USUALLY CLEAN AS WELL AS STOCKED UP REALLY REALLY GOOD!! 🦾🦾

FULLY STOCKED AND CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT!! 🤱🏿🤱🏿

On Friday we went to the Longview Rite Aid to get my husband meds and the pharmacy staff was horrible we were told it would take 20 minutes to fill his prescription it took them over an hour and they did not even both to ask for insurance until last minute and then we had to wait almost another 30 to 40 minutes to get his meds. On top of everything we never got the consolation we asked for and my husband has never been on any type of medication that had be prescribed by a physician. Then yesterday I called to ask a couple questions and I got to talk to the pharmacist and got yelled out and hung up on Im sorry but that is very poor customer service and poor management. We will be switching pharmacy because of this that behavior was very much unacceptable.....

A couple of the employees that work here have been exceptionally disrespectful towards me over the course of many transactions I’ve conducted at this pharmacy over the past year or so. Unfortunately the same employees have also caused me several problems with obtaining my medications due to what I believe is a lack of responsibility and care for their individual customers specific situations. I did not like being treated rudely and without common compassion. Both my neurologist and my insurance company have expressed to me that they have frequent communication issues when dealing with this pharmacy especially when dealing with specific employees here. I have gone without medications that I need because of these people that work here. Due to these conditions I will be taking my business to another pharmacy in town that is staffed by more caring individuals. I do not recommend that rely on this pharmacy.

Great pharmacy, good staff, good customer service normally. Today, Black Friday, the restrooms were not available. Out of order. There was a large group of customers, and only a few check out lines. A Bad management decision. Normally a very good place to shop for over the counter produces. But today, not good.

I have gone to several pharmacys in the area. These folk get the prescription filled faster than anyone else. Two days for Safeway on 15th really does not make it. They are friendly and help with issues

Every time I try to pick up a prescription I have to correct the insurance. I have never been able to go through the drive through once and pick up a prescription. I have a primary and a secondary insurance and they never apply them correctly. I have been going to this pharmacy for several years and Im so tired of it! Not to mention that customer service is always horrible and the techs are rude every time you ask them to correct something.

Good staff and good products. Good prices IF you have a RiteAid card.

The woman at the window was extremely rude. She didnt run the prescription through insurance. She stated that we had never been there before and they didnt have insurance on file. That was inaccurate. She said she could run it back through insurance, but it would take 30 minutes. She treated us awfully. Will not go back.

As always rite aid has nice friendly workers. The store offers a homely feeling, if your looking for something youll find it.

I have been with RiteAid for years! And within all of the departments in the Longview store they are very well managed and the staff is awesome.

The people were so much help and went out of there way to help me find what I was looking for .

Always have what I need, and always friendly!! Great service!

Odd set up makes it hard to find what youre looking for. Understaffed and it takes way to long to pay for purchases!
