Excellent place of people service

Unlimited Cabinets built and installed all of our cabinets and countertops when we built our house with Owner Builder Network in 2007. The cabinets are extremely well built and have stood up to all manner of abuse. I worked with Nick and an older lady named Ruth through the entire process. I walked in their shop and picked out door designs, corbels, and granite. If youre building a house or remodeling, the quality and longevity of these cabinets cant be beat.

Overall we are happy but they were not the easiest people to deal with. They initially refused to make my custom cabinets as I requested but after walking out, they decided they actually COULD do what I asked for and our builder was dead set on using them so we stuck it out. There were a few glitches that were fixed. Pretty unprofessional but then so were half the people we dealt with building a new home. Might use them again because their prices are good but dont let them pull the wool over your eyes. Make them fix their mistakes

This is a terrible company to deal with! I would never recommend and will never do business with them again! Their “owner/operator” is an incompetent idiot who has no idea how to run this company and has never heard of customer service.Their designer is a hillbilly that is very unprofessional and that never looks presentable in any meeting. Their should be some kind of attire policy for this. At the very least you could wear a polo.Their products are garbage with multiple errors made before you even get the products you’re wanting delivered. When they are delivered you get something that has no build quality or even correct measurements.To top things off... they even created a fake profile to try and boost their google review ratings. Please do not do business with them! Save yourself the headache. Do us a favor and just liquidate or hire someone who knows what they are doing!

Although Unlimited Cabinets responded in a timely manner to our request for a custom vanity for our bathroom, they did not follow our request to build it just like the one we already had installed in our other bathroom. The outside dimensions were correct, but the drawers were built really weird and the cabinet doors did not have a smooth flush surface (although the installer did attempt to see if he could fix that problem onsite). The drawers are too shallow and the cavity is much bigger than the opening they left for the drawer to roll into. The drawers are usable, but not near as functional as they should have been.I contacted the company with a phone call and 2 detailed emails and all I got in response was an email saying that they were sorry that I was not satisfied with no offer to correct the situation.I will not be using this company again and I will not recommend them to friends.

Do not use this company. Ill start with the guy that came out to measure. He was very short with me and even seemed irritated when I asked questions. Maybe it was the fifteen minute phone conversation he had in my bedroom about someone getting paroled, while I stood silent waiting. I should have moved on then but I let it go. After picking up the cabinets the outer veneer blistered. The owner asked me what I did. Nothing except lose money on paint. They did agree to repair that but never offered to cover any extra painting cost. Once my painter was done with paint they came out to install and shot holes in my newly painted counter tops. Only one guy came out to install, when I paid for two, and my thirteen year old had to help the man bring the cabinets in and set them in place. When I asked about the tops the response was, thats how we do it. He even acknowledged that it could have been done differently but that is not how they do it. They refused any help with the added cost. He cut me off mid sentence and said thanks then hung up on me!

Do not use this company. It cost us a 17K mistake. Terrible experiencestart to finish. David is rude, the quality is bad. AGAIN, do not use this company. No customer service, you are a bother if you call them to fix their mistakes.
