Rented an all in computer. Got behind on payments, I paid as much as I could. The manager worked with me as I have been a customer for a long time. I returned the computer on the day my next payment was due and was told I was 3 days late. The charge me for the 3 days and a late fee, even though I was told when my payment was due. All they care about is getting their money.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Staffs rude with bad attitude. Rented a freezer with the hopes of owning it. Not even a month later it quit working. They worked on it for over 4 months while giving us a cheap freezer until then. 4 months later we got it back and it was all dinged up. It was covered in dents and it didnt even turn on once we got it in our garage the manager or whatever said it was our plug in. The back of the freezer cords were all frayed and falling apart and the whole thing was dented. A couple weeks ago we got it back after they took it to get worked on again. This time once they got it all set up, it was missing 3 shelves. The deliver guy said he would get back to us and they never did. So we called today to see where they were and the manager told us it came like that. Nope. It looked decent when we rented it at first and now the whole entire thing is dinged up with paint chipping and the shelves are missing? I dont think so. Just go to Aarons. They are way more professional

I’m sorry but the employees have a bad attitude and when you are signed up for automatic pay. They took the payment then turned around and said they didn’t get a payment making me way behind

My brother rented a recliner for my mom with massager in it and the back broke and rentrent-a-center will not replace it and they said it was like that

I bought a laptop here and was happy with how good of condition it was in, didnt have any issue with it. The staff are friendly and cooperative, they even help you choose whats best and what will fit in your budget. Also a great policy and warranty, if you so happen to break the electronic you bought you can bring it back to them and theyll send it back to be repaired. Alongside of them sending it back, they give you a loaned electronic until it comes back.

Not even sure how to give less than one star but here goes..great customer service yes but when you’re a great customer and you try to return something and they just can’t get it together to cross their t’s or dot their I’s then there’s a huge problem!! Especially if you know some of the employees personally, yes I understand everyone is going thru a lot right now but Corporate really needs to step in on this one! The store ran a lot better when Cody was in charge!! I will not be a customer here again!!! Yuk yuk yuk 🤢🤮🤑

I dont even give 1 star. They treat people like worthless no bodies. Ive told them time after time that when I work I dont always have time to make payments on time. They call 2 to 3 times a day. I always make my payments. They may be late but I always make the payments. Once i get my stuff paied off i will never go to them again. Also the guys that work there at the Longview location are rude. Talk to me as if I was a criminal.

While I love RAC, the biggest problem I have with them is the non-stop calling if you get behind on a payment. They call everyone you know, your work..everywhere...repeatedly.

Good prices, products on the other hand, half way work. Ill up date after they fix my washer and dryer. As of now it takes 3 hours to dry one load and they claim its energy efficient lol i would disagree. Staff is ok, sometimes rude even when its not needed. The washer acts up from time to time. I promise an up date . They never fixed the washer and dryer. We sent it all back. Months ago. Will not go through this location again. Well here is the update. They never fixed either of them. Big shock lol. Never go here. Buy it elsewhere

I was a returning customer who had to buy a washing machine today from someone. I was hurt and embarrassed for not being able to make my purchase from Andrew. Sorry for wasting his time..

They delivered there furniture and dropped it, breaking apart of it. They have been putting off fixing the issue for over a month.
