I received friendly and professional service. Although a mistake had been made on one of my orders, the employee was very courteous and professional and immediately made it right. The final product was exactly as I had hoped.

GREAT Experience shopping at Longview store today! EVERY SINGLE employee I passed in the store greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance finding items. Amazing Customer Service from the time I walked in the door until the sweet young lady checked me out at the register! I was fortunate to have the opportunity to meet and be assisted by GERALD the store manager. He was so personable and conducted business so professionally! Totally expressed with GERALD & HIS ENTIRE TEAM today!

Update: after I called a second time Jamacie was supper helpful and took care of everything. She took my review from 1 to 5 stars!! Keep up the great work!!I ordered ink on Tuesday for next day delivery. Received a notice the next day telling me it was delayed due to mechanical problems. Looked at the tracking information on Thursday and it says it was delivered but still no packages. Called customer service and they said they will start a TICKET whatever that means and contact me in 24 HOURS!!!! SO 4 days later no ink and no they won’t let you pick it up in store even though it is in stock. My son starts home schooling on Monday and my printer is very low on ink. Don’t trust there delivery services!!! Highly highly disappointed!!

I ordered a chair online and went to pick it up in store. Immediately with a line backed up I was approached by a gentleman named Jay. He proceeded to get my chair and even bring it to my car for me. I was very impressed with the customer service and friendliness. After putting together the chair it was broken and I had to return it. The replaced it for me quickly but only to be defective and missing a roller. Alex was very helpful in all the exchanging and helped me get a different chair that worked great. The overall layout of the store with the new concept is amazing and some of the employees are top notch! Thank you each for providing great customer service!

I live 1 hour from this Store, so to make sure I had was needed I contacted the store to find out their Procedure for a Tax Exempt Organization. The gentleman told me it had be purchased in the store, not online. I asked if I needed to bring our papers from the Comptrollers Office, he said No, we just need your number. Today, we get ready to purchase the Desktop, we’re told we have to complete a Form (which is only available at stores) complete and submit and if approved, we’d receive a refund of our taxes paid.Please be reminded we live one hour away. So, how many trips will all this entail. We’d probably come out cheaper by paying the taxes and ordering online. No travel, no misinformation and no stress.The price was GOOD!

Office Depot carries a nice selection of computer and office products. Their prices are good on most of their merchandise. The sales floor is very clean and easy to move around. If this review was helpful, please like it.

Office depot is a go-to for business & office supplies. Their prices are very reasonable and you get it now. Many times in todays market you dont have time to search out things on the internet and wait for them to be shipped. Office depot is a great time saver and nicely competitive with internet pricing.

My sister goes here to get things printed. She comes to me to prepare the documents first to send to them. Each time they have to open a document, they charge a fee, so I include both 8x10 and legal sized pages in the same document as opposed to breaking them up and getting charged. Everything is completely prepared and ready when it is sent to the store. When my sister gets there (we have been through this process about six times now, and its always the same), the employees at the printing counter ignore her, cant find the email, tell her it will take 2+ hours to print, and inevitably end up printing everything in the wrong size. ONE time she went there and got her prints in all of the correct sizes, so I know it CAN be done correctly. Every other time, they hand her a stack of 8x10s where the legal sized pages have been chopped down or give her a stack of some poster size papers that cost three times as much. Everything has been prepared for them! They have no need to fiddle with assigning a single size across the whole document! What is so freaking hard about hitting Print?! ... I am especially frustrated right now because I am (once again) creating a new document with all of the ones they screwed up so that my sister can make yet another trip up there to deal with these rude, unfriendly, unqualified employees. Yay for me.

Needed a new printer for the shop, in a HURRY!! Walked in the door, was greeted promptly, asked if I needed help. Was guided right to the printer I needed, was provided the needed essentials to go with the printer, and checked out quickly. Great place to get all your office supplies in Longview.

I always enjoy shopping at Office Depot in Longview because the people are so nice and helpful. Theyre always willing to go above and beyond to try to help. The little lady at the front check out named Betty is the sweetest cashier ever! The ONLY thing I can really say that I dont enjoy when shopping there is the fact that it is always so hot in the store. I know thats probably corporately handled. But Texas summers are so bad and when you go to shop in a store that does not have their air cool enough to make shopping bearable, its really annoying and makes you want to get out of there as quickly as possible. Otherwise great store with great employees!

I always find it much easier to buy office supplies here than at a place like Wal-Mart. Fewer people to deal with and a straight to the point shopping experience. It makes it worth the slight price hike. Plus, this store is well kept.

Poor service. They have microsoft software bundled together so customer pays a higher price for Wordprocessing + other unwanted software. Then this product downloads and installs very very slowly....it takes forever and no one has patience for hours of installing time. THAT IS NONSENSE!!!

Office Depots customer service is wonderful. In all the years I have been buying office supplies there, I have really only had a couple of things go wrong. Each time, they have addressed my complaint with a smile on their faces and corrected the problem. I always find what I want and if I cant find it, the sales people are easy to find and very helpful. We love Office Depot!

We found the items we wanted to purchase by ourselves; I would have asked for help, if I had seen an employee on the floor. There was an alarm going off the entire time we were there, which was so annoying, we almost left before we went through the checkout line. The people who worked the registers were very polite.

Terrible selection. Nothing in stock from laminating sheets to hp printer cartridges. All they say is we can order it for you. Well if I wanted to wait, I could have ordered it online. Dont waste your time.

I am really frustrated. I need a printhead and before driving up there I wanted to verify if it was in stock or not. I could never get anyone to answer the phone. Now, Ive found out they dont have it in stock. Wasted trip that could have been avoided if they had answered their phone.

Good place to buy school supplies and everything related to stationery. You can buy items that are not available elsewhere. Good atmosphere, very clean and varied. The prices are a bit expensive, but there are offers.
