Purchased a whirlpool washer and dryer set from them at over 75% off retail. I requested delivery and they were able to come out the following day. They showed up promptly and installed the units quickly. This business goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure the customer is satisfied. Not only did they install the units they also included the hoses,clamps and splitter at no additional cost. Will be buying my future appliances from Andys

Usually very happy with them but today called to get exact pricing on a fridge we were going to purchase and then came into the store to look at the fridge and was then told it would be 75$ delivery fee. I was irritated that we wasted our time driving from vancouver,WA to go in and look and had planned the cost of appliance plus tax I have purchased 3 other appliances in the past and have never been charged 75$ delivery cost. Made the used item almost the same as just buying a new appliance. This was not a good experience this time and probably will be taking my buisness else were.

Great customer service! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and explained the process thoroughly. Delivery was right on time and the guys were amazing, especially since they had to take a washer and dryer down a narrow flight of stairs!

I am very surprised to see any bad reviews here as every time I have dealt with anyone with Andys Appliance, they were awesome!We found Andys when we were moving to Longview and needed a washer and dryer. We looked around, got a killer deal, and Robert (son) & Roberto (dad) both took the time to explain anything we asked as well as some of the insight they have into the brands that last and the ones that are in for repair a lot.I am a very picky customer and I could not be happier. I fully recommend Andys Appliance and highly encourage you to shop around, but do not miss this place!

Very impressed with the customer service that I received. Very clean inside the store and the appliances. They helped me to pick out the best ones for what I needed.

Not sure if anybody else is having issues with this place or not, But it seems like they’ve pretty much fix a product to have it last just passed its warranty, as soon as the warranty is over it breaks down and then they charge you an arm and a leg to fix it. I understand buying used/refurbished products there’s a chance of it going bad, but I am a business owner and if my products were to fail just passed Warranty I would make it right with the customer and at least give them some sort of a deal, even some sympathy would’ve made the experience tolerable But instead I was getting blamed for the washer being my fault. I do not recommend this place.

Got a washer from here a year and a half ago. Came refurbished and clean with a ninety day warranty. Still works very well today. Just got a really good deal on an upright freezer. Delivered exactly when expected, and as expected 😎😎 These guys will give you what you ask for.😍😁😎

I purchased a washer and dryer set about four months ago and they went out as soon as the warranty was over and I tried to call and talk to them and see if there was a reason or if there’s anything we could do to fix it I was guaranteed the washer and dryer should have lasted well over six months even though it went out in four. After calling and trying to talk to customer service and see if there was a solution and how much it would cost to get it fixed, all They said was that’s too bad the warranty is over, and while I tried to explain my frustration with it going out as soon as the warranty was over and I’m trying to charge me a ton to repair it, the person I was speaking with continue to interrupt me about the three month warranty and how after that it’s not their problem and that that’s what I should’ve expected with a three month warranty anything after that is my own problem. I am very disappointed in their customer service and the products they’re selling. I called to see how much it would cost for them to fix it willing to pay them a little bit of money, but after being interrupted and yelled at for 25 minutes on the phone I want nothing to do with this business and I will certainly never be purchasing anything from them again. I am extremely disappointed after my experience with this company and would never recommend it. Trust me save yourself some time and go somewhere else :(

I have bought several appliances from Andys at a great price and they are still working perfectly - like new! I also had a problem with a washing machine that I did not buy from them, but really should have, and they came out the same day to service and repair for $40.00! They were professional, had the part I needed available, and were done in an hour!! Thank you Andys for all the great work and always keeping your prices reasonable! 🙌

My son bought a washer and dryer from this place, after three months the washer completely quit working. For spending $500 I was expecting to get a product to last at least a year too. After I called them they just told me that I was using it too much I explained I only used it three times a week. They would not help me they were not Polite I would not recommend this place at all. Also after I had them deliver it I had to kill three cockroaches in my sons kitchen and then I’ve never seen them before that. I’m assuming they came from inside the washer and dryer. Any reputable place with good work ethic will at least help you through this rather than say tough luck.

We bought a used washer and dryer that looked great. Andys was more than accommodating when it came to getting the units into an unusual upstairs setting. Their work is quick, they know what theyre doing, and their price is fair. Were happy to recommend them to others.

Terrific family owned used appliance shop. Excellent prices, especially compared to others in town. Very knowledgeable and honest staff, who is willing to take all the time you need and answer any and all questions.

I would give this a zero star but there’s not an option for that as this place seems to not honor any of their appliances if it goes barely out of warranty they will not help in any way shape or form to get you back into another washer as my son has experience with his small family buying the first washer from this place that it broke down two months after warranty which was only 5 months of use. No wonder they make their warranty so short because they only fix the appliance is long enough to last for a month or two after warranty is over and then they don’t even want to honor their customers by helping them out I would not go to this place at all!!

I called Andy’s and spoke to Nestor, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I explained what my dryer was doing and he said it could be two things happening, so I made an appointment. Nestor arrived on time, and he was professional and courteous. Fortunately it was minor and I really do appreciate the honesty this company practices. The cost was less than anticipated. If your looking for affordable and honest service, call Andy’s Appliance.I highly recommend Andy’s appliance. I needed the rubber boot replaced in my 13 year old whirlpool washer. It was moldy, stiff and gross. I tried calling 2 other companies, one being Rainier appliance, since I live in Rainier and a company in Kelso named Appliance Tech. After calling these companies and leaving messages in regards to my needs, and after waiting 2 days and not hearing from them I called Andy’s. Roberto returned my call within an hour. He said no problem, and he could do the job within an hour. I gave him my model number, he ordered the part and within a week I had a new rubber boot installed and couldn’t be happier! Roberto was professional, and personable. He arrived on time and was done in under an hour. I never received a return call from either company. If your looking for quality work that’s really affordable and reliable, call Andy’s.

I usually dont leave bad reviews. But nearly every used washer and dryer Ive bought from them (about 8) broke down. So Im starting to wonder about their servicing. In some cases little things broke, like a housing not being tightened. In others cases bigger things broke. But nearly every one has had problems! Eeeash. Dont recommend these guys until they step up their game. They get appliances wholesale in Portland and it doesnt appear like they do much to them before reselling.

We were shopping for a washer and dryer. The price was reasonable and we were in and out really fast.

What bad service. Washer wont work and they dont care. I now have two washers that dont work. One week out of warranty. I said I would pay for a repair and asked as it was just out of warranty if they would go a little easy on the price as things are hard right now and he just laughed at me. What goes around comes around. You could have been kind but I guess its not in your nature. How very sad for you.
