I love going into RDA! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Its nice to have a professional beauty supply that is always clean and pretty much always has what I need!

I will never ever shop at this location again!!! This store is so very dysfunctional and unorganized its not even funny!!! They have ran me around for the past 2 months saying they have this certain product when I call. I go all the way up there and guess what of course they dont have the product they said that they had over the phone. No one can ever tell me when they will have certain things. I put a back order for something. Of course they never called me. I honestly dont think the owner knows what they are doing running that store. Everyone has been telling me that Armstrong McCall is way better. I believe them now took their advice and went to Armstrong and was completely satisfied! I hate hate hate this RDA store Im not sure about the one in Tyler but the longview location is the absolute worst!!! They continue to loose costumers they only have their selves to blame!!!
