Love the servant heart of this business. When I called just after they closed on Saturday with a nail in my tire in another town, they found a company who was a open and had a similar mindset to go to where I was. That they did that and twice answered my calls after hours was amazing and exemplary. You wont be disappointed with these guys.

After I took my wife to a doctors appointment, my car would not start even after getting a jump. I called several repair shops and chose Automotive Support center. They gave me the best quote and the quickest turn around time. They performed a detailed diagnostic and pinpointed the problem. Once I authorized the repair, it took them less than three hours to complete the work. Not only that, the final cost was less than the initial quote. Everyone there was knowledgeable and professional. I especially appreciated how Godfrey explained the results of the tests and the recommended course of action for the repairs. Thanks to everyone.

I had a warranty for a tire I needed replaced through some third party company. I told my guy helping me about this. He contacted the company, confirmed the warranty, and then replaced my tire.I think my warranty company hung up on him when he first called them, which I felt embarrassed about, but they answered the second time and everything went smoothly from there.All in all, I maybe spent 30 minutes inside Automotive Super Center #6’s very nice and clean lobby as they took care of my car. Not a bad experience at all. I’ll definitely be going back again for future work.

Godfrey Higgs is your guy; friendly and very professional! He was upfront about timeline before we got started, communicated with me throughout and exceeded expectations. I’ve always done my vehicle repairs myself, afraid to take them to a service center. No longer the case thanks to these guys, will be a customer of Godfrey’s for all my future vehicle care.

It is so hard nowadays to locate a shop that will go the extra mile to ensure all potential related problems are tended to. And this location is not that one either. Their work has always been slow and pricey. The best aspect is they are willing to allow you to cut some costs by supplying your own parts to install. But expect that will be the extent of the service unless something else broke in the process and must be fixed to put it back together at your expense.

Godfrey and crew take such good care of our vehicles. We’ve been going there for about two and a half years now.They have always been honest and fair. No extra work is ever done without a phone call with details and pricing.

I have finally found a place I trust to take care of my vehicles. They are always friendly and honest. They are even patient when I have to bring my kids with me to wait. They are busy so I suggest calling ahead or getting there when they open. I have had my oil changed there and they have patched up a tire for me.

They replace 3 heater hoses on my 2008 F150. I had one blow out while on the road. After having it towed in on Memorial day 2021 I talked with Godfrey the next morning. Now this is a man that talks straight with you. He told me he was short handed right from the start. That would make it take a day or two to have my truck looked at. But that was OK with me. I know the quality of work these folks do. Yes it did take 3 days to get my truck in. But after they looked at it they complete the repair in short time. Now keep in mind that I called to check on progress a few times each day. Godfrey always was very pleasant to deal with. Always apologizing for the delay. I have used this shop before. They always get you in when they say they will. So bottom line. Take your vehicle here for repair. Ask for Godfrey. You will never go wrong.

Awesome service, was traveling through town and had brake caliper lockup and not release. Every other shop said it would be two days. This shop understood my predicament and got right on it. Had me back on the road in a little more than an hour. Reasonable price. Highly recommend this shop.

This shop is the most honest shop around. The guys here do the work they say they are doing, they either tell you you can be without a repair or it would need it, very timely matter work, what I had done would took another shop atleast a week. Had my ride back in a few days. Matt is the best management for this store.

Repair work is great, however when you ask questions and want a part list so you know what your needing to replace good luck. They have basically refused to give me the information. I need quite a bit of work on my car, and the list of parts so I can see what I can afford to do at the time is pretty important.

I highly recommend these guys. They have been great every time I need them. They work hard. And they charge fairly. I will always use these guys.

I had an intermittent problem with my car. The check engine light wasnt coming on and the computer wasnt giving a diagnosis. Matt Berman suggested I let one of his technicians drive the car home with the computer attached so when it failed he could get a diagnosis. Bingo! The car died on him on his way home. The repair was $40. These people are super impressive!

Had an oil leak that I was systematically trying to get rid of through process of elimination. After changing a handful of gaskets and o-rings myself, I narrowed it down to what I suspected to be a rear main/rear cover plate leak. Called in and spoke with them about repairs I had completed thusfar and discussed having them pull the transmission, confirm my diagnosis, and repair the issue.ASC confirmed the rear main seal was leaking, they also discovered that my carrier bearing was in need of attention as well. Since the driveshaft was already out of the truck, they cut me a break on the normal labor rate associated with that repair and addressed that issue as well. Now would be the time to mention that I also had them perform a pan-drop/filter/refill on my 4l80e transmission.Prior to the repair, my wife had to drop the truck off for me (as I was at work). Upon drop-off, she immediately called me and assured me that they were polite, courteous, and very professional towards her. They also gave her a ride back to our home (12 miles away) since her plans fell through with whom she had originally lined up to pick her up.Happy tove done business with them. Will absolutely continue to utilize their services for future repairs on all our vehicles.P.s.Another thing that really impressed me was that they stored my truck indoors during the poor weather conditions we were experiencing. They actually called me and made mention of how clean my truck was (it was freshly detailed and is normally garage-kept) and that they didnt want it to get all messed up sitting outside during the stormy weather. I wasnt expecting service on THAT LEVEL. But man was it nice to not have to re-detail the truck once I got it back.Id give them 10 ☆s if I could.

We were driving from Dallas TX to Florida and got 2 hours down the road and our truck started smoking! Ford service was closed on Saturday so we found automotive supercenter and praise god we did! They helped us immediately and fixed the truck right up! They were VERY knowledgeable and polite! Cant say enough good things about them!!

I highly recommend the Automotive Supercenter in Longview! I was traveling through the state when I was alerted that I needed an oil change. Normally I only trust my car with the manufacturer dealership, but based on the reviews I decided to give them a try and I don’t regret my decision one bit! I was in and out in a timely manner, the staff was very professional, kind, and informative, and I felt like they actually ran a thorough diagnostic exam on the car. I was extremely happy with my decision to use their services. I would honestly move to Longview to get the service they provided! Excellent place! I promise you won’t regret it!

We pulled up to get a tire and explained to them it felt like the tire was about to come off. And the guy came out and checked it out and stated he couldnt let us leave for safety reasons. So we left our car went to eat and they called with a deal that nobody has to offer and we are very pleased with the service that they have shown us.

I needed brakes for my Jeep. My time is limited due to at the time I was working out of my truck. The staff allowed me to use my computer and work in their lobby while they put new brakes on my truck. I was in and out in an hour! They were very accommodating and offered me snacks while I was “working”. My Father also uses Automotive Super Center for his and Mom’s vehicles! Guess you can say “it’s a family” business!

These people were wonderful ! My car wouldnt start and they came within 15 minutes of my call to help me out. They treated me with courtesy and professionalism at a time when I was clearly distraught over being by myself in a parking lot and not in my hometown. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I was traveling in the hot Texas heat with 2 dogs and my engine malfunctioned. After trying several places I found Matt at the Automotive Super center on hwy 259. He understood that I was from out of town and in a jam. He went out of his way to diagnose the problem and get me in to be fixed. I cannot praise Matt and the mechanics enough.
