I have used this store to return packages from Amazon for about a year. Today i ran into a very rude employee that i have never seen before.She as a middle age lady .She proceeded to take my package and tell me the next time I come I would be charged for labeling the package and i needed to have the Envelope the package came in. The older gentleman and younger guys have never said anything about any of the things she wanted to charge me for. I hope i dont have to run into her again.

I went into the UPS store to return some Direct TV equipment. Although this is a very busy store, I was greeted when I walked in and everyone was very nice and helpful. There were actually 2 black males in the store and Becky (the blonde) was joking and kidding with one that frequents the store. She knows a lot of people and I can guarantee that she does not see color!

What looked like a middle aged woman (blond) was very nonchalant when waiting on me (black male). The white guy ahead of me was cheerfully greeted before being helped and while helping him she cheerfully greeted the white woman behind me. When I got to the counter she looked at me until I told her what I wanted. She was not professional and didnt care that it showed.

I’ve always had a great experience at this particular store. The pretty blonde at the counter is friendly, helpful and professional. The store is in order and they work super hard and fast

Had to return Direct TV equioment. Parked right up front. Was greeted instantly. They scanned my return, boxed it all up, gave me my paperwork and away I went. Super fast, super knowledgeable, super friendly. THANKS

Great to work with. I am 5 states away and needed a package picked up by the Longview ups team. The package was 35 miles away from their store, and they picked it up no problem. Working with Jay at the store was great. He was very punctual with every follow email and polite. I needed the team to box my item as well, and it was very secure and safe when it arrived.

Sortation issues made me do it.

Good and convenient. But as I came in today, I saw that no one here wear a mask nor a face shield. I’d appreciate if they do practice the safety procedures for the pandemic.

The service here is great! I had two different guys help me on two different occasions. On both occasions I was shipping something quite heavy. The first time I was carrying the item in the store and the guy behind the desk said Just set the box down right where you are. I will take care of it. He printed the Amazon return label and put it on the box and handed me my receipt and I was good to go.The second time, I came in on crutches and asked the guy behind the desk if he could help me bring in the heavy box from my car. He agreed without hesitation and came out and got the box. I noticed that some of the tape I had used to secure the lid and come off when it was loaded in the car and he immediately said not to worry he would slap some more tape on it. He then said you wait in your car, I will print out your shipping receipt and bring it to you.When I mentioned this to my wife when I got home she said, Of course, I always get great service there also!

After seeing the young dark haired female employee not wear a mask today 1-16-21, then joke about how shed rather get covid 5 or 6 more times before shed get a vaccine- I will NEVER use this location. The impact covid has made on everyone is NOT A JOKE. I take living seriously.

Very pleasant experience. They are quite efficient.

Theyre 1 for 4 for me. The people are friendly, but hardly helpful. A large package sent from them was absolutely destroyed in transit, missing a full 2 foot long part when it arrived. They were useless in the claims process, passing me off to the general 1800 number. Then, I dropped off a 50lb package that immediately went missing. As in, tracking doesnt register as valid. Its the same oname both the paper and sticker receipt. When I called, they passed me off again. Basically, theyre really good at accepting money with a smile, but nothing else. I can think of other ways to give money to people and have them smile.

My experience with UPS today has been awful. Ive been lied to several times by customer service. Trying to file a complaint and still getting the rum around on that. And i still havent recieved my package. I wouldnt even have gicen this star but i had to to post a review

Two employees and not a mask between them. I dont mean that masks are being worn incorrectly. I mean that masks arent being worn at all. Shameful.

This is my favorite ups store. I use this location for all my needs whether Im shipping, receiving or printing. The number 1 reason is due to the always helpful and smiling Dakota. She is always going the extra mile to help her customers. Ive been in the store when the lines are to the doors and she is still smiling and helping each customer with their specific needs. I appreciate all your hard work and I know everyone else feels the same.

I was able to quickly return an Amazon item at this store. All I had to do was hand them the item and have them scan the code from Amazon. I didnt need to package anything up or do anything else for my Amazon return. This process works great here.

I have had a great experience each time I have visited the store. Everyone is more than helpful and so nice. Easy to get in and out.

Just had the best UPS experience! Cecilia helped me package my items so that they would not get damaged! She was very professional and still greeted every customer and let them know she would be right with them. She was pretty busy but still got everything packaged fast and efficient! The store manager, Jay, saved the day on my UPS shipment today. The sender mailed it to my USPS address, and UPS wouldnt deliver, so I called the UPS store for help. Jay got his driver, Daniel, to search through the UPS warehouse to find my package, and he brought it to the UPS store for me to pick up. Excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ladies up front are hard-working and helpful. I paid over $700 to ship internationally a package including the pack and ship guarantee. Two days later the package could not be sent to Its destination. The UPS store owner refused to have it returned or reimbursed me for the considerable cost of the package. Not before 10 days of obvious lies and excuses to both the problem and steps he was taking to fix it. The last lie was his promise not to abandoned the package. The very next day it was abandoned and he blamed it on the 16 year old girl waiting her birthday gift. Consumer beware!!!

I was in this store earlier this week with a delicate, rather over-sized piece of furniture to ship. The quality of service was spectacular! The employees went above and beyond to help get this securely packaged and sent. Seldom do you find a genuine business that is professional, friendly, and so respectful to their customers. Will definitely use their services again!

Came to have song lyrics laminated. I was on my way to a funeral and wanted copies of the song, so that mourners could sing together.After calling ahead to confirm that the store would be able to accommodate this, I was met with two young people who did not agree on best method . When I started to ask if they could cut the final product down to a bookmark size, I was told We cant cut it twice. I am only cutting it once, because he told you we would.Add to this the poor paper choices (4 pastel colors . None what I had in mind.), and the tacky phone conversation that the young lady had while I was waiting (apparently someone is cheating on sone one else, while she watches his kids and his mother), and it was a disappointing visit, to say the least.Despite the fact that they have signs all over the store stating that they can print anything, I recommend that if you want professional printing and professional service, you go somewhere else.

The young lady, Holli, that helped me was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office to all of my friends.

Veterans Day. The man running our route was extremely rude and uncooperative. He delivered our packages across the street to a neighbor instead of to the correct address even though I was attempting to tell him the packages belonged here. The address was clearly visible on packages and house. He refused to deliver correctly. I called UPS up and they insisted that he delivered to the correct address. The Constable finally went over and corrected the obvious problem. Highly disappointed in UPS. And their intentional coverup.

Our boxes were completley busted up when we picked then up... and this was 3rd time this has happened. Such a joke..

I’ve never had to pay for a box to send out something from amazon, but I was just charged $5 to my MY BOX inside another box to send out. I already had to pay for shipping & handling on top of buying another box for my small box. Made no sense.

I was kind of dreading my trip there based on my experiences with the Fedex-Kinkos here, but went in with a Nook in an open box that needed to have a label printed out and affixed and mailed out and I left the store 5 minutes later with it all taken care of. They were extremely nice and professional.

The folks were genuinely friendly and helpful. This makes the high rates less of a pain. Wont mind going back.
