AMAZING STAFF! I goofed up and sent my order to the wrong S-bux and the staff were nice enough to take care of me right here! Only caught a couple names but Jac, Will, Terra, and the gorgeous girl with glasses I didn’t catch the name of— Thank you for great customer service and for making my night!!
I havent been in, in awhile and thought I would give it a shot. They seemed unprepared for anything walk-in. Were not greeting anyone and almost avoidant as if they hoped you were not going to order. They were not calling out drinks as they became ready for orders Mobile or otherwise so everyone was kind of confused. They were not giving out stoppers or sleeves either. It was very chaotic. After waiting 25-30 minutes AFTER placing my order only to receive a sandwich that had 1 incredibly small slice of bacon and was cold. (I didnt expect a lb. by any means.) but still. Majority of customers were mobile orders who were just as baffled since they seemingly pre ordered and waited just as long. I will be seeking out home town coffee shops in hopes of a different experience.

I make Starbucks coffee at home. They are always happy to grind my Starbucks coffee for me.
Ordered via mobile app, arrived to find ~25 people waiting for the same thing. Stood there for ~23 minutes before I had to leave to be somewhere. As I stood there the employee on the drink bar who had zero sense of urgency would at times not even be working, but standing there gossiping about another employee, or complaining about how busy it was. She made exactly 3 drinks in an 11 minute period, before I told her to not even worry about making our drinks and left. I suppose 30 minutes isn’t enough time allotment when an integral employee would rather feel sorry for herself and complain about an employee on break in the back.Save your time and go to the Starbucks on Hawkins & 259.
Even though they have discontinued, Hazelnut, Toffee, my favorite, out of extra large cups..still enjoyed my drink
I was very disappointed with my visit to Starbucks on the loop in Longview this time around. There typically is a long wait these days but this time- it was a very long wait to even place my order which I was even more disappointed once I found out they were out of my kind of flavoring for the latte I drink. I would of thought that they would have offered a suggestion or even recommendation of a hot drink to replace what they didnt have- but no...(then a few moments of silence)... nothing.. So, I regretfully ordered sumthing that stood out on the menu since I was getting cake pops for both kids(they only had two flavors this time), luckily the kids had no complaints. As we wait in line, I could over hear orders- I wasnt the only one not getting the coffee they came for... Is this gona be on going or did sumone mess up a supply order?Need to say, I had to wait til we were home before I could have a cup of coffee.
Love their fresh coffee and staff were super friendly.They have two uni sex washrooms both accessible. Accessible parking spaces and entrances. Lounge like seats and tables for laptop users. Its a good place to finish up some quick work but too noisy if you need a quiet place for studying. They have a drive thru and the food didnt look very fresh. Hope you find my review helpful.

Even though the line is almost always super long, I have always had a pleasant experience and I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes in the long 18 car line I was in. Thats a minute per customer, which is super impressive. And the employees are always so kind and cheery and willing to work with complex orders!
Unfortunately this was a really bad experience they had no Knowledge on their own menu and had no desire to try and helpThey are very short and kinda rudeAnd when I tried to offer a solution it was as if I was making their life hard or somethingI feel I could get just as good Coffee and way better service at a different coffee shopI advise people to try other places out

Employees were rude and failed to comply with Starbucks known hospitality. It was close to closing when I pulled up to the menu and politely said hello, when I repeated myself no one answered the intercom. I pulled forward to the window looking to ask a question and knocked on the window. The employees looked at me and laughed. The behavior was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. Called to speak to the manager, while the personal who answered the phone said that they were the manager and did not speak professionally and argued with me.
This Starbucks was so lovely. I went during lunch time so of course the line was wrapped around the building. The line surprisingly went really quick so that means the team members in their were handling business ... as they should. You could tell that customer service whats something that they truly took pride in. When I got to the speaker, the girl that took my order was so nice and bubbly. When I got to the window, that same attitude was consistent. They helped me reload my app with ease. They seem like they truly enjoy what they do. I try my best to pay for the vehicle behind me every time I go to a Starbucks, and I did. This is the first time that the team members have ever thanked me for doing that and made a big deal out of it. Doing random acts of kindness is something that puts a smile on my face and makes my day better but that coupled with the team here made my day that much better.
This location is very convenient being that it’s right off of W Loop 281. The dining area is roomy, clean and well-organized. The first thing I noticed the moment I stepped inside is a designated lane for ordering, one which doesn’t get in the way of seated customers no matter how long the line gets - smart layout! There’s ample seating provided with six dining tables, four single couches, and one long counter by the window that can sit nine (this table has electric outlets along the length of it for your devices). There’s also outside seating. The WiFi speed though is so-so. They have a drive-thru and the workers are fast & friendly.
I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks. Everytime I come in they greet me so happily it really makes my morning everyday and because I’m there everyday they give me a personal greeting name and all. I love that they pay complete attention to their customers and have no problem handling issues with a smile. I love them. Best Starbucks location in AMERICA ❤️
Although the staff is very friendly and the store and drive thru were very busy today, I found that the use of the mobile order service which was designed to make ordering and picking up fast and convenient. I waited inside for 10 minutes for my mobile order as the orders were just placed in the long line of drive thru and walk in customers

Man how hard is it to make coffee and pass out pastries? No reason Drive thru visit should last 30 min. Youd think someplace that specializes in pouring coffee should be fairly fast at it.

No matter how busy they are the employees here never waver. They work hard and dont stop in the face of what I would view as a daunting amount of customers. These hard-working people need a raise. Tip your baristas everyone.
Pink Drink was great but the wait it still long. They were super sweet and apologetic as system was messing up orders and our drink want ready because it was merged wirh another order. It was made really fast!
The Starbucks location in Longview on Loop 281 is the best. Cake pops, strawberry lemonade was excellent, better than Marshall, Texas location & their location is spanking brand new but yet horrible.
Even though the drive-thru line is crazy long... The Grande Mocha Frappuccino was yummy.. The person at the window was friendly, courteous and even apologized for the wait...
This is the worst Starbucks in Longview, took 30mins to get 2special coffeesAlso they were out of heavy whipping cream.they used whole milk, Im a diabetic and keto . need employees to be better trained or a better manager.and they werent that busy inside.
Went through the drive thru and saw a long hair in my iced drink. I took it back inside and told the employee what happened. She just took it from me and said they’ll have to take it back and make a new one. Never apologized for what happened and seemed pretty annoyed that I came back inside. Not impressed with this location especially since they take forever and their drive thru line is way too long.
I always recieve the best service at this location. All of the employees are great, but Melissa is an absolute gem. Shes always friendly and even has my order memorized! Sometimes they are pretty busy, but the wait in line is soooo worth it. Welcome to the team K.C. who is the new manager. He was super nice this morning. Looking forward to seeing my coffe friends every morning.

Ordered ahead, tried to go inside and door was blocked off (understandable) a sign said to go to front door, but when i went the door was locked! it said on the website to pick it up INSIDE, now i have to wait in a 30 minute long line 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ when my drink was made 10 minutes ago.

Starbucks is always a great treat. However it makes it hard for those of us that dont live on it. The lines are always ridiculously long. Overall locations are clean staff are usually friendly and efficient.

I would always go to this Starbucks instead of the others in Longview, but very very disappointed the last few times I have gone. Every time y’all were out of a drink I ordered, and never had any cake balls. Surely by now the times I have gone y’all have realized that maybe y’all should order more ingredients or cake balls? Very poor service.

Start with the bad-Extremely slow. Waited over 30 mins for my order with only 5 cars in front of me and two cars parked in front of building. The good-The lady at the window was very nice. And they accidentally made my order a grande when I had paid for a tall. The coffee was pretty good. Two stars because 30 min plus is absolutely too long to wait for a quick coffee run before work.
Im a delivery driver for Uber Eats and I go to these guys pretty often. Everybodys super friendly and welcoming. As well as getting your order to you promptly. Order your next coffee or pastry from Starbucks on your phone through your Uber Eats app, and I guarantee I will deliver your order just the way I would want my own to order delivered
The girls here are always nice, but the liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine. I swear. I have never not been in this line for 30 minutes or longer! If I lived here Id make my own coffee at that point, but I frequent here from out of town and this is just annoying. Build another couple Starbucks in Longview for all these Karens around here!!! Great food and drinks, very nice staff. Another thing the staff will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. Example - Staff said they were out of Ham and Chedder egg bites but 1 staff member found some! Yay!

Well I always order the vanilla bean frappuccino online and pick it up well this time I was close by so I ordered through drive through. I made it to the window and the girl took my money and said she would be back with my drink well my car breaks were in pretty bad shape almost completely gone so while I was braked waiting for my drink my brakes unlocked and I rolled forward almost completely passing the window up and I did not want that to happen because then I would be embarrassed and them wonder why I passed them up and had to go in so I hurried and put my car in park as fast as I could and it screeched the girl came to the window and u told her I was sorry that I had accidentally pushed the gas instead of the break (that was a lie) she told me it was fine and preceded to hand me my drink before I grabbed it I realized I forgot to tell her to put carmel drizzle inside of it so I handed her 3 dollars and asked her if she could please put Carmel inside of it and to take the 3 dollars and she said No its okay I wont charge for it and I told her no thats okay to just take the money she again told me no its fine I then told her to Please take it that would make me feel better and she said okay Thank you, I told her she was very welcome. What happened next is I was worried I would not be able to drive up that hill to exit the drive through because my car breaks wouldnt let that happen. Say..if I had to wait on the hill for a clearing from passing cars I probably would have ended up rolling backwards raming my car into other drivers in the drive thru lane so I went all the way around towards another exit. This was my experience at Starbucks. --Fran
I had 5 people come and go before me, walking in after I did. Which I understand were mobile orders. But a woman said she just made her mobile order before she walked in & still received her drink before I had, when I had already been waiting for mine to be made. More worried about mobile orders than ones places inside. Finally get my drink and it is not what I asked for and I order the same drink I always order.
This location is always on point! Super friendly staff! Mobile order is always the way to go if youre in a rush, and I have only ever had to wait on mine once. When ordering at arrival be prepared to wait at least 5 minutes, which lets be honest is NOT that long considering the amount of business they receive every morning! This is a daily morning stop for me and I couldnt be happier with the service I receive!

Frappe was amazing. It took them 10 minutes to make it, even though it was just us and another guy who had orders going. The guy I was with just about had his coffee finished by the time I got mine. We were in such a hurry, too, that he was about to leave without me getting it. I have been there before where weve done a lot of orders, and they came pretty fast. Not sure what that evening.
Starbucks is just getting too expensive for coffee. The only reason I went is because I want to try the pumpkin spice latte. I got the venti size and it cost $5.90 which for that price I could of got some breakfast for that much. I feel its stupid to pay that much for some coffee.
My boyfriend and I went here to get a quick drink after church Wednesday. I wanted to try something new and so I asked the lady at the drive through to surprise me. She was well in my opinion kinda excited about it. She was very cute and nice. We had given her a tip with the cash that was on us and I wished I had gotten her name. She had given me this drink that tasted like cinnamon buns. It was so good let me tell you. It was an iced latte I believe but I will definitely be coming back because oof the friendly service and to get this drink again. 10/10.

Well ran and great customer service. Coffee is good as usual, but Starbucks is best with their specialty drinks and breakfast items. So delicious.

Wanted to review just to let everyone know you dont have to wait for the holidays to get a peppermint mocha thats year round. Honestly did not know that until recently. Theres a lady there named Lynne or something that works the drive thru shes amazing even when the line is wrapped around the building she never loses her cool and stays so polite. All in all were all basic when it comes to Starbucks so go get you a peppermint mocha and sip away you glorious expensive coffee drinking beautiful person.
I put a mobile order in for this starbucks but when I went to pick it up all of the doors were locked and I was unable to get the drinks I paid for.

Coffee need I say more. I have been to this spot more than once and they ALWAYS have tasty coffe and treats. As is with well loved places sometimes you have a tiny to moderate wait but you get rewarded with coffee so.....stand in line and make a new friend its a win
