It reminds me of when I was a kid. I will always love Dairy Queen. And this particular store has the fastest service! Kenzie is the best!

If the teenagers working here were coached on how to better be customer service oriented, this place would get five stars. Overhearing how they were interacting with customers while I was in the store a few nights ago made me pretty upset that I left and went to another ice cream parlor. I spent a lot of time coaching and being a leader to people in restaurants, so its not hard, its just a by product of them not giving a care about who is in charge. And because of that, the customers are treated like they are wasting their time and they would rather be in that back office instead of paying attention and doing you know, their jobs.Want good service here? go during the day when the team lead is more than likely going to be there.

Whom ever the person that thought adding ice cream to a Mr. Misty was..... you are the best person at DQ.

Was the only car in parking lot so went in and got our moolatte and raspberry fudge bliss. Tuen around and a kids baseball/softball team came ( a group of about 12). Then another group of 3 families all lined up! Employee: MathewW took everyones order and told each gust ill have that right up. He seemed a bit over welmed but kept cool! AWSOME JOB MattewW

I ordered a cotton candy blizzard for my child and she found STYROFOAM IN HER ICE CREAM! Are you f-ing kidding me?!???!??!!!! I will never again visit this location. Thats disgusting and absolutely infuriating.

(who have been working every single day through this pandemic, mind you!!)And DQ won’t even turn the tip function on for credit cards, nor can they even set a jar out.I won’t be back. You monitor and reply on behalf of the franchisees, so lets see what you do about their lack of value of our frontline workers. We really enjoy going here. The staff is always friendly and the food is very good. However it was odd the other day my milkshake coast a dollar more than what it shows. They said whip cream is an extra 50 cents and so is a cherry. I said thats weird it doesnt show that on the board. I was at a dairy queen in ft Collins and they said they never do that and it is weird. Not a big deal I guess but you would think the price is for what the picture shows. The menu should show that there is an extra charge for that. But why does this location do that and others do not?

Americana under a red roof. The usual creamy comfort of Dairy Queen frozen dairy products, under blankets of hot fudge or other toppings, nuts, and quick toppings. And good, cheap meals with chips, drinks, a quick hot protein, and chips. *laughs*This particular location has always had quick service, polite service, and a willingness to do stuff when Ive asked them to do so. Its usually crowded on a summer night, and deservedly so, theyre generous with their servings, and cheerful serving.

Rude people and can’t be nice tonight yelled at me because my 8 year old didn’t have a mask on and told me he needed a mask or he could just stay outside. Hmmm I tell my 8 year old to go wait outside while I’m ordering food. Yea no and then when handed my food The guy was talking to me condescendingly. Went in and they dont have good customer service. The employee working there was very awkward, barely spoke to me. Received my banana shake and there was way too many huge banana chunks for me to enjoy it as a shake.

You pay for a medium and you get less than a small these young kids really need to know customer service because theyre lacking in the portion scale of what you pay for.

Quick service and friendly

The only thing that you can really judge a place like dairy Queen is by the staff. They are assembling mostly pre-prepared food so there is little they have control over. That being said the staff at this location are top notch. They are friendly and quick to resolve issues. My favorite dq in Longmont.

One of the worst dairy queens ever. My cone was already melted when I got it and the chocolate dip looked watered down so it barely coated my ice cream. For $3 for a cone I expect better. Will not go back to that location.

The place is far too small, and they need to clean the sidewalk outside, its covered in melted ice cream, but the staff is always friendly!
