I bought a bath/shower combo from the Longview store and before installation it looked fine but once installed the back wall began flexing inward and had a large bubble in it. After my sub contractor and a fiberglass repairman inspected it, they concluded it was unrepairable due to the back wall being made to thin in comparison to the rest of the walls. I tried returning it to the store with receipt and they would not stand behind their product because it had been installed. I tried explaining to the manager David that it was not noticeable until after installed. His reply was that he couldn’t do anything with it and that I could put it on Facebook or eBay to try to sell it. I was planning on buying the remainder of my building material from this store but I will take money elsewhere not because they wouldn’t accept it back but because of the stores attitude.

Great selection of cabinets and all kinds of flooring. However their name is somewhat deceiving. Their prices are about the same as all the big box stores, they are not really a surplus store. Or at least they are not priced like one. I did however buy some flooring from

Jeff was the most unhelpful and rude employee I have ever dealt with. He refused to ask another employee for help when he obviously didnt have the capability to help me. I would rather get kicked in the nuts than deal with him again. I would leave zero stars if it was possible.
