Everyone in this store is amazing from the sweet lady in front, Jeff the manager, Cade the salesman, all the mechanics to parts department. They took care of us through the whole process. Fantastic customer service all the way around. Thank you all!

A man walks into the shop on Wednesday 8/11 and ask for assistance on a Mercury motor. The older gentleman responds that they are a Yamaha dealership. He was then asked, so that means you cant work on a Mercury?He states Yes but I would prefer you take it somewhere else. Wow...The man points out a boat in the shop with a Mercury engine on it and asks, so youre telling me that I purchased that boat with a Mercury engine on it, you wouldnt service it? The older gentleman starts to fumble his words with an excuse. Gotcha Red Neck! Ill take my money elsewhere! Selective Customer Service alive and well in East Texas!!

I guess they are fine, drove 150 miles to get a part no one else had.

We bought our 2020 G3 Sportsman-1710 in February! They worked very hard to get just what we wanted. We were very impressed with the friendly service that made the buying experience much more enjoyable. Go see them in Longview you wont be disappointed!

Was very unsatisfied! We called before we came up there and a man said he would have prices for us when we got there. My boyfriend was going to pay cash for a boat! The lady got a young gentleman to show us some boats. The guy took down my boyfriends name and number and called us 20 mins later & gave us a price on one of the boats. My boyfriend let him know we would go someone else. A white guy walked in and several men talk to him and told him prices. So needless to say they wont get our business!

Plano Marine fixed my old boat motor right up. They even called me about parts they felt I needed before they installed them. Id definitely use them again.

Great people to deal with! Jeff is an honest guy that will point you in the right direction. He definitely wont lie to you to sell a boat and hands down has the best service after the sell that there is. Service can make or break a tournament fisherman .

Used PM of East Texas to purchase a trailer for my ‘06 Chaparral. They never hesitated to help in every way. Trailer was ordered sight unseen, and was delivered way beyond my expectations. Wow is all I can say.We drove 80 miles to look at a used Skeeter. And the trip was worth it. This boat was just like Jeff explained to me on the phone.But what most impressed me was the level of customer service. Jeff and the gang treated us as is we had just bought a new skeeter off the show room floor. Avoid doing business with these people at any cost. Super rude used boat salesman. Checked my husband’s credit a few times and didn’t bother calling me back to discuss anything with either of us. Had to call multiple times to even get a response. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Friendly and knowable sales. We drove over 1.5 hours to dealership passing other same brand locations.Service department is outstanding on returning calls of information the same day. Turn around on keeping the boat is 2-3 days. Highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Bought a used boat here. Jeff said it would be like new, but the bilge pump and depth finder didnt work right. He made it right at no cost to me, even though I didnt bring it in until months later. Didnt question my integrity and displayed his own.I highly recommend Plano Marine of East Texas!

I was walking by there and found a mongoose trick bike with flat tires obviously Road to the point of failure and then abandoned Plano Marine was closed at the time of retrieval place look like a ghost town for boats

We met Jeff at the Dallas boat show and they had nothing that we were interested there, so Jeff listened to what are needs and wants were a d we ended up getting a beautiful boat from his dealership in Longview that is just perfect! While the purchase of our new Suncatcher was a pleasant experience when we had it brought in for the 20 hour break in maintenance it was another story. When I received the boat back I put it in my dock late one day and went back the next morning to put the cover back on. What I found was that it had apparently been left out in the open when we received over 15 inches of rain during the time it was at the shop. Every compartment was water logged or had standing water in it. The center tub was so full of water that it took the bilge over 10 minutes to pump it out. Ropes, live preservers, etc that had been stored in the compartments totally soaked and would have been ruined if left much longer. Will never use them again for service.

Sales here are top notch. They know their boats! We have had a little bit of a hard time with the service department but still go back.

I bought a 3 year old Skeeter boat that had 40 hours on the motor. I took it out to the lake for the first time to realize that the front graph didnt work and the fuel line lost prime. I got it home and after a little investigating realized there had been rats in it, and had chewed up the foam insulation and some wires. They agreed to fix it. That took 3 weeks and all they did was replace some foam (not even all of it that had been chewed on). I ended up taking the boat apart myself just to realize there were chewed up wires everywhere. I found the problem with the fuel line was a LOOSE water/fuel separator which i found within a few minutes of investigating. Now I am having more troubles with it and they are claiming that i didnt buy the boat from them but from a customer who Jeff was selling it for. I guess if you buy a new boat from them youll have a good experience, but the character of a man/company is defined when they actually have to stand behind something..... and in my experience they dont.

I will never do business with them again. I bought my boat from them for well over $50K, and always had them service it. It stopped working while on the lake, and it was discovered that a wrench was left in my motor. The wrench locked up the starter and caused it to fail. When I brought it to their attention they asked me to leave the store. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They got some new help, much happier than the last time I was there.

Service was lackluster at best. Asked them to wire battery switch that came with instructions and diagram and they managed to defeat the whole purpose of switch guess they thought they did not need to follow instructions.

Went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. Honest, trustworthy friendly staff.

Went to look at a boat they had posted on line and was told it was sold two weeks ago. I asked why it was still posted and was told just hadnt gotten around to unlisting it. Thats bad business. I wont ever do business there.
