I stopped in to get on the schedule for a estimate for counter tops. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, took my information and said someone would give me a call to set up an appointment. After a couple of weeks I called and asked how long it usually takes to get an appointment for an estimate, she explained that they were very busy and I should hear from someone soon. The next week I received a call and set it up. After the estimate was complete I decided to move forward with the project and he said hed let me know when they would be over to do the final measurements. One day they just showed up, no call, thank goodness I was here. I had put the deposit down, and as another few weeks we by I called to see where they were in the process. The counters had been ordered, but wouldnt be in for awhile. When they finally came in, at this point we are about 6 weeks in, they scheduled a day to install. They tore out the old counter tops, and then realized the sink they had measure for didnt fit. The installers didnt seem to know what to do, so I called and was told that they didnt have a sink to fit on hand. So...what now? Well after an entire day of me calling and texting (to which nothing was answered) I was left with no kitchen. I finally used my husbands phone to call, that they answered, to find out my project manager was nowhere to be found and no on else could help me. Another day goes by and I still have not heard from anyone there. I called and text multiple times trying to get them to figure this out, but was passed around from person to person with no solution. They finally found a sink to fit (it was $50 more than they quoted me and tried to get me to pay the extra). When it was finally done I had to get a plumber here on a Saturday to hook everything back up. I gave them 2 stars because I believe there were people there trying to help, and just didnt have any answers as my project manager refused to do his job. Even with that said, they need to figure out how to communicate and I thought it was very unprofessional to ignore me for an entire day.
How terrible the service was today. I went in looking for lights and the lady I spoke with was a total idiot about what she was doing. Its like they have beautiful women but they have no common sense. Ive gone in several times before and there was always a real nice helpful lady named Terry who helped me. I will continue to use Stoneworks but the help has really gone downhill in the past few months.
We were so excited about updating counters with granite. Stone Works came highly recommend. Initially, it seemed like the better option, but then things fell apart. The estimate was based on the measurements we took and the contracted guys took a while to actually come measure our counters. It was our understanding that a template would be done and everything would be cut on site. The guys only came once to measure and on the day of installing, didnt even cut our piece straight. Our stove wont even fit due to the guy not cutting straight and on the back part it wasnt cut straight and there is a gap (we understand that things are not going to be perfect). We thought the backsplash would cover, but it did not and our contractor ended up filling it with silicone. There was also confusion with the sales person. We were told several times that we would have to put half down before continuing forward with getting counters measured and then were told by another lady that the down payment was only if you wanted a specific slab. I dont think we ever really got the full story.Overall, we are very disappointed with our service. There has been no attempt to remedy these mistakes either by the company other than us paying more out of pocket for issues that are not our doing. We will not be recommending this business.
Stone works was an outstanding experience I had wonderful people helping Me Ever all the things I needed they were most accommodating
Website shows his on Saturday to be 10-2. Drive all the way from Tyler, arrived around 12 and doors were locked and no one was there. Another lady showed up at the same time as well and was disappointed that the website had incorrect info. 😞
Good place to purchase for new homes or remodels
Great work. If not the best in the area. If you want the best work, ways ask for Daniel the contract worker.
They knew exactly what we were looking for, had many choices and allowed us to make the best decision for us. Audrey is an amazing designer with a great eye for what you are looking for. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them.
Nice and friendly place to shop good prices also would recommend
StoneWorks has been very helpful helping me picked out my new flooring. Their knowledge helps keep the process from being overwhelming. Jason and his crew are great to work with. I highly recommend them for all of your home needs.
Went in for a price quote they took my info and never contacted me as i was told they would do. If anyone needs a quote lowes and home depot will give you one in 10 minutes. I will not be returning because of this unprofessionalism and urge others to save their time as well
I highly recommend Stoneworks for interior tile installation. Stoneworks gave me the best bid as compared to two local competitors. The installers were careful and courteous, paying attention to fine detail. Office staff and salespeople are also very patient and accommodating on all accounts.
Excellent customer service. Service staff were very friendly and customer-oriented very knowledgeable staff.
Beautiful product selections and pricing. Willing to accommodate and help please the customer.
Great experience! Customer Service and product selection is top notch!
Initially very pleased with my experience here when picking out the tile for our two new bathrooms. We needed to buy another box of tile to complete our job and were shocked when we were charged $75 freight for a $62 box of tile. When I asked about this the owner, Jason I believe, was quick to point out that that was just how it was. When I told him I thought that was a bit excessive he replied, Do you want to come look at my freight bills? He also was quick to say, Who ordered the tile? I said my tile installer at my request. But I was never informed that the freight would be $75. He never offered aNY solution other than to once again ask me if I would like to come look at his freight bills. Had I not already paid for my other tile I would cancel my order. Jason is not very professional and I will not be back to Stone Works in Longview.
Great place Ive only been working here a couple weeks and the people here are great. I love it.
Awesome experience with Stoneworks. We have been customers for many, many years.
Awesome
Prompt and very helpfulGood selections
These guys went out of their way to find exactly what I wanted for my backsplash!!!!
Was told it would take a week for an estimate. That was over a month ago! Still waiting. What a joke for a company to do business this way.
