to wash, there were no paper towels. Not even a dispenser for paper towels. I ask the person working if she had hand sanitizer available and she said she did not. I witnessed her handle cash, serve ice cream, and use the register without ever stopping to wash her hand. She also didnt have access to gloves. This is inexcusable in a pandemic.

Normally when i order from here we get huge scoops of ice cream. This time i ordered 3 tripple scoops. And it looks like tiny child scoops. Super dissapointed. 😔

Went in and was going to buy my daughters birthday cake. Total of 45 dollars. Tried to pay with the only cash I had, a 100 dollar bill. Girl said we cant accept anything over 100. I said, its a 100 dollar bill, its all I have, since I am spending about half of the bill in the store it should not have been a problem. Went to DQ who doesnt have a problem with my money.

GREAT SERVICE!!! The staff was so inviting, helpful, and engaging. Zoe and Emily are two wonderful young ladies. In a world were good service is hard to find, Baskin Robins has found it. The ice cream was great who doesnt love a world class chocolate milkshake on a warm evening night? So many choices and flavors. Zoe helped us try as many flavors as we wanted with the patience of a saint. We will definitely come back and recommend it to all seeking a little ice cream treat.

Well it doesnt really taste much like good ice cream. They have a lot of flavor options, but it doesnt make up for the quality. The value is lacking too since you can go to Ben and Jerrys for the same price but get much better ice cream. I just wish there was one closer.

Just like any other Baskin Robbins, good ice cream, good shakes, normally staffed by teenagers, same sanitized scent as all other ice cream places. We visit here once in a while. Never disappointed.

Employees are uninterested in your satisfaction and are too busy talking and screwing around with other employees. They also seem to have no experience in customer service because 3 of 5 times Ive visited BR, they are either rude, sarcastic, or very disrespectful to customers. I have also witnessed that some employees, not all, turn off the lights to the store to make the store look closed. Very unhappy with BR. Will not be visiting anytime soon.

She was cheerful, attentive, responsive and assisted us in every way. She gave us gave tastes for all who asked, gave all of us hand packed pints, or scoops in cones, specialty items or long spoons as was requested. Two of us ordered our icecream in specific layers and got them precisely as we wanted! We were all so pleased.All the while we were there eating and visiting, Julie was friendly, served all sorts of customers--adults, children, couples-- so that all of us in your store seemed happy and contented.We talked with all three attendants while they completed different tasks.The fellow was cleaning some equipment, and the other lady was working on some specialty item.Between customers, Julie changed out the large containers of icecream and did other tasks.I even asked her if she was the lead. I had thought she was, because she seemed so in charge of herself. Julie handled everything so well.We own a small business, travel seven states on these trips, have had employees before. We figured Julie was the one you put in charge, because she seemed so capable and sure of herself.Thank you for hiring such a fine worker as Julie, who represents Baskin Robbins so very well.Good Success for your big move to your new location! Went in last night to buy a valentines cake and I got the log cake home and it was terrible. Totally not worth $28.00 . very disappointed.

I have two words: drive through.

I came here in the middle of snow fall and slush with my Canadian friend and as Canadians, the snow doesnt deter us from some good ice cream! We both got the brownie sundaes with 2 different ice cream flavours and it was pretty good! The employee behind the register was super nice and got our order done fairly quickly despite the fact that it was dead inside and he looked pretty bored. We actually had to eat half of our ice cream later because it was so filling. It isnt exactly homemade or gelato special but for a chain ice cream place, Id say its better then Dairy Queen if you want scoops in a cup or cone instead of a blended up blizzard without the insanity of Haagan Daz prices which make college kids like me sweat a little. Seeing as its also pretty much right down the street from me, its dangerously close this summer...

We came here to purchase an ice cream cake for a birthday party in a week or so. Kayleigh is the cake decorator, and after looking at her work we decided to give her free reign on making a Moab like cake for the party. We are really looking forward to seeing what she comes up with.

OMG....$17 for a polar pizza and everything I ordered on it was not all there. Also, went into shop to get it and was told it had to be ordered in advance. All the marketing on this does not support that statement. Additionally, when I was asked what kind of crust, I said what are my options? The girl said umm, Im not sure. I know there is chocolate chip cookie. So I asked to see the list of what options are offered. I was told there is no list, most people order on line. Once again, not supported in advertising. I asked for the name of the manager/owner and was told she is not allowed to tell. Is there not a law that if asked, the name of the manager/owner must be given? This place is terrible. Ill go to Cold Stone from now on.
