I have visited this location twice this week they actually had some items that were on sale that the store in Tyler did not have in stock,my first trip was ok I got to the register and the doormat base rang up for 15.99,but online it was 9.99,the cashier did adjust the price to what was advertised online.To make the second 35 mile trip which I enjoyed with my daughters (we made it a girls trip), it was not so good,I ordered the bases online and did the store pick up so there would not be any confusion with the price,but while browsing we ran across some beautiful door wreaths that were only 5 bucks or the sign said 5 bucks,but once we made it to the register they rang up for full price, needless to say the cashier explained that the associate had left that area to change price but didnt remove the tag,my thing is if you are changing tags you should never leave the wrong tag on an item,remove it so it will not be any confusion like we had, needless to say we surrendered our two items that were marked at one price but rang up for another,,,on the bright side my online order was ready for pick up, that is my positive statement for this review,I am very disappointed on how this was handled on the other part.😡 customer.

My husband found some patio chairs on the website after looking everywhere for what he wanted. The guy tried to help me order in store but wasnt able to, but let me know I could use both discounts and got them ordered on my own. Thanks

I found it to be a large store with a lot more things than I thought. They have all sorts of very interesting things for the home, including exterior lights, glamorous drapes, several kinds of shower curtains, electronic sound machines, all kinds of soaps, man I could go on for days. I just thought they had girly stuff for super feminine women. Boy was I wrong!!! Youve got to check it out for yourself! Youll love the experience. I guarantee it. And Im a man!

Store seemed deserted! No customers, only 2 employees noticed. 1 was the cashier. It had been several months since my last visit, store seemed not to have changed much. Isles were a bit crowded with impulse type merchandise and difficult to navigate with a cart. Selections are not much different than the other large retailers like Target, Walmart ect....Honestly I was a bit disappointed.

I like this place but seldom go there to shop. Staff very friendly and helpful. I like the unique and seasonal things they have.

Went here for my wedding registry and WOW! The ladies made me feel special and answered every question. They all was so help. I was so nervous and not sure of what to do when I walked In. Great products and great employees. Super friendly and very helpful. There is plenty of products to choose from whether your a man looking for that musky woodland type of cologne or a woman looking for a soft colorful hand lotion. It can all be found here.

Covid has done a job on their stock levels compared to how they were in the past.

I went to purchase a gift card for a couple on their wedding registry. The store has a very good selection of kitchen, bath and home decorating items. The store is stocked very well also. I plan to go back soon when I have more time to look for myself.

I really do like this store, but the issue for me is the prices are on the HIGH side. Staff is really nice, but I find myself going here to see the items in person, then buying them online or somewhere else cheaper. Great selection, and they do have high end brands of knives and cutlery, but theres other things I feel that shouldnt be so expensive.

They have a lot of stuff. What I need cost to much. My sister ordered hers online and they look pretty and cost$5 less with more quantity

This is a nice Bed Bath and Beyond but its small compared to other locations. I wasnt able to find many of the things that I can find at other locations..... but what I did find was good.

Looking for As Seen on TV space saving hangers. None at Wal-Mart or Walgreens. Then I remembered that BB&B carries all that stuff. It wasnt the one off TV but the same thing, same price. Was so happy I bought 4 boxes (x10 hangers storage each). Thank you BB&B. Left my elderly mother in the truck or I could have shopped 1-2 hrs and still not been done.

I couldnt be happier with Longview, Tx.store.Very brilliant help and what they didnt know,they went to the computer and looked it up.They never once acted like they didnt have time for me.While there today.I took a make up mirror back.They acted like they did not mind helping me find one similar to mine.I will say its the best store I have gone to in a long time.Greeted me and ask could they help me when I walked in.I felt appreciated.
