I have been going her to get my eyebrows done by Isabel and she is FANTASTIC! During quarantine I spent time growing my eyebrows out to finally get a shape that I like and Isabel helped me get exactly the look I wanted! She is so friendly and personable! I love getting my eyebrows done and she makes it even better now :)

Isabel did my eyebrow wax and tinting. Shes very sweet and made my eyebrows look very clean, sharp & full. I loved the entire experience! 10/10

Amazing shopping experience. Unlike in Canada we get helpers at Sephora to find our tones and shades... This place had no help. It is big and has hair products, skin care products, makeup lots and lots of makeup, on the right hand all the expensive brands and on the left side the drugstore more affordable brands as well as the Ulta products. It has accessible parking and accessible entrances. Lots of parking spaces outside the store. I recommend this store. It was clean and the staff and amnager who checked usbout were friendly and helpful.

The store outrageously dust is everywhere and its caked on there too the shelves, products, clutterness it looked and felt unorganized. The store needs some LOVING! The energy was bland. I understand covid hit and stores closed down. It would be sad if that location shut down all because for the lack of love for the store.

My shopping experienced was horrible. When we first arrived we asked for help because it was our first time shopping for makeup. The lady we came into contact with first asked another lady to help us because she was on break however that lady wouldn’t help us for whatever reason so then they sent another woman to help us. I explained to the associate that I didn’t know a lot about makeup and that I was trying to find foundation, highlighter and the whole works. The lady did assisted us with that but she left after I picked the highlighter and foundation. She also told me I couldn’t do a test match in the store due to covid but yet it was an older white woman that was doing a test match inside the store who was a different race from us. The associates attitude towards us were as if they didn’t want to help us because of the color of our skin but it’s okay because I know I was going to spend about 200.00 or so but due to the associates attitude towards helping us I kept my money in my pocket and went somewhere else. I will never shop here again nor will I recommend anyone that’s African American to shop at this location.

I enjoy coming here, but being a mother on top of working full time, my only opportunity to come in is on my lunch break. Everytime Im here theres only one lady checking out and the line is crazy long.

I have only ever had positive experiences in ULTA, until today. When I asked, who I believe is the general manager, where a product was, she seemed very put out by having to answer my question and waved me away with an, over there by that guy. Needless to say I had to ask another associate, who was very helpful. After I found the product, the same manager said that they dont honor tax exempt certificates, and I needed to by a product for my high school theatre department. I will never return to the Longview ULTA. Sidenote: The manager gave me a dirty look all the way out the door. I have been a customer here since it opened, and I am very sad that I will now order what I need from another store.

I always like shopping at Ulta Beauty.I always find the products that I am looking for.I seem to always find the discounted items very affordable and they are amazing!They had some hair care products that helped my dry hair feel so smooth and silky.And some coconut body lotion that I am using now that is great moisturizer.I will definitely be back to shop!

I was greeted by a store employee as soon as I entered the store even though she was waiting on customers. Another employee asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her I was but at that moment I couldnt remember the name of it, but I knew where it was. She told me if I needed any help to just let her know. When I got to the spot where my product should have been, to my shock and dismay, it wasnt there. Ive been using this product for years so I almost sat in the aisle and cried! But true to her word, I went and found the store employee and she helped me find a suitable replacement (maybe). Ill have to flat iron my hair first before I can report back and say if its a suitable replacement or not. But overall, I would recommend this Ulta to anyone in the area!

I had given up on going to Ultas because the staff is usually inattentive.Luckily I was helped out by Nikki who went above and beyond my expectations. This review is for Maria. I had written a small list on my phone of perfumes I wanted to purchase. The idea of getting travel sized fit my interest instead of investing in the big bottles in case their staying power isn’t strong. I go to the perfume section today to check out Versace Dylan blue. I see one left, with the box open. I pull it out of the box to see if the bottle is completely full or used. I am standing near the tester, also making sure what I smelled is parfum and not toilette because that’s what the travel sized was. When this lady with glasses and short hair approaches me. She asks if I need help with anything and I say no. As my mom sees a second box of the travel spray and hands me that instead because it appeared to be unopened, with the corner of my eye I see this woman staring at us. Okay I thought whatever. There was no traffic around us and the more I stood there I just got a horrible vibe from her. While my mom is talking to me I look at this lady as shes just standing there. I guess her way of pretending to be busy is to stand still while holding onto a perfume kit. She was looking at me wide eyed like I’m commiting a crime. I let it go at first but when I looked again, there she was staring at me. This made me insanely uncomfortable. I say are you serious? And she replies I’m just doing my job let me know if you need help. LOL. There was no mess, nothing to clean up or attend to. She was specifically there to watch me. I tried my best to ignore her stares but she kept following me. Even when I went around the perfumes to check for another brand, she immediately left the center of the perfume area. And when I went back to the center she comes back to me. I’ve never been so frustrated shopping anywhere. This is the first review I ever posted online. I don’t like to address specific people like this because people have to feed their families and work a 9-5 job like the rest of us. But the fact that you went out your way to make me feel awful. To make me feel like I’m a theif. It’s so unfair to do that to customers. I felt so unwelcomed from her. I don’t need someone to jump for joy when I walk in a store. I am no more special then the next customer but at least let me shop. It’s perfume, you have to smell the notes, compare it to other perfumes. My god. If you have to monitor all your customers like this to ensure nobody is stealing then at least do it from a tasteful distance. I did not come in that store to steal. I did not come in that store to feel uncomfortable as you made me feel. This was a horrible experience and the way you went about it was totally wrong. I buy a lot of things from Ulta and to be treated this way for a 30 dollar travel spray is a joke.

I personally dont have an issue with this Ulta location, maybe its because I go during the dead hours. I do recommend that customer service could be a little better. When I walk in the stores I always look towards the cashier stations to see if they would greet me, some would and some wont. But with that being said, Im an independent shopper so I like to shop on my own without employees following me or asking constant questions. I like the balance in between. Thats why i didnt give this location a 5 star rating. I do have my select associates that I just adore when I come in to spend all my money.

I was in the store for 45 minutes and no one asked if I needed help with anything. A few associates walked past me. So Im guessing the other reviews was good because of the products.

Absolutely love this store. Sometimes they get a bit swamped but they are always friendly and never pushy with the sales. There are many tester products for swatches and such, which are a huge winner for me. I always get what I need when I stop in.

We were from out of town and stopped by to shop not knowing we would have a bad experience with the Manager Christina there. Not friendly. Rude. My daughter and I could’ve shopped more but we wanted to leave immediately!

Came in to get my moms hair cut and colored. The hair stylist was great! The appointment was at 6:00, when the store closed at 9:00 the person at the front desk came to complain that we were still here and then turn the lights off just in the salon section. I understand that we are passed closing time but it is not our fault. I find it ridiculous that we were treated that way. Again the hair stylist, Marc, was great, but the front desk lady was rude that we were here after closing!

I had my hair done my Summer, best cut I have had in Longview! She listened and embraced my curly hair instead of flattening it like most stylists! Would definitely recommend her!

I have high expectations of Ulta. This one is very clean, easily located, and designed nicely.. Customer service could have been more helpful at the time, but then again I normally know what I want. They lacked offering me a shopping bag (which is required by Ulta management).

Pretty disappointed with this location. Ive been on the other end of customer beat-downs so Im not usually one to complain. I entered the store with the intention of blowing a bunch of money (hello associates - opportunity here) and asked an employee for assistance. She told me she was helping another customer. None of the other associates asked if I needed anything. This said employee walked past me after she was finished assisting the other customer and completely ignored me. Upon checking out, I was asked if I found everything okay. I said I didnt know much about makeup and could have used some help and all the cashier replied was well it looks like you got some good stuff. End of conversation. She then forgets to bag one of my items and my receipt, and after spending $250 and thanking her, she responds mhm. Not worth anyone losing their job but this location could clearly use a customer service re-training. Im sure people above the waged employees would care about losing potential sales due to carelessness.

I am a fairly frequent shopper here and I have never had a bad experience. The prices are fair, they are set at the same price you see online with other companies and I love that they are expanding and bringing in more brands. I dont like having to shop online for makeup because you never know if something isnt the right shade for you and this helps eliminate having to use online shopping as a last resort. A lot of my favorite brands are now being sold in stores here and its great! The only complaint I really have is that if you have an ulta rewards card they dont automatically tell you how many points you have and if you would like to use your points towards your purchase to take off a certain amount of money. I know its not hard to ask, but it would be nice to be told how many points I have before and after my purchases. All in all its still a great store and I will always come here for my makeup.

Never received help after be passed by multiple workers.

Ulta cashier and sales persons were very helpful...However the Covergirl and Revlon cosmetics need to be restocked with test samples. Overall I had a positive purchase experience.

Ulta is a great company. A great diverse selection of products, a great rewards program, and deals. However this location is a hit or miss. I go because its the only one here and the next one is in either Tyler or Shreveport. Its a hit or miss in the customer service area. Cashier that helped me today, Ive seen her before, but no matter what she acts irritated. Doesnt say a greeting, just ask for your number attached to your account, and then hands you bag while looking elsewhere, or talking to another cashier not saying a goodbye. Not a big deal if I didnt see her do it to others and I over and over again. Other store workers are incredibly friendly and helpful. Like I said, you get good or bad.

Workers stand around talking to one another and pay customers no attention. Hated shopping there but my sister wanted something from there for her birthday other than that I wouldnt waste my time to shop there.

They were out of the products I wanted so they told me to go up front and order it online. I went up to the front to do that but the lady who was helping me was struggling and she had to keep asking questions. The manager and other associates would answer her question very abruptly and then going about their business, so I watched about 20 people get checked out before they ordered my product correctly. I found it very dismissive and insulting that they couldnt stop and help her help me.

Great selection. I would give 5 stars but I hate how employees follow me around watching my every move. My daughter even felt uncomfortable while we were trying to find perfume for her mother. I decided to not purchase anything from them since they seemed not to trust me. I seen a few other customers in the store that no one addressed.

Very bad experience since 2011 till today I can’t even give 1 Star . The prices aren’t worth the service considering I never get the same hair dresser twice within 6 weeks, because they never notify the hair dresser is no longer there. I do not recommend. It’s very last minute, an inconvenience, and very annoying to have it happen for this long. I don’t understand how the Ulta Salon is a successful business.

No one ever wants to help me in this store it seems. They are usually too busy talking. I hope they dont work on commission.

Everytime I go there there is this one lady who is so rude to me .she gives me major side eye n follows me everywhere in the store. When checking out she pretends to be busy so she doesnt have to ring me up. Or if I am checking out beside her register she will look at me ugly n look the information on screen about me. I dont know if she is racist or its personal but I hate having to go just because of her. Love the store not the employees

I called in to ask a question about the services that they advertised on their website. The receptionist did not know and said she would ask a manager. I set on hold for a considerable time and when the manager, or somebody else at least, came on the line and I ask the question again she asked me to hold again. Im not sure I ever want to go to someone who doesnt even know what services they provide and cant answer a very simple question. Do you provide that service or not? Its a yes or no question.. All I got was could you hold? And my answer eventually became no..

They have a pretty wide selection. The customer service is inconsistent. You either get good or none. Unfortunately its like playing where is Waldo to find someone to help you sometimes. Theres a blonde woman that works in the Lancome section and shes so oblivious to her sly insults. A Customer was asking about foundation, and she said very loudly yes, this will cover up imperfections. Like that girl over there with all the bumps on her face and then points out another customer who was shopping in another section. What. The. Hell. I was so embarrassed for the poor girl she pointed out because she was minding her own business and you could tell the customer she was helping was uncomfortable too. Also, theres no testers at this store.... But theres mirrors everywhere. So people just start using their fingers or actual product applicator to apply things. Unsanitary. Also, I returned a face cream because it stung my eyes. Told the employee I used the cream. Went back in 2 weeks later and the SAME EXACT container of cream was back on the shelf. I remembered because the container had this weird bubble under the label. Gross. To spare another customer, I took the item up and tossed it into the nearest trash because after telling an employee, they just went on their way like it was no big deal.

Kinda pricey. Took my teenage daughter to buy and hopefully get her first try at make up, well, no one helped us and the prices are not on items, so you know its expensive! When I asked for assistance, we were scooted over to the cheaper items to fend for ourselves. I dont recommend the place.

This Ulta location is ALWAYS out of stock. From premium products to standard cosmetics, you can always count on this store not having the product you want and need. Sephora here I come!

Ulta has everything you need that has to do with makeup/haircare IF they have it in stock. I wear bare minerals fairly light, the past FIVE times Ive been in they dont have it. And when i ask the people who work there act as if its a hassle to check. The service isnt good. Ill start ordering online.
