I have been sitting here since 7:30am on a Sunday. It is currently 9:30am and I have been calling non stop no one is answering. I even called Longview police station to see if they could help. So much for trying to get a head start on the day! All because the gate won’t open!

I have couple big one there for awhile and I feel so safe with the gates and lights in my units. Easy going good people. I’m getting more units no hesitation I want there.

I have had a great experience with this storage facility. They have a kiosk that can take payments by cash or card 24/7 as well as online so u never have to worry about catching someone there to make ur payment. The place is clean and safe. The only thing about it that i didnt like was that they arent open 24/7. They close pretty early too I believe around 10pm. That is inconvenient for me.

The self serve kiosk charged my credit card and said it didn’t. Then it asked for cash. I put in $80 which the owner acknowledges. I never received a storage unit. After speaking with 4 different staff via the kiosk and waiting 1.5 hours we left. Both charges were eventually refunded.

Cant get ahold of anyone. Tried to pay for unit but no one there or answering phone now locked out .

Credit card was stolen, called with new card number, they tried to send old number and it was denied, THEY LOCKED ME OUT before they even called me and let me know. They wouldnt use the new card and was going to lock me out of my unit. We closed the account. Had been using them for 10+ years. Manager rude and unprofessional!

My Parents have been customers for years and now the facility is under new management and the Lady was rude to my mother. No one ever answers the phone. Management yelled at my mother and was told that she would not be getting any information about owners and that she was the one to speak with. My Mother has always paid and never a problem with Lindsey. I would like to know who owners are and put a complaint as well as to BBB. This place used to have great customer service and available to the public.

Very accommodating, nice property manager, helpful and polite. 24 hr access. Great rates. Same size as our old unit at secure care on gilmer rd, but half the price! Would be much better if there was a restroom and soda machine though for when youre going to be there a long time.

My oldest sister Kathi has used this storage facility for years, probably around 15 or 20 years.theyre very spacious in the price is really reasonable.

Very unsatisfied new owners only there on Tuesdays and Thursdays they only work from 1 to 4 getting ready to move my stuff out going to find a better place where are they work and they do it and they do it everyday not when they want to. Today we got locked in and if it wasnt a man behind us we would have been there a while dont rent from these people.

I called and spoke to the extremely rude and unprofessional woman that replaced Lindsay. She refused to let me speak, threatened to hang up on me, and upon asking for the owners name she informed me that I would speak to absolutely no one but her. I will be reporting to the BBB, and looking into finding the owner of this property.

The units we rented needed cleaned out they were nasty .shouldnt have to do that and spray for bugs.

My unit was reasonable priced. However was infested with mice after two months of storage. When I spoke with the staff I was told there are sometimes mice that have entered in some units. Showed them the infectation. The mice destroyed my familys furniture and reproduced multiple times as I havent see so many mice in my life. Now we use the Gilmer Store company. Reasonable rates and great staff.

I have used them for years good prices willing to work with you. Also they have a good location.

Lockbox lost our reservation that we did. So someone else got the storage building we reserved. We had to leave our stuff outside because we had nowhere to put it cause it was the last open storage building we could afford at the time.

I have had it for 10 months and came back to get in it it was half opens there was rats in the building it leaks I do not recommend to any one.
