Could not have had a better experience with my computer repair. The technician was honest, an expert in his field, and made sure I was satisfied with the results. They did an excellent job installing a new hard drive and recovering my data. Not only that, after checking around town, I found the price was exceptionally good. FCI is now my go to computer support store!

Purchased a security camera system with four cameras here. In less than six months, it stopped working. I could never get it to record from day one. Took it back to see what the problem was and was told the motherboard was burned out. Wanted to charge up to 50 dollars to repair it. This system was 237.07 dollars. You would expect a warranty of greater than 30 days on a purchase of that amount with electronics such as this. I was very disappointed as you can buy a complete system at walmart with six cameras for 150 dollars. For the sake of good business, a courtesy repair would have been nice, since it had been less than six months. It seems to me that the system was very poor quality or previously owned since several of the screws were missing off of it. This was an awful experience for me and a waste of hard earned money. I would not refer this place to anyone for purchases of any electronic device. I cant comment on repairs, since I didnt have the system repaired there.

FCI Computers is the place to go if you need a laptop or TV fixed. Mr Stanley does a wonderful job.

This was second dealing l had with FCI . I bought a really nice used computer, for an exalent price last time, this time I only needed an accessory. I will get all my stuff and repairs from here. They also repair and sell TVs .it would be first place l look when time comes.

This establishment has a great and very involved owner with a friendly staff that is more than willing to help you out. With reasonable prices and speedy service what more could you want? Definitely the only place in Longview I would trust

I bought a Dell Venue 7 tablet with a broken screen from FCI Solutions. Unbeknown to me there was a PIN lock from the previous owner. I talked to Jeff Lang and he solved the issue since Im the new owner. The item was being sold As-Is and he didnt have to help. We communicated by phone and emails. I live on the east coast and not going to travel to Texas. His technical knowhow, efforts, persistence, and patience is greatly appreciated.

This was my first time to drop off any electronics to be repaired and I had a lot of questions. Jim was there to answer my questions the best that he could and I felt comfortable leaving my Samsung 40 TV there for him to try and breathe new life into it. Unfortunately the repairs would have cost more than the value of my TV. Half of my $55 dollar deposit was applied to in store credit. Although there were several TVs for sell in the store, I didnt find one comparable to the one I was losing (4 or more HDMIs) so Ill use my credit at a future date (I have up to one year). I didnt rate it 5 stars because of the time frame of when I dropped my TV off until the time I was notified that it was not recommended to repair it. Originally I was told 7-10 days for a diagnosis but it actually took 20 days before I heard anything. That being said, I will continue to use FCI for any future repairs that I may have.
