We went for the first time just to sit down and relax over a cup of coffee. I dont recall what I ordered, but the coffee was as good as Dutch Bros!!! Not too bitter or too strong.The service/staff was excellent. We were cheerfully greeted the moment we entered.Their menu wasnt ginormous, but Im sure they would be able to make whatever you are looking for.The facility was exceptionally CLEAN!, and roomy. Lots of seating & tables.They DO offer little snack options, if youre feeling snacky. They also offer little tools to aid in your coffee experience, such as cups, straw cleaners, etc..I definitely recommend Red Leaf Organic Coffee, as we had a great experience, mostly because the coffee had such great flavor. Ill definitely be going back!To the staff...Great Job!P.s. only gave 4 stars because I felt their prices were excessive & unnecessary. I will go back, but not as often as Id like, because I cant afford to pay that much for coffee.

Really nice baristas, good services, very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable seatings. But everything was so sickly sweet. If you’re not into dessert coffees and baked goods, this place is probably not gonna be your cup of tea. Otherwise no other complaints.

As a frequent flyer to this establishment the first thing is the quality of the product, it’s consistency but most importantly is the quality of the crew working. From the initial order to pick up everyone is polite, professional but fun.Probably very often overlooked is the reason for this consistency and that is of the owner Melissa. She is awesome and that makes everybody else awesome. I recently experiencedA situation That most certainly would’ve folded most people, but Melissa and her crew took the highroad and set the example!! Huge kudos to her and her crew.

One of those NW local business chains that just makes you glad to have them in town because everything becomes a little classier with them here. Great coffee, great treats, and great people. I fret about the future of our area at times, and which direction the wind will blow for these growing twin towns... but a good cup of coffee from RLC and everything feels elegant for a moment. ☕ Maybe today Ill skip the news and just relax.

This is good quality coffee but I just spent 8 dollars on a 16 ounce ice coffee that just had a splash of heavy whip and a pump of sugar free chocolate. I shudder to think of the 20 ounce price. Theres no reason for this. Ill just have to stick to Dutch brothers.

I was with my wife and in a hurry but needed an Arctic Gold Rush. Apparently in my hurry I screwed up our banking and locked some cards and had nothing to pay with. Kenzie, our cashier never made us feel embarrassed or treated us in any way other than with a smile. In the end as I went to pass our drinks back to her she smiled and said its OK. Excellent customer service from beginning to end.

This location makes the best mct coffee. They always make sure its hot and fresh. Also, the entire staff is genuninely sweet and professional.

I took a friend to Red Leaf for the first time today -- the guy is set in his ways going to Dutch Bros. I told him to quit whining, just try it; I am paying for us anyways.I asked the barista to make an Annihilator clone -- his favorite coffee of all times. Needless to say, he said that Red Leaf was better -- better coffee, better syrups, better everything. Another convert :).Dont be afraid to add ingredients or make substitutions to your drinks. You are in good hands with these baristas. You are only limited to your imagination as to what combos of coffee deliciousness you can call your own.As of the middle of August 2021, still no sit-down service inside -- the only option is drive-thru. That is the only negative....

Service is still impeccable and the baristas are still the nicest in town. However, they changed there coffee. It is HORRIBLE and tastes just like Dutch Bros to this girls pallete. Not the place it once was.

I chose a a chocolate chip cookie that was out of this world.🍪 Saved4later....was so good& was not overly sweet compared2 other cookies. my delicious drink was Vital Green super yummy!Id give that drink a 10! One of the best locally owned coffee shops around. Great service, great food, and AMAZING coffee! The baristas are always super nice. The lines may look long but they get through them quickly. Love their waffles and my go to drink of an Artic Gold Rush.

This red leaf is very good. They have good efficient service and they make excellent coffee, lattes and mochas... And all sorts of other great snacks and drinks!!They are more expensive than many coffee shops... Coming close to Starbucks in price....but being a little bit cheaper and in my opinion much MUCH better tasting!!!

Their coffee is the best in town. No bitter taste. Love there iced drinks!!!

I don’t even bother with anyone else. But, I do need to say that I’m a little taken aback that your baristas are now verbally requesting tips. I come from a restaurant background and I just can’t imagine such a thing. Aside from that, what is with our tip culture anyway? If your baristas need more money and are asking for tips, perhaps you ought to reevaluate the wage you are paying them. After all, they are absolutely the BEST. Always have a smile and kind word without being overbearingly ridiculous like your coffee brother 😉 Plus, my order is always exactly as I ask—and DELICIOUS.

Favorite coffee. Staff and service are awesome. Even when extremely busy they take the time to ensure everything is correct, Ive had very few orders that werent right, unlike most other places in town where every time my drink is messed up.

Red Leaf Organic Coffee is AWESOME! The Artic Chai was really yummy :) tasty limon cookie too! Try their Scones & seasonal Zucchini bread... all freshly baked to perfection. Super friendly too. They offer office coffee service & party catering too! They even roast their own coffee beans. Really, really good stuff & youve got to try them soon.

We shared our excitement with everyone traveling with us, that this was the BEST coffee shop in the area! Weve been there every day since we got here!

I love how they off so many option for dietary limitations. I can get my decaf, keto-friendly, vegan, gluten free coffee and scone! Everything always tastes exceptional. Service is always cheerful and efficient.

I have come to this establishment for about 9 yrs when they were just a small hut in Woodland. The staff is very customer service oriented...they recognize my car and know my order! The owners are so nice and often working their various locations! They are a part of my daily routine!!! I HIGHLY recommend their coffee and pastries.

Yum! My favorite part is the gluten free banana bread- OMG if you have not had it- please dont I dont want everyone eating it and there being non left for me when I go in! Newbie to Red Leaf Organic Coffee, and made a boo boo when making my drink order today, wanted that afternoon jo... accidentally ordered one with out the jo part!!!The staff, whithout hesitation quickly made “THE PERFECT DRINK” and let my 4 yr old niece enjoy the coffeeLESS one.Satisfied customer :) anytime I come back in town I will stop in! My husband and I are from WI. We had to make a delivery here with our semi. I went in to purchase 4 large coffees to fill our thermos.The coffee is absolutely delicious! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to get our coffee from here! We definitely could not get this quality of coffee at a truck stop! Please, Red Leaf, open a coffee hut at a truck stop!

I love Red Leaf but not this one. The staff is not friendly and they have bad attitudes. It used to be my favorite one to go to between the three in town but lately they have had very poor customer service.

Enclosed Playroom for kids with lots of windows. Very laid back comfortable place to visit for awhile. They have a bakery next door to the coffee shop where they bake all their great pasties and breakfast sandwiches. A trailer parked on the side boasts they are the Red Leaf response team. Lol. Perfect! You know they take serving a great cup of coffee and healthy food is actually serious business with a good sense of humor. Love it here.

Best organic coffee around. Friendly patient staff. If you dislike your order they will gladly make you another drink or food item at no cost to you. Can be busy at times but it is worth the wait. There is also a great play room for children where you can watch through large windows to drink your coffee in peace.

The coffee is fabulous! I was just here today and as Ive changed my diet, I was pleasantly surprised at the multiple choices of non dairy milk. The offer soy, hemp, coconut, and almond. I chose almond and was pleased with the way it matched the flavor of the coffee. The other difference here is they dont do a traditional stamp card. Instead, you put $30 on a prepaid card and get your free coffee right then. Pretty nice and a bit more for your mines than the stamp cards!

We recently moved up to the Northwest from the Midwest. Id been excited to live so close to a Dutch Bros, a chain I really like. But after having Red Leaf, I almost never go to Dutch Bros anymore. Theyre amazing! Im glad we have this chain in our area!

This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Kelso. Specifically the blend of AWESOME customer service by a super friendly staff: Taylor, Jodi, Brenna, Katie, Anna, Raquel... To name a few. Since my first cup, over three years ago, Ive been hooked. I stop by every time Im in town to visit family and friends. Love anything Arctic on the menu and you can never go wrong with a honey oat bar or energy bar.

Usually stop here for coffee in the morning before work. Not the best customer service spot but they had decent coffee but all this week Ive been met with burnt shots of espresso, the wrong coffee and curded milk because it was heated too hot. This morning I got all three. Completely disgusted. Looks like its time to find a new coffee place. Wont be referring anyone here. Simply unimpressed.

Wonderful service, tasty treats and awesome coffee! I personally like their Gold Rush! A blended coconut mocha, on hot days, is also a good way to go! I would definitely recommend stopping by any of their locations.

Incredibly slow service. After waiting nearly 15 minutes for a drink I look at the employees standing around. I asked about my drink and apparently they forgot to make it. They get my drink made after realizing their mistake and handed me a free 16 oz. Drink card. I guess this makes up for them making my drink incorrectly after reminding them what drink I ordered.This is my second time attempting to get a drink from Red Leaf. Both experiences have been less than pleasant.

Love the artic chai and the atmosphere. Lots of comfy seating, and a playroom for the kids. I love all the Red Leaf locations, but the West Kelso location is really special for young parents.

Loved the feel of the restraunt setting the look of the tables with their natural edges all smoothed out as well as introduction of culture, I absolutely loved the taste of the frozen hot choclate with added peppermint even though they did mess up my entire families order. At least they got the sandwiches right.

I really enjoyed the drinks at Red Leaf. The Arctic Chai and Arctic Matcha are delicious! The seasonal lattes are tooth-achingly sweet. Ask for reduced sugar if you don’t like your lattes as sweet. Overall, recommend.
